Briana was so patient and gentle with my (almost) 2 year old for his first haircut. She went above and beyond to make sure he wasn’t afraid and gave him things to occupy his attention. Briana accommodated all of his wiggling and ended up giving him a cut that is as cute as ever!

I like Sports Clips but here is something that I recently noticed. I dont see Sport Clips supporting any sports? Unlike Great Clips whos name I see everywhere during sporting events.

This is my favorite Sport Clips location! The stylists are very friendly and excellent listeners. They truly want their clients to be happy with the service they receive. The shop itself is clean certified and all covid protections are in place; masks for you and your stylist, social distancing, using a clean stylus at the cashier machine, and each station has plexiglas panels for customers protection. Also, this location opens at 9Am instead of 10. I am happy to recommend this Sport Clips

I’ve taken my toddler son here twice for haircuts and have been extremely pleased! There was a short wait, the staff was great and personable, and the stylists all knew so much about the different products. We’ll definitely be going back!

This place is horrible I will never go again. Steer clear.. took my sons and the manager Giann (?) was so incredibly rude and inconsiderate. She is very full of herself and obviously doesn’t know how to run a business or deal with customers. I didn’t mind waiting but had a couple of questions and she couldn’t be bothered. Her employees acted like they were terrified of her and so they just kept to themselves. I took my 2 teenage sons and walked out. Went to Great Clips were they were friendly and not on a power trip. If I could give negative stars I would.

Ive only been there twice but they only charged me $15 and I give them a $5 tip because the girl I go to does a fantastic job and about 10 or 15 minutes and if you go during the day you dont even have to wait

Treated myself and my 6 yr old son to the MVP. Well, hes completely spoiled and I wont be able to take him anywhere else! He loved it. Haircuts were great, very friendly stylists. Giana gave some great tips on dealing with my sons colics. We will be back.

I went in yesterday with a voucher for a free haircut as a new client, but I dont think I will return. The lady who took care of me seemed a bit rushed to get me in and out, and acted a bit impatient when it came to me figuring out how I wanted my haircut. The greatest issue I had was her handling of her clippers on the back of my neck. She pressed hard and fast on my skin. It still hurts and I have visible marks on my neck from it. Unfortunately, I am having trouble posting pictures of this, but I have pictures of it. I am not sure if it was an accident, but this doesnt make me want to risk another visit.

This is my update for the bottom review...I m keeping that just to let everyone know why I gave 1 star at first place.. Anyways... Within an hr of my review..the store manager called me and explained to me why they charge $19, and he acknowledge the fact that most people driving just see whats clearly visible to them and not fine print..I changed to 5 stars. Because he took the time to call and explained everything..thats means a lot when it comes to customer service..DONT GO. To this place .Big Rip off...They advertise $10 hair cut and put bunch of signs infront of their store..but after I got the haircut..the lady charged my full price..which $19..and when I asked about the sign..she said its for new clients only..Thats false advertising..never going to go their again..save ur money and go to Great Clips couple blocks down..

My first appointment (yesterday Saturday December 8th) with Bobbie was truly great! Im not big on writing reviews but I sure read them. This total experience with Bobbie at Sports Clips Aurora Orchard Road made me sit here to write about it. The whole process was terrific. I checked in online from home - received a txt confirming and Bobbie was cutting my hair within 2 minutes of me arriving! Think about that for a second - Its Saturday - Midday - they are busy - so this itself was no small feat! Bobbie cut my hair better then the person who was doing it for many years. She even showed me a few tricks for my beard and did a better job trimming it then those hipster guys I tried!! Bobbie explained the right product to use for my hair and beard. Oh and it was way cheaper then those other guys. I moved to this area 3 years ago and can now say that I have finally found the right person and place to go. And the Super friendly staff!! Youll see what I mean when you go. I dont know who owns this franchise but they know the secret to success. It starts with quality people! They have that!! Hey Bobbie Ill see you every 3 weeks like clockwork!! Thank you!!!

What a joke. Advertising short wait time and online check-in, but when online check-in isn’t working and you drive all the way to the store with a full hour until closing time and you’re turned away? I guess people who work long hours are not welcome to get their hair cut. Thanks for the consideration (or lack there of). I’ll take my business elsewhere.

Horrible service,not only was I almost skipped over because We dont know why the online sign ins come first but was rushed to get out as fast as possible. Came in with obvious bed head and was not washed or even offered. was not offered to upgrade to MVP which I was willing to try, and when I mentioned how to cut my hair I said 3 diferent times to thin the top and she forgot until the end and rushed 10 seconds of thinning in. At the end I mentioned how my bangs were lighter on one side and they can be longer and was told I have been doing this 20 years and they are fine. They werent. I also noticed that she missed that I had a widows peak and now they look off. No sports talk either, the old ladies who work there are there for a paycheck alone. Never coming back, the price (for a STANDARD cut) is not even worth the hacky job they do. At least at Supercuts I pay for idiots to cut my hair.
