What wonderful office! Clean and organized, modern and comfortable. The nicest people at the front desk, my tech, Alice, was wonderful and did a great job of cleaning and polishing my teeth. Dr Craig was so friendly and professional. I was impressed with the ability to schedule all the work I need done in one more visit. I expect to be just as pleased with that visit.

I can’t remember the name of the Hygienist who worked on me, but she did an EXCELLENT JOB. She was really gentle and efficient and before I knew it she was done.

I just had my first visit. They. Are. Amazing. So far everyone has been ecstatically pleasant and caring. Walking in the door I was greeted by three smiles, and only one person was the front desk(as far as I could tell) my fears and doubts definitely still came through, not going to lie, I still fully sweat through my shirt. But, If you’re trying to overcome worry or past trauma, this seems to be the place! I have never felt more at ease in a dental office. The office also did not have the usual dentist smell, which can be triggering. I need a lot of work, and Dr. Craig(with the awesome help of Ang) are going to do their best to see that I get what I need within my means.

I had a very good appointment. I appreciated the time spent by Lena, and Dr. Shall answering questions I had regarding some prior problems.

For a first time visit i was extremely impressed! I felt comfortable and treated extremely well. Having anxiety and fear about having my teeth looked at or worked on is hard. But the more I got to talk with the team and have them walk me through everything offering me anything they could that could help keep me calm was great. Really happy to be working with them on my dental health. Might get my husband to get his teeth done too.

I was very impressed with the courteous staff and friendly atmosphere in general. The young lady who cleaned my teeth was gentle but thorough and answered any questions I had. Dr. Craig spent time explaining some things that I need to have done at some point and even had a possible explanation as to why I grind my teeth at night. Great to know someone looks beyond just doing the job of cleaning. Dental work isnt always pleasant, but this office takes the time to make sure everything is as comfortable for the patient as possible. I highly recommend Summerbrook Dental Group!!

Friendly staff. I was able to see my X-rays moments after they were taken to understand a particular problem that I was experiencing. Dr. Craig has helped a sensitivity problem that I had on my lower teeth. I also am now wearing a splint at night which helps me from grinding. Can’t say enough about this dentist and office. Can’t imagine going anywhere else.

Dr. Craig loves me...not sure if it’s my charm or personality OR because I’m a hockey player from Canada! Dr. Craig has done it all...root canals, emergency flippers (came in during the holidays), crowns and implants. I brought me elderly father in for some work and they needed to do even more work than we expected. The only day I had available to bring him in was on a day they were closed. I have a crown that they put it last visit and it was a risky one (as all are so Im told), however it turned out wonderful, and Im excited for my second one to be taken care of with them. Ive never been more impress by a dental office than Summerbrook Dental Group. I flew out-of-state just to get my root canal & crowns done here. Dr. Jim Craig was always highly responsive and willing to work with me on timing & finances, and Dr. Lindsey Shall was so kind, patient, and did an excellent job on my teeth. I highly recommend them both. To say I have dental anxiety is an understatement, however EVERYONE at the office, from the front staff to dental assistant, was so friendly and understanding, and I never felt judged or rushed. I will be returning, even from out of state, and I will recommending my friends and family as well.

I require a female dentist and support staff. I am completely satisfied as my request was heard and accommodated. I used a German Shepherd service dog and we have had numerous bad experiences involving dentists. The professional and kind dental hygienist assured me that she is welcome and I will have her with me on my next visit. Dr. Lindsey, and the dental hygienist, I forget her name, were thorough professional, kind, and had a gentle touch.I would recommend Summerbrook Dental to anyone that may have issues with going to the dentist. I have been going to Dr. Craig for many years. Even after we moved across town and I tried other dentists, I ended up going back to Dr. Craig. He is always up to date on the latest technology. Some xrays can be done in the chair. Crowns can be made in office and put on in the same day. His staff have always been excellent and super friendly. He always makes sure the procedures are pain free. I would highly recommend Dr. Craig to anyone needing a new dentist!

Ive been seeing Dr. Craig at Summerbrook Dental for years. His hygienists are all wonderful, gentle and thorough. Dr. Craig is awesome. Im pretty particular when it comes to my mouth and he has always patiently done what needed done to keep me happy. I had composite teeth that had been knocked out as a child and a few years back he replaced them for me with veneers. They have been great and are a perfect match to the rest of my teeth. I travel a little further than I would like to the office, so last year I thought I would try to find a dentist closer to home. One visit was all it took to remind me that. it is worth the extra drive time to see someone I can trust to do things right, so Im happily back at Summerbrook Dental. My kids have also seen him and their whole staff is great with kids.

I love this place, to be fair I am one of those that people that gets anxiety about going to the dentist but Summerbrook has been so patient & helpful. I trust them and can even get my cleanings without nitrous oxide now. I also metabolize the Novocain really fast so they have to keep on top of it and allow extra time & Novocain. Always with a smile and patience.....I would recommend them anytime!

My husband and I Went to Summerbrook for the first time today. As a first impression I would give them a 10 stars!!Right on time, professional, exam was very detail and they addressed my sleep apnea problem and sent me home with a monitor.My husband has his cleaning done and he tells me he was impress during the whole visit.We are not newbies, for the past 5 years we have been thru bone draft, implants, root canals, gum draft, wisdom teeth taken out, braces, etc. So our case is not typical. My assistants very super nice, there was a girl shadowing and she was also great. Doctors were nice, relaxed and not rushing. I get panic attacks during dentist visits and I can say I didn’t have any while I was there. When I came to the financial part of the visits they were very detail as to if the in-house plan works for us or not and told us not to rush and to think about what we wanted to do. At the end we walked away with a welcome goody bag which had some really nice and expensive gift ( not your typical stuff). Summerbrook is the only dental group myself and my family go to. All the employees make you feel at ease as soon as you enter the front door. They make sure you are as comfortable as possible during any procedure. They invite you to ask as many questions as you like. I have had everything from crowns, to root canals, fillings and extractions and would trust Dr. Craig with all of it, and yes, I am a dental work coward! This is where you want your dental work done.

Dr. Craig is a great dentist and upstanding individual. When I interviewed for a dentist, my criteria was, did the ACTUAL dentist do necessary dental work, beyond obvious cleanings, or did they pass it off to someone you never meet until your mouth is wide open and cant even talk. I was assured he did his own work. After the second implant, in walks the help, and its been downhill from then on. If every dentist did what they said they were going to do, they truly would be the best dentist ever and would never need to send out postcards for new clients. Building trust takes a lifetime to build and one minute to break.

Ive only been in once (so far) but I already actually live this office. I have extreme anxiety around going to the dentist, like panic attack in the parking lot, need to be physically forced to go into the dentist, and they were fabulous in working with me. Anita was my hygienist and she took everything at my pace, and my pace only. If something looked like I might be even a little much for me, we didnt do it. And Dr. Craig is lovely. I will be going back to get the rest of my work done, under sedation and all at once to make sure I am fully comfortable at my request because of my anxiety. If you hate the dentist, please give Dr. Craig a try, hes awesome!

I was super nervous and embarrassed, they were very patient, explained all procedures, had distraction if desired (TV, earphones), and offered every option for me to choose at my pace.

I broke a tooth and they saw me as a new patient the next day. And I couldnt believe it when they installed a permanent crown in one appointment! No temporary crown or numerous trips to the dentist. And they offer sedation at no extra cost. I have never found a dentist I like, let alone love.

I have been with Summerbrook for several years. They consistently use the latest technology to benefit patients (3D laser mapping for crowns, in-house milling of permanent crowns, laser bacterial reduction, etc). They also maintain a clean, professional office and treatment rooms. For added safety right now, they are using a virtual waiting room where people wait in their car rather than the office waiting room. I appreciate the added precautions which allow the office to stay open. For my recent periodic cleaning, Lauren did a great job! In particular, she did well operating one-handed (the other hand is currently required for vacuum on high suction mode - a COVID-19 guideline for dentists). Overall, I continue to be happy with Summerbrook and plan to continue with them for my dental needs.

I used to be so scared at the dentist I couldn’t stop watching everything and moving and getting out of the chair. Or just leaving the appointment all together. I started at Summerbrook a few years ago with Dr. Craig and the staff with sedation and had a lot of work done. Dr. Craig and the staff are so good at their jobs and really care about how you are feeling. They are so good that the past two times I’ve been in for emergency work, I have gone without sedation. For me to even be comfortable enough for that to happen speaks volumes to the craftsmanship and genuine care that the team exudes. Please do not forget that they keep everything sterile and clean which helps so much I’d never noticed before. Very disappointed with the dental work. My mother got a lot of dental work done here and recommended them. I have Cavities and needed 3 crowns. First off, they broke a tooth doing a filing and acted nonchalant about it. Then they did not fix my bite after the filings so my bite is off on the left side. And the most upsetting is they didn’t offer me temporary crowns.. I’m so disappointed and now I have to find another dentist who can fix what they messed up.

Everything was great! My dental cleaning went well! I’ll be back to get a root canal and a crown, no fun😬 but I feel confident that they will take care of my skittish needs not only do they give me nitrous during my teeth cleaning but nobody gives me a hard time for either and trust me I’ve been given a hard time for it in the past with other dentists try going to comfort dental and asking them for nitrous for any procedure… I guess the only issue I have is that I haven’t received My price quote yet for my next procedure but I would assume that’s coming soon anyway I would definitely recommend Summerbrook dental to anyone looking for a new dentist they calm every nerve inside and out!!!!

I have gone to Summerbrook multiple times now for routine cleanings. I have had a great experience each time. They always go above and beyond to make sure you are happy. I love that they have tv’s above the chair so you can watch (be distracted) while you get your teeth clean. They also have made some changes during Covid to have one entrance and one exit, and wait in the car until the room is ready to limit the interaction between patients.

I felt very comfortable going for my routine check-up today. Handling of social distancing, temp check and my safety were very apparent. Sandy was wonderful and she had a genuine interest in me and any issues I might be experiencing.
