I have heard good things about Aim High, so when I needed help for my Apple, that’s where I went. It was a bit hard to find. I’d never been to this shopping center before. It’s certainly interesting and also charming, but it was a bit of a challenge to find my way. Once there at Aim High, I found a quiet office with one young person at the desk, and presumably another person or two in the back. I bought a new power cord and that was it!

It is so nice to have this authorized Mac repair place around the corner from us. Weve used them several times over the last couple years and are impressed with their service.

Took 3+ weeks for my battery to be replaced in my MacBook. Was contacted 5 days in, gave authorizations to make repairs...6 days later received a call asking if they should send in for repair. This among other inconsistencies led to a less than highly professional experience. My computer did end up being fixed so that’s why I rate 3/5.

We took a 10 year old Macbook that we could no longer turn on. They helped us get the Macbook working again. We then had them move all our data to a portable hard drive. We are very pleased with Aim High.

I was supposed to get my computers diagnostics test results back in 2-3 days, instead it took 11 days (it also costs $40 just to run diagnostics...). I only got my results back after calling them and leaving multiple messages. Person I spoke with on the phone didnt seem to care even though I really needed a working laptop. Just go to the apple store instead.

Brought in a 2013 MacBook Pro for service & tune-up. It was in pretty bad shape. Following the repair work it functions like new. Work was easy to schedule, explained up front, and completed as promised and on-time. Staff is helpful, professional, responsive, communicative, knowledgeable. Highly recommended.

Very knowledgeable and friendly professionals at this shop! I had an old Mac that would not power on, and really just wanted to know if I should scrap it or if there was any way to salvage it. They had the answer for me in minutes. I also chatted with the owner to learn about some data recovery options, recycling, as well as a host of classes they offer. Aim High! will be my go-to resource for any Mac issues or education from now on.

Aim High does a great job with all our Apple product needs. They are always very quick to diagnose a problem and they even accept laptops that dont work anymore to be donated/recycled. I really appreciate their communication and support.

This is a great place to take your Apple products for service. I had my MacBook Pro acting up after upgrading to Catalina and had a display issue as well. From the moment I entered their offices I was greeted by friendly staff who listened to my issues, Kevin and the Aim High team went above and beyond to find the cause and gave me a fair price to replace my hard drive. My MacBook Pro is working better than it has in years. I cant recommend these guys enough.

I found this company through the Apple website and was VERY pleasantly surprised to find that it was a local business. Working with Aim High! was amazing - they were personable and professional, and I had no hesitation in trusting my laptop with them for a replacement batter. The price was fair, the timeframe for the repair was good, and Ill keep going to Aim High! without a doubt for any future repairs.

From the first encounter I knew I was going to be well taken care of. They dont just fix your computer if something goes wrong, they take time to educate you about alternatives - even if that means they might lose selling you into something else on their end. Ill definitely use them in the future.

Absolutely atrocious service. Someone named Kevin, claiming to be the manger of the store shouldnt be allowed to speak to customers. He ran diagnostics on the hardware of my computer. He told me nothing came back problematic on the hardware side. Thats potentially good news. But he then proceeded to tell me that the results of the software checks I told him were done (either by me, or by the Apple Genius Bar) couldnt have been done the way I said they were (calling a customer a liar isnt a way to get off on a good start). He then proceeded to ask a few questions about what I had already told him wed done. When I said yes to his literal first question, he proceeded to the next assuming Id said no. After pointing out that he was continuing to not listen to what I was actually telling him, he proceeded to tell me he wasnt going to help me further, to come get my computer, and he hung up. Ive never been treated so unprofessionally. Avoid!

Ive had pretty terrible experience with these guys. poor communication about me having to leave my work computer for 10-14 business days. I cant work without my work computer and their solution would be to provide me with an iPad loaner. I have my own iPad but I cant work on the iPad. The person at the front had a hard time grasping that. Also, would be nice to know that I have to leave my computer there for such a long time. Id rather prefer the Apple Store service as they usually fix it on the spot and quickly - it seems this guys even though theyre authorized Apple Service dont have their game set up.

Wonderful experience! Quick, efficient, convenient and quiet atmosphere! I so appreciated getting my computer looked at, diagnosed, repaired and back in a half day! Andrew was so helpful and took time to explain everything. Also, they have many services to offer, help and classes, best yet...they’re certified to work on Apple, so didn’t have to deal with Apple store, Thank You Aim High!

Customer service was fantastic. I was able to make an appointment and drop off my computer one day, and pick up up completely repaired the next day. SO much more convenient and less stressful than the Apple store.

Weve been business clients of Aim High (and its sister company MacSpa) for nearly five years. They deliver efficient and qualify service, bend over backwards to meet your needs (rather than fit into their process) and are delightful people to work with. I highly recommend their annual business service agreement. With this agreement they constantly monitor your equipment, update software as necessary and alert you immediately to any malware, viruses, and other performance related issues.

Fast, efficient and friendly service. They immediately took my virus problem in hand, reassured me that everything would be fine with my computer once the scans were complete. And they were right. Alls well and Im very happy!!

I have a vintage MacBook Pro and I had lost the ability to get to the desktop.I took it in and Owen and Kevin went out of their way to make sure that it worked correctly when I got it home. Andrew made getting it in and explaining all the options an easy process. You get to actually talk to real people who care and make sure you understand what is happening along the way.

They did a terrific job of solving my iMac problem and also of keeping me informed on details of service.

The first time I came in I had some initial diag done which was somewhat inconclusive. They kept in communication with me and encouraged me to come again. This time I got a new screen, logic board and base on my 2013 Macbook all for a flat fee and now its like new. Excellent communication and they blew the anticipated 7-10 day down time out of the water and only took 3!

Its a little hard to find, but its definitely worth it - the small, quiet office allows for conversation and one-on-one care without the chaos and hectic hive-mind activity often seen at the Apple store.Everyone who works there is friendly and willing to help, and Kevin is amazing. He knows so much about computers but also has the gift of being able to explain computer things in a way that normal people (like myself) can understand. He was super patient with me when I couldnt quite understand why my laptop suddenly died, and he went way above and beyond to help me find immediate replacement options.Overall a great place with awesome people! So good to have a certified Apple service provider on the East side of town. Beats the long line at the genius bar when things hit the fan. They provide ios tech support and share additional helpful hacks like automated cloud backups. Theres different membership plans and family plans actually, and classes so its helpful for my parents as well. We have two iPhones and two macs so well be seeing them again.

Overall disappointed with the experience due to lack of communication and inefficiency with time.After dropping off my Macbook Pro on Wednesday May 8th I explained how I think there may be an issue with the battery due to its lifespan on one charge and the track pad not working well. Vincent explained to me that it would take around 3-5 business days to get my diagnostic back (with a $50 price that would be added to the total repair should I want to move forward with the results). After not hearing back for over 5 days I decided to call in for an update and thats when I found out one of their employees was out sick and that thats why there was a delay. By May 15th I finally got a quote back for $833 that would include labor services and a general Flat Rate 2 includes all the parts needed for repair. Deep down my gut felt like this wasnt right so rather then moving forward I ate the $50 for the diagnostic and a laptop dusting and proceeded to take my laptop back.I decided to bring my laptop to Apple and not only did they finish everything within a 48 hour period, but also charged me only $215 for a top case replacement that included keyboard, trackpad and batteryI wanted to give it a few weeks of testing before leaving this review in saying that yes, my laptop is doing great now.Part of the reason I went there to begin with is because I was under the assumption that Apple wouldnt service my laptop from 2014 and because apple suggested the location for services. Be sure to call Apple first to see if they can service your device (or at a minimum price check other locations). I do appreciate the soft bed side manner of the employees there as it is welcoming, but I also hope no one has to go through what I went through.

This is what real customer service looks like. Aim High recently completed a major repair on my MacBook Pro and I could not be happier with the service. I had numerous hardware issues stemming from liquid damage in addition to several preexisting (AppleCare-eligible) hardware and firmware issues. The staff and technicians at Aim High were incredibly professional and thorough throughout the repair process and I received both text and email updates at each step of the repair. Furthermore, the initial estimate they provided proved to be accurate and all charges were very clearly explained to me. If you too love Apple products but I cannot stand making trips to the Apple store genius bar, Aim High is the place to go.
