Almost 5 hours to unload for 3 pallets still not done yet . Better stay home if you picking up or deliver for this Facility.Or pack ur one day meal with u if u will come here.Good luckEvery driver have same story.

If I could give no stars I would. Appointment at 11 showed up on time currently about to be 5 still not done. They did this to me last time. I tried delivering early yesterday and was denied. Run away as far as possible from this facility. Your looking at 5 plus hours of waiting. Never again taking a load from kroger. Total waste of your time and money. Wish there was something one could do to change this truly unnecessary and inconvenient. Update barely leaving after waiting 2 hours for my paper work and thats after I told them I was running out of time and had to go left at 627 to be exact avoid this place!

Rrrrruuuuuunnnnn......!!!! Was here for over 6 hours.... Really!!! And absolutely no overnight parking if they burn your clock... And once they keep you late, good luck finding any parking close by...

Ive been driving truck for almost 30 years this has been one of the worst experiences Ive ever had. Never met ruder people. I showed up 2 hours early. They unloaded me 6hrs later. Then they lost my paperwork. Broker offered to fax it to them. They told me I needed to be patient and made me wait 28 hours to be told I still couldnt leave. Broker finally had me leave without the paperwork. They found it a few hrs later on a forklift. If you can avoid coming here I highly recommend it. Drivers get paid by the mile not the hour. If your stuck coming here I wish you the best.

Capstone Logistics. Need I say more? The usual unnecessary 4 hour unload, and turtle pace returning your paperwork. Beware of the lawless Capstone gang Lumpers with an attitude. They are behind glass so they feel comfortable talking to you crazy.

Had a 2pm appointment. Arrived 45 minutes early and got a door right away. They did not start unloading till 3 hours later. Moved to staging area after unloading and waited another 3.5 hours to get bills. This place is slow and dont seem to care about you. MAKE SURE you get a good rate going in here MAKE THEM PAY!!

2 hrs to be unloaded, at least another hour, so far, for paperwork. and they wonder why there is a shortage of truck drivers.

Well I cant give less than a star but I would if I could. Been here 5 hours and still have another 3 hour wait. This is very sad and disappointing they will be placed on my black list.

Long unloading time, be prepared to be there all day. Pack a lunch and dont book any loads for pickup on day of delivery. Prime rate is the only reason I will return to this place.

One of the worst places Ive ever been to deliver. Arrived at 0730 for an 8am appointment. Started being unloaded at 9am and took an hour to unload a load of cereal. By 1200 noon I still havent received my paperwork . 5 hours and still waiting on paperwork. Lady at door 140 said usually they take 1 to 2 hours to do turn in paperwork after unloading. This is insane and ridiculous. I was late for my next load pick up which was at 1200 noon thanks to this a**holes.

These reviews truly live up to their meaning about 5 hrs to get a dock door 2 hrs to unload and on top of that park back into the staging area then wait another 2 hrs for paper work however tho the lady that hand me my paper work was very very gorgeous

I delivered a load here and I didnt have a bad experience from the guards to the shipping gal are very polite, plenty of room to maneuver. But they do charge high lumper fees.

Over 6 hours to get unloaded and another 2 hours to get the paperwork. I delivered at night. You check in near the staging area and wait to get a door assignment. After you get a door and unload you go back to the staging area and wait. When called you have to walk to the other end of the building to pay lumpers and get bills. Not a safe operation to have people walking endlessly at night with truck traffic and crazy yard trucks. Piss poor operation.

Same stuff as guy before wrote. Truck was first thing in the morning at delivery, it took em 5h to unload it and another hour and a half to get papers. Disaster, almost lost another load for that truck.

Do not come here, this here is dying, they download you in 10 minutes but they get up to 8 hours to give you the papers. The people in the office at gate 140 think truckers are dogs and treat you badly. Do not take charge for this place you will regret look at the other reviews and you will see that I am not the only one who was 9hrs to download
