I wish I could give this place a bad review so it wouldnt be so busy when I go there. But its pretty darn awesome car wash.

Been a member for two years now and love having the option of cleaning my car as much as I want. For the price per month, you cant beat it. Only downside is that it can be super busy but not their fault.

Best self-service car wash around. You will have to wait in line during peak hours. They have a good number of bays, competitive pricing, keep a good stock of soaps and of course the washing works great. This place is 15 minutes from my house but still worth the drive, because nothing else in the area comes close. Your car will be sparkling clean!

It’s ok. Just when paying with credit card is a little bit messy and slow. It didn’t take the credit card 4 times and I was getting frustrated. Also didn’t like that you can’t park to dry your car so gets dirty so quick again.

A clean facility with multiple bays and competitive prices. Ive gone to many car washes in the area but always come back to Fox Hill because I can get my car washed at an affordable price.

Very clean bays, good water pressure but the coolest feature was there hand held air dryer .

If you’re coming here for the dog wash you’re probably gonna have a bad time. Only two wash bays and one is almost always out of order. If one is working it probably won’t read your credit card. Shame.Response to the owner: I appreciate the follow up however Ive waited months to write this and its always the same deal. Once you have working wash bays and credit card readers let me know and I can amend this review.

Spent the money on the most expensive automatic wash. Did not adequately clean any of my car and left dirt stains that were locked in after they went over it with wax.

This is a great car wash. They give you the opportunity to use your card for all of it and only have one transaction. Super convenient

Car hot a good wash and the vacuum is free and you use it till you are done.

Usually we love it, but tonight we used our code and the wash didn’t work, no one was in the office and no one answered the phone. It spit a bag of soap in the right side then stopped moving, can’t see the light for the sun reflection, why mot have the back door close at this time of day. It really sucked

Loved the dog bath. However, we had to wait awhile as one tub was out of order and it was a 10$ minimum.The convenience was worth the return. Price, idk.

Each car wash takes 10 minutes so if you have 2-3 cars in front of you, youll have to wait for 20-30 minutes in line before your turn is up. Secondly, dryer doesnt work well at all. I had to dry my car completely after it was washed.

The automatic wash works well enough. The manual wash is ok, the air shammy dryer is a cool idea but I find it takes forever because if you point the air wrong once it will spray water all over what you have already dried, maybe that’s just me. Here is the issue, something is always broken. One of the car wash bays is broken every week. Dog wash is often broken. More than once I have ran through the Autowash and it malfunctioned and has left the car half washed or still soapy. There is no live customer service later in the evening, so I had to pay to use the manual wash to rinse off the car more than once. It’s a good deal when it works, which isn’t consistent, it is so crowded now that I tend to come later in the evening to avoid waiting an hour, hence my customer service comment.

Good location. Not a whole lot of space to dry your car after you have washed it. And it is a little bit expensive compared to other self-wash stations I spend about $8 per wash I do.

This place has gone downhill. Every time I come here at least one wash bay is broken. Today two of them were broken and the third ran out of soap for the wash. Im going to start looking for a more reliable car wash.

I walked in to the gas station. Not a Soul, in there. I did walk out, with 4 Monster Energy Drinks, though.

For a low monthly price I can wash my car every day. Its very thorough, about 10 to 15 minutes. Car is shiny and clean. Theres even a dog bath to use if you wish.

The vacuum only lasted long enough to do half the driverside floor before it wanted more money👎

I love Autowash! Completely touchless carwash. If you do the monthly payment you can go wash your car every day. I wish their blowers would dry the car better but it is still very good. With the monthly payment, you get free use of the vacuum and fragrance, mat cleaning and they have a dog wash to wash your pets. Pretty good place for the price!

This is one of the best car washed I have been to. It does a great job getting all the dirt off.

The auto dryers do not dry your car. They blow but do not dry. I have tried all three lanes. The rinse blew water through the sun roof seals. We used the medium wash, not the contour. Will look for a different car wash.

Great car wash but their might be long lines. The car wash is also touchless so I might not take bugs off your vehicle. Their are vacuums and also self serve options to use. I have never used the dog wash.

Autowash centers have best touchless car wash around. Its not a wam-bam 90 sec spritz like the touch washes are. This one is about 8 to 10 min long

Great place to clean your vehicles. The equipment is top of the line, and the products help to ensure a clean car long after you leave.

The monthly membership pays for itself after two washes. The membership is tied to your app and not a vehicle. You get one wash per day. It is brushless and there is also a self wash. You can choose either method from the app. I have not used my free annual detail, because I prefer to do that myself. For those who dont like waxing a car, it is a great benefit.

100% worth EVERY PENNY. I typically groom my doodle at home. Its messy. It hurts my back. And no one is happy at the end. But not here. Doc did exceptional. The water was nice and warm. The soap has a pleasant smell. The conditioner smelled of coconut. The soap and all the treatments come thru the same nozzle for super easy cleaning. It even has a disinfect option to clean it before you use it for your dog! My dood hated the dryer but to be fair he never liked it to begin with. The tubs are waist high for me so it was a breeze. We will be lifelong customers.

If you upgrade phones they block you for 20 days . They then tell you that you have to pay your membership. I dont recommend. This is not a dependable company.

Dont get alot of time..compare to other carwash.. takes a long time to switch from different settings take awhile from water to soap, coat to wax so on so on

Car wash is great so far, have used it twice. Seems slower than most car wash washes but not sure if its cause its contactless.

Its very unusual to go this particular location and ALL 3 automatic car washes working. The lines are ridiculous and youre almost forced to stay if you get your code while waiting. Hope they can figure this out soon!..**Couldnt reply to the comment...but NO, long lines doesnt mean youre doing something right. It means WE who pay monthly to get a daily code are OBLIGATED to stay and **USE** the daily code to wash our cars... Especially when only 1 or 2 automatic car washes are working ( which is very rare)!

Its was awesome when it first opened. It was less crowded, and the equipment was in better shape. I like how they have air hoses to dry your vehicle. Usually only stalls 1 and 3 air hoses work properly.

Love the customer service here! They are quick to fix machine breakdowns, too!

Lines for the automatic washes are usually shorter than other locations Ive visited. However, it seems like the air dryers here dont perform that well leaving the car looking wet.

This car wash is very well taken car of and has a hand blower for a dryer, has vacuums, and and automatic car wash also.

My wife and I became monthly subscribers a week or so go; we used to frequent Express Wash off of Quincy and Buckley, but wanted to go brushless.Although your place is usually busy, it is worth the wait.My wife drives a 2020 Santa Fe and I drive a 2020 Stinger and the Superior Plus Wash really gets the cars clean.I do have a request, and that would be to improve the drying system which does an okay at best job of getting both of our vehicles dried.I think that the drying unit on higher costing washes not only should drop down and dry the car from front to back, but on its way back have the unit drop down again for a better drying experience.

Be careful with your lowered car here, I wont be coming back due to scraping my wheel on their auto-wash machinery. Would come here more often otherwise, not worth the risk.

Updates below!One of the auto washes is always out of order, sometimes two resulting in long wait times. I have been stuck in them twice and had to call for help. The most expensive wash leaves alot of spots on my vehicle, spot free rinse needs to go longer. This is closest to my house so I had hoped they would get it together. Customer service has been ok, I feel I have deserved credits when getting stuck in the wash. Once I was credited, the other time not but im not one to ask. I hope it gets better. I have called and spoken to them about my concerns.January 2019: Quiet often drive thru washes are not all working. Had a problem so I called the company. They said they couldn’t give me a credit because I don’t pay enough. I have a monthly subscription. Makes no sense to me.February 2019: Two of the three auto washes not working. Car left spotty with the high end wash.March 20, 2019: Two of the three auto washes not working. Will take me 40-50 minutes to get a wash. Unacceptable! =(

It toke the code and never started I wasted 1 hour here try to contact autowsh support no one answer theres never maintenance at this autowsh there 24hours but no one ever answer dont wast your money on this auto wash we always try to give it a chance but it never work

This is a very solid carwash. Lots of options. You can get a quick in and out wash, or a deeper clean.The soaps always smell amazing, and they stick around for a day or two.Could get 5 stars if there was a better drying system. The vehicle is completely covered in water after I drive out. I always have to get out and hand dry.

Car wash stopped mid wash! I called to get a refund and was bombarded with a bunch of accusations like if I messed up the car wash. Manager didnt want to give me a refund cause I wouldn’t provide my car Insurance!!! Definitely won’t be returning worst car wash I’ve ever been too! Worst service from a manager I’ve ever had!!

I have a ceramic coating on my car and cant use touch car washes. Ive been searching for a good touchless car was for the winter months when I cant wash my car myself and couldnt find one that actually got my car clean. I stopped here yesterday because my car was absolutely filthy from all the recent snow and I just wanted to at least hose my car down and get most of the gunk off. I was pleasantly surprised by the self wash station, and more surprised to find the automatic wash as well. I dragged my boyfriend back later that night to get his car washed to check out the automatic wash, and couldnt be happier with that as well. I bought the membership, 35 bucks a month for unlimited car washes? Sold. So happy I found this place.

I love the ability to purchase a monthly pass. Whether using the manual wash or the automatic wash system, this is a great deal. I keep my vehicle cleaner than I ever have while living elsewhere. Colorado roads during the winter covers cars in the mag chloride and getting it off as soon as possible is a priority. Autowash has mag chloride remover and because of the monthly unlimited pass, I wash as often as it snows. Place is very well maintained and does a great job. Wish there were more of these out there.

They have a good deal on their auto car wash, manual car was, vacuum, and dog wash.

Wanted to use my credit card and there was a major issue! Also Spent $12 for a car thats not so clean. The timer per dollar is VERY SHORT!!!

They have some busy hours like on the weekends which will cause you to wait. The wash actually broke down on me once, but I know if I would have called them they would have returned my money. They also have a great do it yourself dog wash!

I would give it 5 stars if I didn’t constantly have problems with their ticket voucher code deal. I have a large van which takes three to sometimes five vacuum cycles to finish. Then when I go into the wash bay it will day I have number open on too many stalls. This is after I push stop. I call the office and they rectify it every time after a lengthy explanation and they act every time like it’s the first time it’s ever happened. It’s a good car wash, good location. A tad pricey and they need to have an option for us larger vehicles to pay a little more and get more time. It doesn’t make sense that I’m allowed the same time to clean a vehicle that most others could literally fit inside of. Good car washes are hard to find. This one is good, clean and safe feeling. Even late at night. Love the blower feature for drying, too.

Absolutely terrible customer service, essentially told me to take a hike when I called with questions about membership issues. They wouldn’t stop payment on my membership during the shut down, and forced me to cancel my account which was not easy and took nearly 3 days, while still getting charged for a service I did not use! When I tried to reactivate my membership the app glitched, would not let me restart my membership and kept sending me through the same loop. Eventually wound up creating an entirely separate account, because I was told by one of their employees working at the wash that they would be able to help me remotely through customer service tomorrow. Unfortunately that was far from the truth! Absolutely terrible customer service, will not recommend to anyone!

This car wash is overpriced and air dryers are in horrible shape. I wouldn’t recommend washing your car here. You have a better chance of having a clean car if you let it rain in it.

This is a very clean and easy to access car wash, just off of Reservoir Rd and Flanders St. Average price for vacuum and manual wash.

If you wash your car on a regular basis, or have many cars, the money plan is killer.As for this location in particular, its pretty much the same as the rest.

Used to be a 5 star review, but when we had to change the card for payment on the $35 unlimited wash the in-app codes quit working and even the text sent to my wife with a code didnt work. The code via text said it didnt expire until 12/31/19.Today she ended up paying cash for the day at the podium as she really needed her vehicle washed. Attempted to call, no answer. No response to her voicemail. Should they not resolve soon, we may have to take our business elsewhere.EDIT 1/2020 - App now working again, no further code issues so far. Only complaint now is the residue that gets left behind in the automatic wash.

Love these washes during the winter

Good carwash except for the dryers. My car gets spots because the blowers dont do the job. There arent enough bays either. Sometimes the lines to get a wash are horrendous and it would be nice to have an attendant available to direct traffic.

Took some trial and error to figure out the self-serve car wash with a credit card. Now I know for next time. Expect to spend about $5 for a decent quick car wash.

Autawash has the best deal in town. You get one wash add a unlimited vacuums and unlimited dog wash for $35 a month... You really cant beat it. That in the touch free wash is actually really good.

Im basing my review on the dog wash only. The car wash may be better.This is the first truly self serve dog wash that Ive experienced and probably the last.I think the service is over priced for what is delivered.The good: They deliver exactly what they promise, a place to wash your dog with shampoo, flea shampoo, conditioner and blow dry. The mat in the tub is one of the best Ive experienced.The bad: they dont provide any of the tools that make a good dog wash, i.e. apron, towels, brushes, tub restraints for the dog. Then they expect that you will wash the tub at your expense.At $1/minute, and a $10 minimum, I think you get a better deal going to dog wash that has a staff to assist with cleaning the tub, handing out towels, brushes, etc.

I wash my cars a lot and go when its not a peak time so I dont have to wait in line and the Automatic bays do a good job the unlimited vacuum is also nice. Only small problem is that the Auto bays seem to break down often but there are three and they fix them quickly. It is a very good deal to buy a membership.UPDATE 06-04-21There are three automatic wash bays and one or even two of the three is always coned off or cant use because it will not reset so the last several visits I have not been able to get a wash and two lanes are out of order with a 45 min wait for the one that works and this is after 10 pm. I have a membership but its not worth the money because they cant or wont keep their wash bays up and runningUpdate 07-28-21They have the same automatic wash bay that is out of order every few days for the same problem so cars pull up to it because its empty but it says please wait wash in use even though its empty. So then the other two have a long line. This same problem has been going on for at least 6 months so who ever they have to maintain them are incompetent . Lots of new car washes in area who would be glad to take our money so I would avoid the fox hills auto wash.
