I loved the many hidden deals, and sale prices. I was there for a few hours, dissecting everything. I kept getting questioned about needing assistance. But almost everyone was more than willing to help, except the backup cashier, even on the floor, her entire attitude was poor, and when I would ask her after she offered assistance, her tone. Body language, and demeanor just expressed something negative. I believe Ryan was the manager, he appeared to be a hands on manager, because he was working all over the store, very professional. The other floor workers as they were putting away stock were also very nice, and accommodating. The cashiers, the main one and the back up were both rude and very suspicious of me. Although with the other customers, they both were very engaging. I observed while I was in line, twice. The backup one even came around the counter and made sure everything that was in my basket was on the receipt, and told me what she was doing. Even asked did I already pay for the items, I advised her I had better things to do than spend hours in office depot to steal! And she even engaged with the other cashier and customer about Brady going back to the Superbowl and which team would win. I guess did not fit the look, or I was profiled. I just shop slow, compare prices, try to be thorough, but I had time to kill, and the bargains paid off.

I am in this Office Depot 2 to 3 times a week. I am always relieved when I see Lauren in the print shop. She almost always has my Real Estate flyers ready for me when I walk in. There used to be a guy working in the print shop that was really good too. They were a great team. Hopefully they will get someone else trained as well as Lauren so things run smoothly on her days off. Give the girl a raise. :) Everyone is always very nice, its just a little frustrating when its Laurens days off because my order is a little different than most and they have to figure out how to print them.

Incredibly thin selection was very disappointing. Looked like I came in after a big sale as shelves were empty and full boxes lying on the floor nearby perhaps preparing to restock? Then price did not ring up as advertised on internet, so either internet ad was incorrect or store would not recognize the internet price, but it was more than double. Ended up walking out empty handed. As much as I hate wasting trips, I hate wasting money even more.

So, I sauntered into Office Depot tonight at 5:55 - not knowing they closed at 6. I found an office chair I liked, but best of all, I found Maleek (Maliek? Sorry, I am not sure about the spelling!) Anyway.... Maliek helped me verify the price, helped me find one of the 2 in stock that were hiding in the store somewhere, then carried the chair to the register for me. The whole thing took 10-15 minutes, after the store had closed, buy he was completely gracious and patient the whole time. Im a big fan. Love the customer service on that guy. Wish all the best for him.

I arrived too close to closing so they decided they could not help me. I was informed I would have to come back tomorrow. No, as a matter of fact, I dont have to ever come back. I went across the street to FedEx and they were happy to help. I recommend others do the same.

Zero stars. The staff are incompetent and the manager was so rude. I will not be going back to this store. I recieved one item out of the ten I purchased through an online order and when I tried to get the items and speak with the manager, he told me I could come into the store to get everything I needed and pay for it. When I told him I already paid for everything, he said I should call the 1-800 number and then he hung up on me.

They have a few professional and courteous employees. But boy, do they have more than their share of employees with bad attitudes in the printing department. For one, they act like theyre doing you a favor to take your business.I was so appalled at the attitude of a couple of their employees that I contacted their district manager, Nicjolas Gustafson. He was initially very responsive and professional, and said hed get to the bottom of it. A few days later I had even a worse experience, and even took a couple of pictures of things I encountered and asked for his email address to send him more detailed info. He gave me his email address, I sent him an email outlining the problems I CONTINUED to have, and never received a response. I waited 30 days and sent him a follow-up email just in case he had not received the first one. Again, no response.My guess is that he might have talked to the employees and they convinced him that either nothing I claimed happened or somehow convinced him that it was me being unreasonable or something. Who knows.But it really is no wonder the employees feel inclined to behave the way they do when their management is every bit as indifferent.

Print Center wants to charge customers $2.50 minimum fee for small print jobs. Why is Office Depot punishing customers if they have only one page to print? In this day and age with people out of work, it it really prodcuctive to punish customers by additional fees? Sure, they offer self-service. However, if one has cash to pay; again the customer gets punished. In this day and age of businesses struggling to stay open--you may have lost another customer Office Depot.

This store is hidden away, and hasnt corrected the hours it has on the site, which seems to be an easy fix. Their parking lot is scary when its empty and isolated, and thats a big problem when someone goes there expecting them to be open because of publicly posted hours, when they are actually closed.

This is a quiet, well managed store with helpful people. It is always full of the items I need for home, my grandkids school, or other organizations that I belong to or support.

The print department is inefficient and unorganized. I ordered a yard sign on Friday. I went into the store on Saturday to see if it was ready. They told me it was not, and that they would have it done by 6:00 PM. I called no answer. Today, roughly 3 days later. I called to see if it was ready and waited a half and hour. No one ever got back on to connect, so I hung up. Called back and they hung up on me. Called back again, and the guy said he would transfer me to the print shop. You guessed it waited another 10 minutes before I hung up. After all these bad reviews how is corporate holding this location accountable. If you want something done, this store would not be suggested.

I purchased an office chair for great quality and a great price. The young lady named Winta took care of me and helped me put item in my car.Management as it gets busier make sure more staff to help the numerous customers as back to school ramps up.

Honestly the WORST location. When you do pickup the items are never in the pickup spot and the last two times Ive waited in line for over 20 minutes for a pickup order that should have been in the pickup station area but wasnt. They dont greet. Other people stand around doing other things as lines continue to build when the could help customers. They are incompetent.

The print department is mind-blowingly awful here. Ive never once had a good experience using them, so this time I decided to bypass the continual human error with the employees and use the self serve printer. Apparently thats as useless as the employees, too.... The printer refused to connect to the email access to print my file. I stood there while it processed for 10 minutes without the printer doing anything. I then proceeded to get into the print line, but the employees said they were too busy with print jobs and making signs to help me. Great. Wasted 20 minutes and didnt even get my single page that I needed printed. After the dozen or more bad experiences with the employees, this is the breaking point and I will absolutely never come here again!

Walked in to use the copy machine but Wanted to ask a couple of questions before I started using the self-serve machine. The store was rather Busy, multiple lines were at least 12 people long to check out. Looks like there was only three people working. But went up to the counter to ask a couple of questions. There was a young girl walking around doing nothing and when I asked her if she could answer my questions her answer was “I am kind of busy.” With a chip on her Shoulder, that was my cue to leave, total waste of time!

I would give less than one star if I could. Customer service by Manager Amy and drugged and smoking and stumbling employee Dana is awful. They made promises that were not kept. They lied. Amy argued and walked away from me. She refused to take my calls to come up with a resolution. All employees started removing their name tags before coming to speak with me.

Absolutely awful service from print shop. I called in first thing in the morning asking my order be done a bit earlier if at all possible. Annette said not a problem, never asked my name what the order was etc. I hung up knowing the job was not going to be done. Show up well past the time I was told in my email, sure enough. My project is not even printed. So now Im standing here writing a review waiting for my documents to print. Annette was rude and unwilling to help her own peers with the task at hand as well. The gentleman that did get stuck with me apologized profusely and made sure to try and get the job done and right. Unfortunately he has no name tag so I cant even give him any credit.In the end. Not impressed at all. Horrible customer service.

Really enjoyed working with these guys. Paul was extremely helpful. We purchased essentially all of our office equipment there. Office Depot should give him a nice raise! I would highly recommend this store and specifically this location!

I really want to like this Office Depot. I have talked to a couple of the managers and gotten military discounts for in stock merchandise. They have been really good about that. However, when I have gone in there recently I am assuming that some of the people at the checkout line have not received this information. So when ever I go in and I ask for the discount, they tell me they have never heard of it since they have been working there. I use to always buy all my toner cartridges here but I am reluctant to now since I dont want to argue during checkout to check with their management for the discount. Now I go elsewhere for all of my office supplies because its not worth the hassle of aruging during checkout.

I went their for the print shop and Marci helped me. She was awesome! The prices for all the services were reasonable and the service was prompt. Highly recommended!

I went in for a new office chair and to look at desks. They had a good selection of chairs and desks. I was quite surprised. Someone came up shortly after we started looking and asked if we needed help. They were very helpful. They got a cart and loaded the chair and floor mat, then helped me out to my car. Super quick and very helpful.Thank you.

I returned an item a week ago and charge is still not on my debit card. Usually returns are on my debit card in 5 mins. Called them and they said I should call a number which I did but they directed me back to the store. Stopped by but the clerk could not help. It seems they have no idea how their processes work.

They almost always have a wait to check-out, which is typically made longer by slow cashiers. Also, they are supposed to be an official FedEx drop-off location, but they cant give you a receipt for dropping off your package.The one nice thing Ill say is that they will match competitors pricing (including Amazon for certain items), but they do not take competitors coupons.This location is worth going to if you need something the same day but have time to kill in line. Otherwise, order it on-line.

This store is pathetic. The cashier asked me if I saw the sign for some the items I was purchasing ( normally not a problem) I said yes and repeated the sale price to him. He looks at me like a Dumbass and says no. So I went and took a picture of the sign. He looks at the picture and goes well this is the first that I heard of this. Then gives me a long story about his day yesterday and this sale promotion. I didn’t want to hear this nor did I care. Seriously just ring me up

The lady working the business card area was horrible on service. Never called me, had to call her. Was told it was in her pile to do. Had to call again, a very nice man took care of my business in 5 mins. She just didnt want to do it. Rude!

Friendly staff ; very helpful and willing to locate if you cannot find what you are looking for. Usually not very crowded in the late afternoons or evenings, cutting down on wait times in long lines. I use this facility to drop off any Fedex packages and to get office supplies. Recently purchased a WiFi extender and the gentleman from the store who helped me was good very knowledgeable. Never had a bad experience with the store and staff.

I called the store and was put on hold by a young lady for almost 10 mins....while i was on hold i walked into the store and there were 2 young ladies standing behind the counter doing absolutely nothing !! 3 cars in the parking lot and 2 visible customers in the store....poor customer service !!

We took a catalog into this Office Depot and ask if they could make it spiral bound. About 20 minutes later an employee brought our catalog which had pages that had been messed up so there was no way the catalog could be spiral bound. If a store offers a service they should have the ability to provide the offered service. We have had multiple bad experiences when trying to get a catalog spiral bound at Office Depot.

I drop off prints to have them scanned I ask the lady how long it would take . she a little while 2 hours later I come back an there still sitting there. The store is not busy so whats your excuse

They printed my order as requested, and in a timely manner. I feel they are understaffed at times and the wait is a bit longer than I like.

The employees were helpful and nice however in order to get assistance I had to walk up to the front desk and ask someone to come back and help.

We called ahead and asked if they could do a receipt scan which the lady clearly said yes then to drive 20 minutes and no they couldnt and she just walked away when i said i had just called and asked... Waste of time then they couldnt even bother to show us a machine they sold that could do it... Incompetent employee.

I told the girl that I needed 14 copies of 3 sheets, she had a mistake because she copied another extra sheet I did not ask for. The worst: I was charged for her mistake, I ended up paying 9.07 dlls for 56 sheets 14 extra due to her. My mistake: I did not realize of this until I got home and I live 30 minutes far from this location. So be aware! Check everything in there, do not trust the employees...

Lots of sales here and honest staff plus fedex drop off is useful and close to my house.

Bought a Dell Inspiron 15 from this Office Depot. The battery failed within 6 months and when I brought it back they told me that oh yeah, those have a major problem with the batteries. Your on your own.... Would have been nice to know that ahead of time. Why do the continue to sell them? Grrr.
