Really helped me become a better person. 10 years after a DV case

This is a great agency for treatment/education courses. My counselor was Lisa, but also had the honor of meeting Julie. I would recommend this course to anyone that doesnt want to feel criminalized while taking their courses. Lisa was VERY knowledgable, open minded and kind. Julie was also nice, and had a witty sense of humor. Both of whom made these education courses fun and quick. The disgruntled crybaby Gaven V clearly needed more help than they could provide lol.

This place is awful and cares nothing about you. Office Coordinator/Scheduler will not return your phone calls. If I actually was able to visit the location, Im positive I would have more negative things to comment on.

This place doss not accept insurance for starters. On top of that Julie the counselor there did my eval. She does not listen to what you, the patient have to say. There were numerous things in my evaluation report that was missed or all together misrepresented. Then, not only was she rude and would talk over me, she would scoff at the things I had to say. My condition, if you are a real therapist or counselor, you would know that 6 months for what I was dealing with would have passed. 3-4 months for my condition is what the scope of concern would be. She kept saying that it was resent, and kept telling me what I needed and was best for me. Then after explicitly telling her that forcing me into counseling/being there already was causing more mental strain and damage vs what I already had in place. This woman is rude and unprofessional. After taking her evaluation or report to a real therapist, he confirmed that the window of concern had passed and after actually talking with me didnt understand why I was there. All in all this place is a scam and racket for the city of Westminster court system. Just know if you go here, be prepared to be misrepresented and pay ridiculous amounts for services offered.
