Grace is the best! Super friendly and professional

Front of the shop was a lil different no row of seats, not sure if covid related or making best use of space, overall the place is similar to all other sport lips shops with TVs on and sa!e color scheme. I didnt check the hours for the shop and did an app check in within the last hour of operation for the day and am very appreciative of their accomodations and still took me in for a cut. The overall service was great, surprisingly with a smile after a long day of cutting!Got a decent haircut was a lil surprised that the gal cutting my hair deferred to her mgr to make sure that my cut was right, my guess is either shes very new and wanted to make sure that I was getting what I asked for...in all I would go back but earlier in the day and might ask for a more experienced stylist just to save time.

Price is the only reason you got 4 stars. All that money better go to the hair stylists.

Had to stop in for a quick trim today because my usual salon stylist was out of town. Taylor cut my hair and did a great job! She was super friendly too. Definitely going back!

Had a great experience at this location of sport clips. I appreciated the fact that I arrived just before closing time and they werent concerned.. I got a great cut and the young woman that cut my hair did an amazing job. Will visit again.

This was my second time taking my son (17 months) to this Sports Clips. The first time went really well. Girl was very nice and did a great job! I took my son again the other day, and the girl we had was very rude. She clearly did not want to cut my sons hair. She was VERY impatient with him and did not do as good of a job as the original girl we had. I wish I had gotten her name because I will NOT take my son to her again. I think he could sense her frustration and irritability which made him more upset. Not a good experience.

I am SO HAPPY THIS PLACE WAS OPEN.  The girls here are awesome!I had had difficulty making an appointment and they helped get my son and I checked in.I had just came from another hair cut establishment and my sons hair was MESSED up! (crooked hair line, patches, random long hair,)THANK YOU MYRA FOR MAKING IT A MILLION TIMES BETTER! She cleaned it up and didnt leave him bald.I on the other hand was pleased to find out they do womens cuts as well.TAY IS PHENOMENAL!  I get the worst anxiety when getting cuts.  She really took the time to listen to what I wanted.  I really love that she kept it long like I wanted but made it look a lot nicer by evening out and cleaning up.My son and I will be back for sure!Thank you!

Most staffers are friendly and attentive. The last one I had was nowhere interested in working that day unfortunately. Once you find a staffer you like, find out his/her schedule!

Sport Clips has become just another in out quick cut place but still costs more. No attention to detail even if there is no one waiting behind you and they are slow. I know its not a high end shop but over the years all locations I visit really seem to be caring less about quality and more about speed.

Horrible haircuts I’ve taken my sons, to different lady’s never got the haircut I ask for. Tonight was the last time taking my boys here my son hair is choppy I’ve never expected this it looks horrible. On the top in some places it’s half inch long other place it’s 2half inches it’s not fixable except for a shave. I can deal with the wrong haircut but not a bad hair. I gave this store a one star ⭐️. But I called and one of the girls was very nice about the situation and making it better so I changed it to 4 stars.

One of the worst places to cut ladies hair!I sent my daughter to fix her hair because she was trying to cut it at home and we ended up with one side shorter than the otherWhen my daughter come back we still had one side shorter so I called her and told her to fix it! Cause that was the main reason we came to them the lady name was Patrisha and she was really unfriendly on the phone and hanged up while I was saying thank you have a good day!!!My daughter had uneven hair so I had to fix it at home!Not coming back to this place for sure!

Not sure if the prices went up..but I just paid $24 for my son and I..each. For just a hair cut...

Great experience getting a haircut at this sports clips for the first time. It was better than I expected. I occasionally come to Panera for dinner and it is convenient to just have my haircut after at this location. Since it was my first time I got the VIP treatment which was great.

I actually rated the place a 5/10 and boy, I was amazed at the instant response I received from the area manager on what they could do, to set my experience right. I told them it was the wait time and she helped me with the app that would cut down my wait time. The place otherwise is clean, the dressers super cheerful. If at all, sometimes they do try to up-sell but arent so pushy. The full MVP experience is definitely worth the money you pay here. Definitely 5 stars.

Honestly it should be zero stars but technically it is a haircut. This was my first time, and last, at this location. I went in for the simple regular haircut that is a 2 to a 3 on the sides and finger length on top. Ive literally got it done so many times. I bring in the notes from the Sport Clips I used to go to before I moved to the area, so,they knew exactly what to do. The haircut seemed to take a lot longer than usual I didnt really think anything about it at the time. Once the cut was done and I got to my car I knew something was wrong and it was confirmed when I got home. The top a fine as you really cant mess up finger length on top. The sides and back in particular are nowhere near what they should be lengthwise. The back seems to have been cut with a 0 guard as you can see my scalp noq back there and that has never happened before. So yeah this Sport Clips is on the beyond terriblw list. I think who cut my hair (I dont remember her name but I was in seat #7) could use a new vocation or maybe learn to read numbers on clipper guards? Grade F-

Great place for Adult and kids haircuts. We havent had a bad haircut here yet. Been going here for years.

Brailyn Took care of me last time and this time as well and it was an amazing experience both times. The scalp massage alone would make everything worth it. She is well trained and very personable and makes for a fantastic haircut.

Check-in policy works like a reservation. You can check-in and leave and come back in and hour and cut in front of everyone who is waiting to be next. Its a crappy policy and they were really nasty when I told them I was displeased with it. They told me an hour wait. After and hour and fifteen minutes and 8 of these guys showing back up to cut in front of me, I got up and left. Never going to another one. High priced. The quality of the MVP went down a year ago. No one knows how to give a scalp massage at this place. They tap on you about three seconds in 5 spots on your back and charge almost 10$ extra. Then they try to up charge you for stuff at the counter.

Nice Sports Clips. First time at this store. Rebecah was very thorough and gives a great cut. I was in a bit of a hurry and she was understanding. Im coming back for sure.

Braelynn was good - girls in there were nice and conversational. Came in around 7pm. She did a good haircut and scalp massage.

Brailyn is the best stylist I have had the pleasure of working with. She knows exactly what I am looking for and executes it perfectly!

My sons haircut took forever. All in all we were there for almost an hour and there was only one person ahead of us. The price is outrageous for a kids haircut. And it was a terrible cut. Not going back.

Been there and have been satisified with the cut but the app that allows you to see the wait time is inaccurate. I’ve seen a zero wait time a couple times and arrived to find 3 people in queue and the app still saying zero wait time.

They did not read the ticket properly and cut my hair in the front to short. Im aware this can be fixed in 2 weeks but its 20 dollars Ill have to pay at a different location. When she found out I wasnt happy and she did it wrong she gave me a 5 dollar discount...i will not be returning.

Don’t waste your money! For a place that’s marketed for men they sure are incompetent at cutting men’s hair. DO NOT let Mercedes cut your hair.
