Ive used Vides for a deep cleaning for my daughter-in-laws house and my home, and continue to use them for my regular bi-weekly cleaning. The staff is happy, does a thorough job and the quality is top notch. I recommend Vides for any level of cleaning youre considering. Im going to hire them to clean my windows for my deep fall cleaning in a few weeks - I look forward to their work!

Terrible customer service.I highly recommend against using Vides Cleaning Services.Here’s my recent experience…I had my 800sq ft apartment cleaned on 3/24/21, I was invoiced for 6.7 hours which cost $263.53The service was fine, they missed cleaning my spiral staircase but otherwise I was pleased.For that reason I decided to use them again. On 8/13/21, I was invoiced $373 for the same apartment. It was not in any worse condition, not sure why I was invoiced for 9.5 hours. It took them almost three more hours to clean 800 sq ft?!Furthermore, the still missed the spiral staircase, they didn’t clean under the couch (I have hardwood floors, easy to get to,) and worst of all, they put ALL the DIRTY dishes that were in my sink back into the cabinets and they were still dirty!I feel they just “ride the clock,” the cleaning wasn’t that good, and eventually they took $50 off my invoice which is hardly worth all the time it took me to re-clean all of my dishes, clean the stairs, under the couch, and write this review.You have been warned.

So far, they have been very prompt and on top of things. They were very thorough and went through each room, making sure they understood our wants and needs. Looking forward to using them soon.

Met with their Account Exec today and sand very eager to use their services. They confirmed out appointment time and he arrived right on time. He took time to explain how they approach cleaning and all our different options. We walked through the house and he explained everything they will be doing for each and every room. We then reviewed the next steps to set up our first service and how they schedule services and their pricing process. A friend of mine uses their service and is very happy with them. I am glad I called them and will be glad to have them for our service!

Cleaning team #1 of 3 cleaners completed the 4 bdrm, 3 ba in 3.5 hrs and left the house in thoroughly deep clean condition from above litchen counter glassware to base boards, widow sills and door frames. Excellent job!

Even their standard cleaning is far more detailed than one might expect, and they always leave our home looking and smelling great. Everyone is always very friendly, professional and they do a great job cleaning.

They conducted a deep clean and then recurring. The deep clean is great. They do great especially with kitchen and bathrooms. Extremely detailed.Can’t ever figure out the timing though. If something is broken they take pictures to ensure that you are aware and not their fault.

If you really want a clean house at a competitive price you have to use Vides Cleaning Service. I have been using them for about 6 years now and they clean my house every two weeks. I have been using Vides Cleaning Service for over a year now and truly love the job they do. My house is very clean when they are finished. I would compare it to new construction clean- not only does it look very clean it smells very clean. The staff is very trustworthy as well and that is important when you have people in your home when you are not there. I also have two dogs, and they do a great job working around them.
