I received a same day call back and he took his time listening and guiding us to a wonderful facility. You must use this service. All I can say is they were a blessing and I am full of gratitude!

Eric from CarePatrol was very helpful in finding an assisted living facility for my Dad. I appreciated his straight-forward approach and honesty. Along with answering any and all questions that I had, and I had a lot! The process of finding a facility, figuring out finances and also dealing with a parents declining health, is very overwhelming. It was nice to have Eric on my side and help me navigate the process.

Kevins help and support in finding a good placement for my dad in a short span of time was invaluable. It was reassuring to have his guidance and expertise at a challenging time. When we had our first conversation, I was at my wits end, standing in my dads dark, cluttered apartment, wondering how he was possibly going to continue living there even with help and thinking that our only alternative was a nursing home. Kevin patiently talked me through other options and helped me understand that an assisted living facility might be the best solution. He was consummately kind and professional, working through the weekend to set up tours (virtual in this time of Covid) and respond to emails. I am beyond grateful for his help and frankly cant imagine having done this without it. I didnt know that such a service existed, but I see now how crucial it is. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.

When our mom had a major downturn in her health, we knew she needed to move out of her home and that she needed more help. But, where to go and how to choose?! Luckily, we were referred to Cilla Buck of Care Patrol! I have to admit, I had no idea that such a service company existed,but now I recommend Care Patrol to anyone in need of senior care. Cilla met with us,and reviewed our situation,what we wanted for our mom,and the areas of Cleveland we were searching in. She arranged all the visits and tours, reviewed different care types, and different types of facilities. She also helped with our follow-up questions, and found additional places when the first 2 just werent quite what we liked.Of course,just as we found our perfect choice, COVID-19 hit and assisted living facilities stopped taking new residents! So, on a Friday afternoon, we had to switch gears and had to find a live-in 24/7 caregiver! What to do!!??--- Call Care Patrol! Cilla quickly contacted the companies that offered what we needed,and by Monday, we had a caregiver moved in with mom! I dont know what we would have done without Cillas assistance. She was so helpful. Id highly recommend Cilla Buck and Care Patrol of Northeast Ohio!!!
