Several options for a pleasant trip to various destinations in Mexico

Pesimo service, they do not give you the full information. According to the trips they leave here in Aurora to take them to Chicago and they were bad and in the end they did not take them and my family had to go by their side until Chicago almost 1 hour before their bus left. And they still deign to say that the trip from Aurora to Chicago was courtesy which they never said when the reservation was made. Then they tell you that it is a first class bus, because it is not first class nor direct. The trip lasted almost 3 days when they said they would arrive in 2. It is a company that takes advantage of people xq does not demand their rights as a consumer. One tries to be nice and require the information that one deserves and they just say oooo Nose .... Ill call you in 5 min to ask about the information. Esp is not well supposed to sell bus tickets and should have all the information corresponding to the trip that is being purchased. And the truth is just a waste of time with this business

This place is robbery. They charged me for three seats on an executive bus that supposedly had 24 seats and within one hour the bus never came and they told me they would put me on a bus with more people. And they gave me no difference in money. They have very bad service.
