Carly Mae is literally the best. For over 4 years now she is the only one I will let cut my hair. I used to drive from downtown just for her to cut my hair. I’d give more stars if I could

The season pass is a great value but keep track of your usage for double check of accuracy. Some stylists are great and no stylist I have had is bad. App for check in works really well.

The ladies here are amazing, Ive never had a bad experience. Maybe Ive been spoiled with family owned experiences, but $30 on a hair cut is more than Id like to pay.If the ladies werent so great I wouldnt come here.

Ive been going there for past few times, Crystal is very professional. Other barber shops barbers have messed up my hair but Crystal understands what you want and advice what you should do with your hair and put notes in system for next time. Little pricey though

Nice location, somewhat hidden behind the McDonalds. Manager Carly is wonderful. Love getting my hair cut by her. Do not go near closing time as there is usually a wait and those poor girls always have to stay late to finish.Would recommend.

It has been over a year since my last visit to this location. I now understand why I had no urge to return. Quite honestly and I am really trying to be honest and not rude, but Ive never had a good haircut here. The staff is friendly, the place is clean and the location is perfect, however I just cannot get a quality haircut from here, ever! Im a 43 year old male with a simple style cut. Nothing fancy - just trim up what I have and we are good to go. Of course they put so much goop in your hair before you leave that you cannot tell if the sides are symmetrical or not. This morning I look in the mirror and I am butchered. My colleagues will at least have fun laughing today.As if the haircut was bad enough, I had a 50% off coupon for their signature MVP cut because I have not been here in awhile and somehow I was only given $4 off. I didnt feel like arguing.The day after a haircut you should feel well groomed and pleased, rather Im trying to figure which hat I am going to wear all weekend and where I should go to fix this hack job once again.

Never have had an issue with friendliness or quality of haircut at this location. Although they do push you pretty hard on buying their hair products (gels, shampoos and such), which I dont really enjoy every single visit.My critique is in general about Sports Clips, not just this location. The hair cut is already more expensive than SuperCuts up the street by several bucks. But what really bothers me, is that when they went digital with the payment process using the iPads, the lowest default amount for tip is $5, as opposed to percentage based tipping options or typing your own tip in manually. In order for one to tip less than $5, you have to select the other option and type it in, which is really awkward when the stylist is watching you fill it out. So I just give the $5 every time to avoid the awkwardness, which Im not really happy about tipping more than I want to every time.My haircut takes less than 10 minutes. 20% of the haircut price (which I consider a good tip in the service industry) is less than $5. So I feel it is a bit nervy to have a default tip of over 20%. They should either have the normal tipping percentage as options (5%, 10%, 15%, 20%, 25%) or just require everyone to manually type in what they want to tip. It should not be assumed that everyone wants to tip more than 20% for their haircut, especially if they are not satisfied or if they have a very simple haircut that takes little time.As such, going to Sports Clips is always $5+ more than the SuperCuts up the street due to this tipping process and the higher price of the cut. Price matters. Also, SuperCuts doesnt push me to buy their hair products and they also give a hot towel without an additional charge as they do at Sports Clips. So that is why I dont go to this chain anymore. Better value at SuperCuts.

I had bad experience with this hair cut place. The lady kept cutting my hair from everywhere without measuring them. I didnt like it at all. I think she didnt know how to cut hair. The guy before me got horrible cut, but this other lady working there gave him compliment so that he doesnt feel bad. I dont think he was happy when I looked at him. I had bad luck guys. I hope this review helps to find some better place. Again it really depends who is cutting your hair :)

First time in this store. The lady that cut my hair did a great job, she was very nice too. Place was clean, very well maintained, will be back again.(Update 8/24/17, had another cut, this time from Brittany. Great cut, great service, really like this store.)

Took my son for a haircut to this location as I was coming back from the Fox Valley Mall. The staff was courteous and the haircut was decent. Price not bad either.

The staff was very nice and friendly but I don’t think they use proper haircut procedures. My oldest son hair wasn’t blended and my younger sons hair isn’t even in the front. I will not return. Not satisfied with the haircut.

A decent place to get a good looking hair cut under 20 bucks

Salon was clean and inviting.Amber was friendly and cut my hair just like I wanted it.

Generally quick. No appointment needed, but you can use the internet website to check in with your cutter before you actually arrive.I like Sport Clips because if I get a haircut someplace else during my work day in a busines shirt, I dont like to walk around the rest of the day feeling hair bits under the collar, on my skin, or visible hair on my light colored shirt the reast of the day.So, I use the cut that includes a quick wash. I cant get that at a barber when I have meetings afterwards. Here, I only use Carly. Everyone Ive ever met at any Sport Clips anywhere in the country on my travels has been polite and nice, but Carly won me over by styling my traditional, basic short cut.I recommend it. It is different from real barbers, there are no male cutters, you have to check yourself in on a tablet, they wont make a set, timed appointment ahead of time, and red stadium chairs are a bit much for me (personally), but once you get checked in, absolutely great service, very convenient, and clean.

I usually come here to get my haircut. The stylists are friendly and the place is clean. I went to a more expensive place in Naperville once and they messed up my hair up.Sports clips is reasonably priced and a good spot for a simple guys cut.

I went for a beard trimming, the asian girl, she went up all the way to my forehead. I let her know about the mistake she made, and pointed with my fingers to where i want her to go on the other side.When she asked about lining, i specifically told her just shape it, and pointed with my fingers again to the place on my neck where i want it to be.But she did not listen to me, even though she could speak english perfectly, unlike the other asian stylist that still had the accent.I mean how can you made a mistake when someone points the fingers to where you should go and where you shouldnt....

Me and my son went to sports clip for the 1st time, my son wanted his sides fade and top trim only, well instead of that,I just walked away to get my own hair cut on oposite side and notice my son calling me and was upset, I turn around and my sons hair halfway bald, Im like what part did i say he wants a fade with top trim, instead they decide to do this, please do not go there, they are not professional stylist, this place should be called Sports Clip School, instead of Sports clip, walk away if you dont want your hair ruined.

Stylist was friendly, but very much seemed in a rush the whole time even though I was a first time client. Haircut was alright, but a lot of spots missed that I needed to fix myself when I got home. Annoying pressure to buy products. Not bad if youre in a bind, but every time I go to one of these places it reminds me why men should stick to barber shops. They dress their haircuts up with extras, but its still the same hurried chop-shop job I get at a hair cutery or super clips. Overall disappointing.
