I know times are tough but this wash is not what it used to be. Wash seems to be missing parts and they have the water pressure turned down and left soap all over. Yes vacuums are free but that’s the only nice feature. I use this wash when I can’t get over to the newer wash on Farnsworth especially on days like today where it’s sunny and 80 + degrees and I know it’s busy. Only highlight is I tipped the kids pretty well to scrub the front of my car the best they could to get the bugs off.

Literally the worst car wash . Half of the equipment doesn’t work. Paid for the best available car wash and none of the equipment was working. Worth going 10 miles out of my way to avoid this place which is next to my house.

Terrible. My car is still dirty after I left the car wash even I paid for the most expensive wash. I am so disappointed.

Cheap but not worth it to pay for the handwashed rims.

Only half the brushes work and some were not even installed. Blowers didnt even remotely dry my car either. I didnt pay for the upgrades to be disappointed. Hope they get it fixed or new owners.

The staff amazing. The wash not so great the money machine not working well and only one kinda works. The wash almost nothing moves and half the fluid that is supposed to come out is not working. Really needs somone that cares to own it.

I wouldnt spend more than $3 here, and even thats a scam. POS system does not work properly and doesnt accept cash and barely can read cards. The actual car wash itself is completely useless. The soap sprayer and rinse do not work well. The air blowers are not drying efficiently. Youre better off waiting in line at the car wash on Farnsworth or the one on route 34.

Place is not that bad for a car wash. The problem is their machine doesnt print receipt. You still have to go the office to get one. Too much hassle in my opinion. They should fixed their machine to print the receipts.

The first thing is the car wash reader wouldnt scan my monthly pass so I had to pay cash. The building may be long but once you see the inside its nearly empty. Theres usually 1-2 attendants that do a decent job spraying and scrubbing down your car before they activate the rollers. By now youre already halfway in when you encounter the brushes that barely do anything and dont even cover your vehicle. Next is the rinse which is basically weaker than windshield nozzle sprayers so it barely gets the soap off your car. Then you get to the blow dryers which theres only like 3 that doesnt even get the watery soap mix off your car so you basically have to hand wipe your vehicle down after you exit. Ive been to 3 Nascar locations and this one is the worst. The Berwyn one is better and the Elmwood Park one is the best when its working because its closed half the time for servicing since it breaks down so often.

Terrible this is the most ghetto car wash ever. Its missing so many parts not even worth 3 bucks. The owner should really be ashamed of themselves

Its a fair wash at a fair price I might have rated it higher if the car actually would get dried but the dryer doesnt work very good and there are no scents in there soaps or anything... disappointing

Great job on the wash, especially for the price. If you just tip a few dollars, it will go a very long way. Plus the vacuums are free and they work great! Highly recommend, A+ value, very professional workers.

It felt like half of the car wash was broken. Fairly rundown, only half the sprayers worked Which meant there was still soap on the car. Half of the Washing cloths were missing. I don’t plan on coming again unless I see that the place is been gutted and redone.

Kid who prepped my car was awesome. I only got a 3 dollar wash and he treated me like I got the deluxe or whatever its called.

Carwash was sub-par paid for the top of the line wash but still had soap on my car when I left. The guy there was very cool and did his best!

Half the equipment didnt seem to function inside. It seems poorly maintained and in general disrepair. The two guys did more to clean my car than the equipment did.

I thought I was going to a car wash. Instead I paid them to make my car dirty. I purchased the wash with everything but the hand cleaning of your rims.After going through the wash there was still soap left on my car and my windshield gained this wonderful streaky film. Don’t wast your money going here.

I am giving the employees the best people to be honest and frankly feeling sorry for this awkward situation..the bottom line I like how my car looks spotless but the vacuum itself is not even been working. Do not waste your money. I need a car wash after going to this car wash. I left there with soap still on my car and dirt still on my car. There are way better places to go in the area for the same price. It’s a bummer because it’s so close to home but a waste of money.

Dont come here to get your vehicle cleaned because you leave with a dirty vehicle still. The vacuum doesnt even grab much properly. The machine to purchase doesnt give you a receipt. I had bought the buy one get one free car wash and I wanted to use free wash but the car wash was getting maintenance done. I dont know if Ill get to use my free wash.

Quick fast in a hurry. But mostly the guys do not even brush your car off. After you paid you are money to get a wash. They spray it and send you on your way. They need more soap in the carwash. And they also need to replace the vacuum cleaners on the outside. Garbage cans are always full and papers always everywhere. Its only my first place to go when Im in a hurry. Ill go. It use to be better. I dont know what happened because, it is a the neighborhood car wash and it was excellent.

Staff isn’t nice Very dry, not customer service oriented. Their car wash is cheap! But you get what you pay for. Their pay station is ALWAYS broken, I’d rather not swipe my card for a 3$ purchase but the machines have taken more than a couple of bucks from me now. The vacuums suck. Two stars for a quick 3 dollar wash but honestly wouldn’t recommend anymore

The pace was nice

I always come here cause of the $3 dollar car wash but lately the driers are not working very well. So ima start going to the one in Oswego. Cause they got the hand towels for free. If NASCAR can start providing the hand towels for free additional dry that would be great. The vacuums work well which is also why I come here. And I always make sure to try to tip the guys especially cause it’s a $3 car wash. But I just don’t see myself returning with the driers not working properly and with winter and freezing 🥶 temperatures and all.

I will never return. I understand it is a quick wash but when I pay for my tires and rims to be scrubbed and they are not that is one problem, the brushes are NOT getting the car even somewhat clean, nor did the wash get the window clean. I also think it is funny that some who have left bad comments the Owners DO NOT respond to that, NOT good business. Trust me I will not be back.

Pretty good place for a car wash. Their price range is from 3$ to 12$ I usually go for the middle as its pretty much the same thing as the 12$. They do have free vacuum which is good. Overall I think its a good car wash

I have been coming to NASCAR Car Wash ever since they opened. They always provide fast, great, and friendly service. When I bought my new car they were the place I went to for the first oil change it needed. From my old car to my new car, Ill continue to come here as long as they continue to offer the same service & reasonable prices. Ill definitely continue to be a loyal customer.

Went for a car wash they didnt do a good job seems like machines dont work .left a lot of soap on my car n I drive a lincoln town car.i wont be taking my car there again.sorry.

Even though its an automatic car wash you have an option where a person actually scrubs your car...nice! Then you have vacuums that have great suction! Finally a place where I can get my car clean to my liking!

Quick no frills car wash spot. Convenient location. Good to see vacs are now fully operational but the suction is inconsistent accross the bays. This location may have discontinued oil change services because I havent seen cars in the bays in quite some time. If so, without that revenue stream the speed in which they address equipment concerns in the car wash and vac area will certainly slow.

Delta sonic is the best!! Taking monthly cleaning is mainly to be comfortable for the winters. The cleaning does not clean up the snow completely. You come back with snow still under the carriage.

The car wash here is pretty pitiful. You should really consider investing money to replace the machinery here as it spits out no soap and the machines are useless and clean nothing.

Great car wash. Its cheap to get a quick, clean, car wash, and I always do my oil changes here. They do it quickly, and you get a free car wash! Never had any issues with them. Highly recommended!

After seeing all those horrible videos of Jiffy Lube not giving people what they paid for.. I was really skeptical about going anywhere for car oil changes; But when I saw this site close to my parents house when I visit them, I was willing to give it a try.I loved the customer service of the employees and manager. Not only they did change my oil as I requested but also noticed several other leaks in the transmission that I wasnt even aware of. They carefully explained the issues and even gave me a timeline of when I should perform the repair. I never felt them being pushy nor giving me the salesmen pitch. The manager Justin turns out is a real car guy and he knew exactly how to speak to people like me.Would highly recommend this place. FYI.. I found out this place recently went under new management. I dont know how it was before but it is definitely great today. Wont ever go to Jiffy Lube ever again.

Did I mention the dryer sucks? See my pics. It does an alright job cleaning but the final rinse doesnt look crystal clear. Fortunately I carry a chamois with me and I typically do a once-over with it at other places, but here I have to wring it out a couple times. Staff can be hit-or-miss I once tip the guy a buck, as they typically will do a little extra brush work. The guy just stuck it in his pants and stood there. I typically get the $3 wash here and if its real dirty I get the $5 one. If it wasnt so convenient to home I would never come here.

Very cost effective place $3 a wash including trucks. Vacuums are not working well in winter. They need servicing.

Convenient and a good price1. Only ever has one lane open to pay at all locations I feel as though one of these should be Express for people with Express Pass2. Doesnt seem like theres any difference between the packages all the cars look as though they get washed the same

This car wash is awful and extremely dirty. My car was still covered in soap and very wet upon exiting the wash. When I pulled up to the vacuums, there was garbage spread everywhere and dryer tubes were lying on the pavement. Absolutely disgusting.I even paid $2 extra for the car undercarriage to be washed and it was bone dry. Wont be using that car wash ever again.

Cheap automatic car wash. There is 1 or 2 guys that quickly scrub your car down with a soapy brush to help get a better clean before you go into the automated brushes.Theres plenty of vaccums there as well.

Cheap car wash, one option available for 3$ per wash or 15$ monthly but I dont see any difference between 3$ wash and 12$ wash. When I was there last time (12$) wash, they didnt even look at my purchased option and treated the car same as all in front of me. So of you want a basic wash, go with the cheapest option

My car now has some smalls scuffs on the side of the doors and white scratches from this car wash. Don’t recommend anyone going here at all.

Horrible service. I just came from there now and the car wash attendant in the morning was very rude. I paid for the car wash and usually the attendant is there to guide you in the car wash. Nobody was there so I went in and out of nowhere this guy comes out saying what are you doing dont you know you are supposed to wait by the door. No need to talk to anyone like that, he needs to do his job! I had to backup and he had to restart the car wash and didnt tell me to roll up the window and started prewashing my car with a spray which sprayed me in the face. I told him he was rude its horrible service he had the nerves to say well dont come here then. Dont come to this car wash!!!

Fast car wash with free vacuums. Its not a hand car wash, be ready to dry your car off the dryers never seem to get my truck the way I want it.

Great service and pricing. However the facility has gone downhill with maintaining the grounds. Many of the self-vacuums are broken and do not work. Also, the use of 2 garbage cans is not enough for the amount of people that clean out there cars and are not emptied frequently.

Literally left soap on my car after the wash and dry, this place is nope for me. Not coming again.

They close at random times. There are even times when it looks open but they are just NOT THERE. Just today I was 10min waiting with my car in line but door was closed, all this as more cars continued to purchase a service and get in line too and there we were all waiting for nothing. After a while I went around just to find out that there was nobody working.I have a monthly pass but they service is unreliable.

My 1st visit as i was in the area. paid $12 for wash. I had to dry most of car off which still had dirt on it. paid extra for hand cleaned wheels which again still had dirt on them. free vacuums couldnt even pick up specks of dirt/leaves. Extremely dissapointed zero stars.

I was pleasantly surprised by my visit last week. I wasnt familiar with NASCAR Car Wash, but drive by there every day on the way to and from work. I decided to stop in to see what they offered. Justin, the General Manager met me with a friendly welcome. I told him that I needed an oil change and was on a tight lunch schedule. He gladly accomodated me and as they were changing the oil, I asked about the price of a new cabin air filter. The price he gave me with installation was less than $20 vs. the dealer who wanted $68.00 for the exact same filter. I also asked him to please fill my windshild wiper fluid and he informed me that my coolant was a bit low. I then told him to top that off. I also told him that my wipers often caused streaks so he installed a new pair for less than $15.00. He also took a sample of my transmission fluid and compared the color with brand new fluid. You could easily see the difference. Im due for a transmission flush, and I will take it to him when the time comes later this year. No pressure...very professional and I received a very thorough car wash to boot. I wouldnt consider going to one of the big oil change franchises or the dealer and will bring my car back for future oil changes, as well as, my wifes car. I strongly recommend this well run establishment which is a no pressure and a very professional operation.

Typical car wash. Its close and convenient.Does it do a good job? Meh. I would have to agree with another review where the cost of different washes doesnt really align with what you get. I always get good service, but Im here quite routinely with the monthly pass; so they recognize me.Good enough where I want to support the business and upgraded to the top tier pass recently.If youre pat/wipe drying your vehicle after your wash during off hours, youll see that a good majority of people there are just there to use the free vacuums. Maybe they get a wash there every once in a while, maybe not. So I cant blame them for not maintaining the vacuums. You also have to get the right ones (there are 2 with good suction that always work for me, when available). Im guessing theyre all comnected to the same turbine. But people, its free.

The carwash was okay. The vacuums are horrible they never work the place is dirty looks like a dump. There is garbage everywhere theres no garbage cans.

My experiences with Nascar Car Wash have always been first-rate. I brought my car into Nascar Car Wash after noticing I was in urgent need of an oil change. The cost of my oil change was better than competitive, the service was quick and the management was friendly and informative. There were no surprise charges nor any attempts to upsell me on a service my car did not need. I have been going to Nascar Car Wash for all of my car maintenance issues and I wont be looking to go anywhere else.
