Working for this company has been awful. The job in itself is great. The management and HR? Not so much.This company does not value its employees as people or employees. They do not prioritize direct hires over their third party helpers, meaning that they give temporary employees promotions over direct hires.They will ask you to jump through unnecessary hoops only to punish you with points for doing what they asked if you.This company has zero understanding or care about employees having personal lives outside of their jobs. They do not care what is going on outside of your job and you are expected to put your life on hold for this job.They train you very poorly and then hold it against you when you get it wrong. Supervisors talk to you as if you are stupid.Do not work for this company.

!!!HIGH TURNOVER RATE!!!Hostile work environment.HR doesn’t care about you.Hires for higher position but places you in the lower position and provides plenty of excuses as to why.Has an excuse for everything they do wrong but punish you for small mistakes.Their point system is unreasonable and unfair.Says shift ends at 7pm but will give you points towards termination if you leave at 7pm.Often has mandatory overtime because management fails to run smoothly.Will give points for being 1 minute late to voluntary shifts.Kathy is a bi*ch for no reason. No one likes her. Be prepared.Supervisors will treat you like you are less than.DO NOT WORK FOR THIS COMPANY WITHOUT A CONTRACT!!!

Needs to be shut down and have a complete restock of a team. Don’t work here.

Easy to find, spaces docking, fast unload.

They are fantastic! I rode my bike to work and when I got out I had a flat tire. Went to them to see if they had a compressor I could use and it turned out the tube wasnt holding air. They gave me a new tube and let me change out my tire there and use their hand pump to fill it. They didnt have to help me, but they did and were extremely nice and helpful. I am so grateful to say I work next to this business and will definitely refer them to anyone I can.
