Fix your buses. I paid you good money to do your job. Be on time, and I definitely don’t need to hear what kind of mood your driver is in. He is extremely unprofessional and rude and did not have a mask while he was in the street yelling orders at people because he is late.

The bus trip beautiful I love how they make you where a mask and the air works on the bus and you spend 35.00 round trip and you get 23 of it back when you play at the casino with your players card so it Is worth it but know the bus times cause it stops running at a certain time and if you miss that bus youll be there all night till the morning but it is a beautiful ride and you feel very safe that you can even take a nap make sure someone wakes you up because you can go all the way up there and end up all the way back did you fall asleep and miss the drop off its a great ride great view and I have and would do it again thank you. Ill see you next week

Bus didnt have free wifi as advertised, & the cold air was on most of the trip. It aint a comfortable ride & a driver was rude about a mask issue while boarding. I had to contact the operations director due to lack of response by them, as I emailed & left messages regarding a refund. She lied saying shed look up my emails & messages I left, then follow up. Its been 2 weeks & each time she makes an excuse. Seems like theyre more interested in taking & keeping your money than refunding you due to a poor experience, which is what happened in my case. I aint paying Ramblin for another trip until I get refunded or reimbursed a round trip, & the air & wifi needs to be fixed to accommodate & make folks more comfortable

Very nice ride bus was in good clean condition. Not crowded going up to Blackhawk but the trip was completely full coming back. Mostly people who were heading back to Aurora and Lakewood that worked in Blackhawk

The perfect way to have a satisfying trip is let someone else do the driving. Rambling is the way to go with that. The bus drivers are always smiling and theyre very happy to help. Not only did someone else do the driving for you but when you gamble up in Blackhawk you get most of your money back for the bus ride. Its like getting a free ride to the casino and back. I will continue to use the Ramblin bus service to go to Blackhawk and back.

The bus is definitely the safest way to go reliable great drivers and its a nice little nap time before you get up there they leave every hour theyre always on time .. I recommend taking the bus

I love this bus company but they stopped providing service down the hill after the 12:20AM bus. Therefore I have to wait until 6:20AM for the next one down. I get off at 2 or 3 and usually return to work at 5PM the next day. I need to sleep and recharge for the next days 10-12 hour shift. I need those 2:20AM busses down. Disappointed

Used to be the best bus going up the hill. Now scheduling has been mess with so much i cant take the bus anymore. Bring back the 2 am bus and i might start riding again and raise ur stars back to 5.

Thats a lie i spend 1500 on bis tickets a year casinos dont pay for them they come out our check so give the right info for reviews. 60 bucks every 2 weeks. And also late leave us paying costumer stranded for a little snow and had to wait out sid in cold for 4. 5 hours for the bus and never came up at 12 1 or 2 oclock buses and left alot of people stuck but ace had 3 buses up here but no ramblin ya ok

Very poor service and never on time. Wilbur is one of the drivers and is probably the rudest person Ive ever met. I would rather take my own car than to get yelled at for no reason. Will not be using their service anymore.

Ride to the casinos on nicer buses than the other company. The drivers are very professional, too. They work with a bunch of casinos so you can get your money back for the ticket with casino play.

Drivers were very polite! I got motion sickness so I gave the driver a nice tip. And the process of taking the bus up to the casinos was quite easy & simple as well thanks to the drivers!

The ride from Aurora up to the casinos went fine but we did see another bus from the company broken down about 15-20 miles from Blackhawk. Coming home I was taking the 10:15 bus to Aurora when it arrived at the Isle the bus had about 10 seats left on it and we were told two other busses were broke down and we would have to to Arvada then back across town to the Federal Center and then to Aurora. They told us we could wait for the 12:15am bus but I couldnt because I hade arranged a scheduled Lyft driver for 11:45. It was a long bus ride and my disappointment would be that Ramblin Express does not keep their bases in better running condition. Three in one day is pretty unbelievable, there was one poor guy sitting next to me who had been on the bus that morning. Also it was blatantly a violation of the social distancing rules to be in business since we were packed in like sardines and only one seat left on the entire bus!! I also had to pay Lyft another $30 over what I was being charged and that was a very nice driver to wait for me.

This company has gone down hill. During a pandemic they run their busses at maximum occupancy. No social distancing. No one is allowed to sit by themself for social distancing. My driver yesterday did not even wear a mask. They run every two hours with two stops so every bus is full. Avoid this company at all costs. Ride Ace Express

If you want to go gambling this is the best way to go! The bus drivers are very nice and the buses are very comfortable and clean! And if your a smoker its nice because if your taking the bus from Aurora, they make a pit stop for 15 min, or just to stretch your legs is nice too. And if your a person like me with a broken body, its nice because usually I hurt bad for awhile from doing the driving by the time I get there, I have to not move for awhile, mountain driving can hurt the body!

Buses are fine but in Colorado, due to the slight unpredictable weather, the refund process is non- existent and therefore a scam. The bus was delayed for road closures and refunds or rain checks were not given out. Ride at your own risk

And, I do mean to-the-minute departure from the Aurora pick-up point as well as returning.Ample parking right in the area of the Casino Bus Office.Cost is $ 30/person Round-trip. I think there is a way to refund this fare or part there-of (NOT sure how) depending on points earned playing in the casinos, but, if like us, your intent is just to enjoy the sumptuous buffets in the different casinos, then just consider the $30 fare as an expense worth it.Bus ticket/s can be purchased online w/a $5 discount.However, only CASH payment is accepted if purchased at the pick-up point.Make sure to have extra $$$$ for tipping the drivers to and from the casinos.

If you work in Blackhawk or central city I recommend you drive to work or take ACE. This bus line is ALWAYS 20 to 45 mins late. I have a stack of tradies at my job because this shuttles drivers can NEVER be on time. If you absolutely have no other choice I recommend taking a bus about 2 to 3 hrs before your shift starts. At least then youll be at work on time.

This company is fine if you get one of the large buses that meets the needs for a trip into the mountains. But more often than not youll find yourself sitting in a cramped 21 passenger bus that, according to their own website, is ideal for local trips. I dont know how they define local but a 50 mile drive into the mountains isnt local in my book. These fantastic buses feature a luxurious 8 inches of leg room, spectacular cloths seats that look and feel like theyre from the 80s and a smell to match. Seriously Ramblin, what the hell are you thinking running these tiny ass vans to Blackhawk. Get rid of them. Your other buses are great but this is just unacceptable.

Bus broke down on the side of the road 20 mins from Black Hawk. We had a bachelorette party to get to and another rider had to get to work, so we got a ride the rest of the way. After calling them 3 different times the following week to ask for a $25 refund, a manager called me back and said another bus got everyone else there within 90 mins so, no refund. Driver never said a word about another bus coming, or repairs... Even if he had, we wouldn’t have waited because we had a dinner reservation, but not a word was said to us about what was happening or when/how it would be fixed. The woman at the depot was rude as well. Just can’t believe that there are still companies that would risk their reputation over $25 bucks. Yes we could have waited and the policy is whatever, but isn’t having your bus break down and getting somewhere 90 mins late enough of an inconvenience to call for even a partial refund? Guess not.

It can be pretty stuffy and hot in the bus but its a great way to get up the mountain and back home for cheap!

Ive been using this bus service for about six months while working as an employee for one of the casinos in Black Hawk, Colorado. After six months, I can safely say that their bus service is terrible, unreliable and not living up to the expectations which riders have. Its great if your buses have Wi-Fi. That doesnt do us any good if the bus never actually shows up!If a single cloud rolls across the sky or a single drop of water falls on the road, the bus stops running. These buses are equipped with automatic tire chains (you can clearly see them on the bottom of the bus) so there shouldnt be any excuse for weather related delays, but they happen all the time. Some days, even when the sky is clear and the day is warm, they just randomly cancel routes with no explanation other than issues beyond our control. The only notice given for these events is on an obscure website which is rarely updated and often incorrect.Let me give you a few examples of the fiascoes Ive had to deal with thanks to this incompetent bus company.On 04/21/18 at 11:30pm, Bus number 3802 blatantly drove past the bus stop outside the Golden Gates casino without stopping. Those of us waiting for the bus clearly saw it drive by and also clearly saw the bus driver talking on a cell phone (which is illegal). The bus driver was an old woman who barely looked well enough to be outside of her home much less driving a large vehicle. She had to circle back around to the stop, arriving almost ten minutes late. Then, when she arrived at the next stop outside of the Isle casino, she sat there and waited for over 30 minutes because some random guy without a ticket said he needed to go back into the casino to look for his mother, or some other absurd nonsense. The bus didnt leave Black Hawk until 12:20am, 45 minutes after we should have left Black Hawk and only ten more minutes until the next bus would have arrived anyway. This driver is clearly unqualified and incompetent. Her actions caused everyone on this bus to be amazingly late getting home after a long and stressful day at work.On 05/29/18 at 12:35pm, The bus for the SW Denver stop was just sitting a few feet away from the designated stop, and the driver wasnt letting anyone on the bus. I called the Ramblin Express dispatcher and asked why her bus wasnt allowing anyone on. She immediately broke into a practiced speech about how due to circumstances beyond our control they had to cancel most of their routes that day. I once again pointed out that the bus in question was literally ten feet away from me and I was looking directly at it, so why wasnt anyone being allowed to board? She said the driver was on break because he had a different schedule and that nobody would be able to board that bus for at least another hour. I had to call the casino to tell them I was going to be an hour late for work, because of the bus company.The casino pays for the tickets that employees are issued for the bus service. I personally cant understand why the casino puts up with this kind of shoddy service. If I were paying the exorbitant rates that this bus company is charging, I would absolutely demand more reliable service so that my employees could be at work on time. Because of the poor service this bus company provides, Ive begun filing complaints against them with the casino HR department, as well as filing complaints with state and federal agencies that regulate transportation companies.

Car might just get towed entire parking lot says no parking for casino. Now that some of the businesses are under new ownership they will call the tow truck to have your car removed out of their parking lot although the casino but shares their parking lot

Its $30 round trip but you can get $20 back @ the casino. O the ride is 90 mins long. There is a 2nd stop in Lakewood @ The Federal Center.

The bus boards at 20 after the hour in Aurora and Leaves Isle Capri Casino about half past the hour. Trip avgs an hour long. Busses are Coach series bus. Execellent Drivers. Free Coffee in Aurora.

This place is run garbage people.They have no respect for the fact that they are in a residential area and leave their buss backup alarm on for 30min at a time starting at 5:30AM and several times throughout the day until around 9PM.Update 7/3/18. Bus alarm has been on for over an hour now. I hope all of these people die in a fire.
