WE RECENTLY CONTACTED AFTERMATH FOR ASSISTANCE CLEANING UP MY FATHERS APARTMENT. WE HAD NO IDEA WHAT TO EXPECT, AS IM SURE NO ONE IN THIS SITUATION EVER DOES. WE GOOGLED CLEAN UP COMPANIES AND CALLED THE FIRST ONE WE SAW ONLINE. THE INITIAL PHONE CALL WITH TOM (LOCATED IN AURORA, IL) WAS INCREDIBLY COMFORTING, KNOWING THAT THEY WOULD BE AVAILABLE IMMEDIATELY TO HELP AND SEND OUT A CLEAN UP TEAM LIFTED A WEIGHT OFF OUR SHOULDERS. UPON MEETING THE CLEAN UP TEAM AT MY FATHERS APARTMENT WE WERE EVEN MORE RELIEVED. ERIK LAWRENCE AND COLBY (LOCATED IN COLORADO) WERE ABSOLUTELY AMAZING PEOPLE. NOT ONLY WERE THEY CALM AND REASSURING BUT THEY PROVIDED US WITH BACKGROUND INFORMATION ABOUT THE SITUATION GOING ON WITHIN THE APARTMENT AND A DETAILED EXPLANATION OF THE PROCESSES THAT THEIR COMPANY PROVIDES. ERIK AND COLBY WERE TWO OF THE MOST KIND, EMPATHETIC AND REASSURING PEOPLE WE HAD THE PLEASURE OF MEETING. THE TIME THEY SPENT WITH US DURING THIS PROCESS WAS ABOVE AND BEYOND WHAT THE JOB CALLED FOR, AND WE CANNOT EXPRESS OUR GRATITUDE FOR THEM DURING THIS INTENSELY EMOTIONAL TIME. ERIK AND COLBY MADE A LASTING IMPRESSION ON US NOT ONLY BECAUSE OF THEIR PROFESSIONALISM AND EXPERTISE, BUT BECAUSE OF THEIR KINDNESS AND EMPATHY.

I called them after the death of a family member. Their response was amazingly quick. I called them at 7pm and they had a team was there by 9am the next morning. The Supervisor Jacob was the epitome of a professional. He was sensitive with the difficult situation, up front and honest about the cost and kept me in the loop about developments. They took all responsibility with working with my insurance company to ensure everything was done properly. I hope I never need their services again but I would recommend them above anyone else.

I have been extremely impressed by Aftermath Services in every step of the process. I hired them to clean up bodily fluids after my dad died and they were so sensitive to the situation. They came a few hours after I called them and began their work right away. They went above and beyond to make sure everything was clean and that I felt comfortable going back into the space where my dad had died. Beyond that, they assured me that they would work directly with the insurance company and make significant billing compromises so that I did not have to get involved or pay anything out of pocket.I highly recommend them.

They didnt log what was being destroyed or taken because of hazardous waste properly. they can clean blood off walls but cant clean blood off of a 100 dollar gift card for gibsons. Just wrote card on log sheet ....wrote money on log sheet but no amount...stuff such as sunglasses, Bose headsets just disappeared.. workers were professional and polite but didnt explain enough about process of what was going on .. I would have liked to have hard drive out of my sons computer, they come in do there work while you are still trying to get a grasp on the death of a loved one and then at the end of the day put a bunch of paper work in front of you to sign off on...almost $19,000 dollars for 3 men 8 hours of work ... our referral was from village police department....hmmm...still waiting on call back from their office to see what I can be reimbursed for what was destroyed because of biohazard waste....

Jim Striker and his team came out and did an amazing job, they were extremely professional and I would recomend them to any one who is in need of their specalized services.
