***UPDATE***6/2021 - 5 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 Star ReviewAlthough my review from 4/2021 said I would never go back. I decided to give The Mens Hair House another shot. Why, because I do like the way they cut hair, and the atmosphere is always friendly and inviting.Today I went in an was a walk-in, so I knew I would have a little wait, not a problem.When my turn came around, Sergio would be the one cutting my hair. I was very happy with my cut.To my surprise, Sergio actually walked me out and explained that he was aware of my previous review here on Google. He told me that he was a co-owner with Miguel and apologized for what happened 2 months ago. He wanted to know how he could make it right and continue to gain my business.As a small business owner myself, I understand supporting small businesses.I told Sergio that I was happy with todays visit and that I would come back again. Very unprofessional no one knows what they are doing. On the phone they said no wait, got there within five minutes they said wait time was 10 minutes waited over an hour with empty barber chairs while barbers were messing around with each other. Do yourself a favor and ditch this place for someone who appreciates your business.

Came in on 7/24/21 for a cut and fade...my stylist Sabastian gave me an uneven cut, faded one side higher then the other. The whole time this guy claimed his English wasnt too good but sure understand what I said when I asked for change for this weak $30 haircut. If you DONT speak Spanish dont come here! Too much giggling and texting while you sit in the chair🤦. Certainly wont be back here again.

I went in last night around 6pm, I had worked all day long and could not wait to get a haircut. When I walked in I was told to take a seat and they should get to me soon. I took a seat and about 45 min later a man walked in and sat down to wait for 2 min before getting sat down for a haircut. I honestly was appalled. Ive been sitting here for almost an hour and this man gets served before me! He had no appointment either just the barbers friend. But by all means put your friends free haircut over a paying customer. I will never go back here again.

I love the energy and professionalism from every barber I have encountered there.. about 6 so far. There are about 8 owners, and 10 chairs. Every chair has an owner . My kids love it. Mondays are great, its dad gets a cut, first kid is free then 1/2 off next child. Makes my son feel like a man. Great shaves as well!

On vacation visiting family needed a good haircut. I found this place on Google, I liked the reviews and boom a great cut that my wife very much approved of.

So it’s Tuesday at 12:30pm and it’s closed. This is the second time this has happened to me. If you call the place and nobody answer, it’s CLOSED!

Tried this place out for the first time - and felt like I had been robbed at other barber shops.... Jorge gave me the best cut Ive had in a long time! I would reccomend this barber shop to anyone looking to get a cut by someone who cares about what they are doing 👍

I went in to get a haircut on a Monday night, because according to their website, if I got a haircut, they would cut my son’s hair for free. When I went in to the shop, that same deal was offered on the board above their register. When I asked about it, however, they told me they no longer did that because they were “making some changes” and refused to honor the deal. The reason I’m giving two stars is because the haircut turned out great. But refusing to honor a deal posted online as well as in store is misrepresentation, and simply just poor customer service.

This place had a relaxed atmosphere with a very chill vibe. All of the workers were courteous and inviting. Another reviewer complained about the cost, but at $25 the haircut I received was well worth it. I received my haircut from Devin, and he was awesome! He took a good amount of time taking care of me and I did not feel like he was simply rushing to get me out the door. While getting my haircut, I also saw the haircuts that some of the other workers were giving and they also have their act together; I will definitely be returning!

My boyfriend always gets his hair cut here with Freddy and he always leaves him looking too fresh! This place is great, highly recommend Freddy to fade you up! Won’t be disappointed!

I wanted a shave and a haircut one day, and after calling several other hair places, I found out that most of them have plenty of stylists but very few have more than one actual barber. Mens HairHouse is all barbers, and I got a great haircut with a really clean shave. Miguel doesnt speak great English and I speak almost no Spanish, but he still understood what haircut I wanted better than many other stylists where language wasnt a barrier; thats a real barber. This is my new spot.

LOVE this place! I stumbled across this place from Dairy Queen. My daughter had decided to shave the back of her head (an undercut) Jose did her design. Weve been to see him about 5 different times and each time he never fails to impress. We have recommended him to other girls with similar style and they loved him as well. I also needed to move my father who suffers from dementia to an assisted living facility. Jose was so gentle with him and cleaned him up.

Previously I had an appt with Jose who completely stood me up twice and left me sitting here with my two boys. Bella the barber had wonderful customer service and took care of me anyways even though it was appt only on Sundays. The shop was very neat and clean. I enjoyed my service overall.

I have been going here for years and I am never disappointed by the quality of hair-care provided here. Nice barbers! Thank you.

Good haircut

Went Wednesday afternoon. I walked in, two guys with clients in the chair and guy playing video games, I was asked what I needed, duh a haircut.The guy who cute my hair had no personality, I attempted to make small talk- nothing. Time came for me to pay, the guy had no change, I had to go to find change from another business. Signs on the door says they take credit cards NOPE! I got home noticed my face was cut from the clippers. Stay away!

I had the pleasure of getting a haircut from Abu. He is a well experienced and professional barber that made sure I got the haircut I wanted. The place was clean, with plenty of room, and an awesome music selection playing.

To the owner ( Pauline )On Saturday on 5/26/2018 I went to Men’s Hairhouse for the very first time. Well I came into the place NO one said even a ‘ Hello’ except a gentleman on the left side of the place and he had a bright blue shirt on. There were a total of three barbers in the place at the time. It was before 11:00 a.m. and there were two barbers on the right side of the room or place. I only waited a very simple haircut. That’s all. Well I waited & waited. After the gentleman was done with the man with a beard he cleaned his floor area up, and went outside to rest & have a smoke. Well I finally got up & walked out of the place. My time is valuable too. I really hated to go but I am not going to waste my time waiting. I have lots of choices to get a haircut in the Aurora area. I will NOT return & you lost my business period. Very poor service & not a good way to run a business. I finally left after waiting over 30 minutes. Such have had more people working or at least mentioned that there will be a long wait. Very poor business ways of running a place.

Nice atmosphere. The lady did a great job on my daughters braids, but will not have her do my sons hair again, but she was very nice.

Was hesitant not knowing the place, but after seeing a few other reviews I drove out to see the place. Walked in and felt welcomed immediately. Talk about a clean and friendly environment. Told the barber I needed him to use a vit of his imagination to fix the mess of hair I had. Gave him very little instruction and he nailed it. Straight razored my lines, never missed a step. Pre lotion this after shave that. 1st real experience at a real barber and I will be back. Turns out my barber ( Sergio Rendon) is also the shop owner. He definitely leads by example and does quality work at more than a fair price.

Just got a haircut there The Barber said he was from Atlanta.This is this worst haircut now that Ive ever had. He never asked me if I wanted my sideburns to remain and he cut him completely off. My left temple is back about a 1/2 inch further then the right temple I am so pissed right now. Wont be coming back here again.

I am a little unsure about this place. The first time I went was terrible!! The barber cut my hair far too short, cut me three times with a straight razor, and left a line from a shaved line in my hair. I went back a few days later and the barber was gone, they then corrected it, but at full cost. I do not plan to return.

I am giving Migel 5 stars bc he did amazing and took great car if my son! The review below was from service i got 2 days prior to Migel fixing Bellas cut.If you go here whatever you do, do not get Bella, a dude. Worst haircut i have ever seen done on a person. I took my 2 year old to get a hair cut and this guy bella was so figgity it took him 35 mins to do a simple fade on the sides of my sons head. He hadnt even touched the top at this point. But yet the sides just kept getting shorter and shorter. It was literally giving me anxiety watching it. I ended up telling the dude to stop bc it was jusg getting worse and worse and he clipped my sons nose and almost hit me with the clippers.
