Lisa T. Is the absolute best! She pampered me today and made me feel like a VIP. The conversation was awesome, warm and funny! She went way above and beyond my expectations with her superb service. Yes they cut womens hair too!! Heather cut and styled my hair and it was a very last minute decision but the staff was so professional and worked with my schedule! I was really nervous because I had a terrible experience at a different establishment but Heather listened to what I wanted and asked to see my reference picture several times to make sure she got it right and it was PERFECT!! so happy with the results and I found my new place to go!

Vicki has been at Floyds for just a month, and just gave me a haircut experience that was absolutely top shelf! Floyds is lucky to have her. Shes a veteran barber whos been doing this for a long, long time and her passion for haircutting is truly remarkable considering how long shes been doing it. I feel like I got a $90 haircut treatment for $40. Amazing.

Nice service bit a little to expensive. Also you cant usually schedule for the same day. There always over booked. Not sure if thats a bad thing but still an inconvenience.

Tara did an amazing job, and I could just tell she has great cutting techniques. On a side note, I really wish this location would chill out a bit on the COVID protocol. I pulled my mask down just to sip a coffee while I waited and I got barked at by an employee . Goodness gracious, a little extreme when you consider we are about in the Green zone here and restaurants everywhere allow people to dine in without masks. It’s a little over the top and kills the customer experience. Thank goodness Tara to the rescue recovered it with an enjoyable cut.

Never, have I ever felt more at “home” with a stylist. Never have I felt like I was more than a “client” with my stylist. Deb cared about me, my day, my life and MY HAIR! I felt 30ft tall leaving! She clearly puts her HEART into her career. She literally, while juggling me, her staff, the other clients, C-19, LIFE etc. made me feel so good and valued she is a KEEPER! They were very prompt. Jamie was great with my three year old son who is super squirming during his hair cut. They gave him suckers to calm him and refocus him to his haircut that was long over due. She was patient and kind I won’t be going anywhere elsthank you! 34$ including the tip was worth the experience for him. I think the cut is only 22$

First time for the wife and I going to Saltgrass and were both wanting to go back! The service was fast and friendly. My wife ordered grilled and fried shrimp that she really liked and I ordered a top sirloin steak that was a perfectly cooked medium. Would love to come back and try some of the other dishes! Love having a good steakhouse thats close to home we can go to.

I’ve been getting my sides cut for years now. I always leave it longer on top but I like a nice fade into it. Not just buzzed where the FADE should be. I came to this location in need of finding the right barber. I sat down with Donnie and have never looked back. Donnie is the best barber (hands down) I have ever had. I’m 24 years old and your haircut shows a lot about you as a person. Donnie’s skills have made me feel better about myself and boosted my confidence. It’s safe to say he’s the king of fades and skin fades. I wouldn’t recommend anyone else. He’s very flexible with scheduling and takes care of his clients better than anyone I’ve ever had as a barber. Thanks for what you do Donnie. I will always come to you

WORST HAIRCUT IN 20 YEARS, GOT HOME AND I HAD INCH LONG HAIRS ALL OVER THE PLACE, NO TRIMMING AROUND EARS AT ALL. I HAD TO GO HOME AND TRIM ALL MYSELF. THOUGHT AFTER FINDING THE ONE THAT SAYS SHE CAN DO MENS HAIR WELL, ILL CHALK THAT UP AS A FAIL.

My family has gone to Floyds 99 at Cornerstar for several years, and always get an excellent haircut. The barbers and stylists listen to what you want, make great suggestions, and cut it as you want. The hot towels and neck massage at the end are heavenly. Their online appointment system is so convenient. I moved and they arent as close to my new place as before, but the times Ive tried new shops have been disappointing. Floyds at Cornerstar is worth the drive.

Asked for a fade on my undercut and got just a regular cut of a #1 1/2 length. I am perplexed at the miscommunication. Go somewhere else since they don’t know the basics.

They girl barbers where super nice and helpful and well understanding. Ashley M was super nice and my daughter loved get care taking and also I forgotten her name who cut my husband hair did great. The bathroom was clean and organized. The prices are fair. It was in all in all good experience

Ive been going to this Floyds for a few years now and have never had anything but positive experiences with this store. The staff has always been friendly and professional, and my cuts have always been phenomenal and reasonably priced. Nestor is a remarkable stylist who always takes the time to listen to my needs and wants with my hair, which always results in a perfect cut every time. Sure there may be busier times, and busier times of the year, when a wait may be necessary but that wait is worth it with the quality cut these folks strive to deliver. Since I started coming here I have gotten some of the best cuts I have ever had. Two thumbs up for Floyds!

Solid experience all around. Needed a quick cut before the holidays (god forbid I schedule in advance). Was told it was about a 30 minute wait and I waited about 30 minutes. No complaints as a walk in.Tyler cut my hair and did a fantastic job. Good conversation and a good cut.

Sommer did exactly what I wanted, and has always done a great job. But when I got home I want happy with it. I called and they squeezed me back in. Sommer had already gone home and I fully and happily expected to pay for a full new haircut, but they comped it, which was very nice.

Best haircut Ive gotten in recent years

Just got my hair cut today. Extremely satisfied with the cut and services provided. I had a really nice chat with my barber, Tyler, the whole time he cut my hair and trimmed my beard. Very friendly guy. I showed him a picture of what I wanted and he definitely delivered. He took his time and made sure I was completely satisfied before I left. I did not have an appointment, but they were able to get me in a chair within a couple minutes. I will be back!

Ive had good experiences here every time. Theyre almost like a more upscale Great Clips with better ambiance and music. You can walk in and get exactly the cut you ask for - men and women too!

Very reasonable service cost with a surprising amount of value. Cool atmosphere and very welcoming. The stylists really know what they are doing and are happy to work with you to figure out the best look for you.

Jessica is the best!!! She always takes the time to listen to what I need and want for my hair and does what I request, even better than I imagined it would be. She goes the extra distance for my son too, by naming his hair cut “the Indominous Rex” cut so he knows she is listening to what he wants too. I have been coming to Floyds for the past 4 years. I began at the South Glenn location, but moved to the Cornerstar location when Ashley V transferred here. My experience has always been top notch. I still credit Ashleys haircuts to helping me land two jobs. She has geat attention to detail, and makes you feel important. All the employees are very helpful and attentive to customers. Absolutely Awesome. I had my first visit with Jenni E. a few days ago and Im so incredibly impressed. Ive had no luck finding a smart and experienced hair stylist/colorist. Jenni spent more than a few minutes listening to my requests and concerns with prior hair mishaps, she was patient!!! Jenni then explained what she was going to do and why she was going to do it. It came out awesome! The color is beautiful and so is the cut. Jenni is personable and realistic, she is an amazing find. I finally have found the stylist Ive been hoping for!!!

Rarely get a haircut Im not satisfied with. The people here great! Really like Ashley V as she does a fantastic job. I usually dont ask for anyone in specific but over a year ago right before my wedding, I asked for her as I know I can trust her. She did an excellent job and even suggested a new way to style my hair, which Ive used since then to this day. All in all a great staff and I havent gone anywhere else since I discovered them.

I always take my 2 little boys (ages 3 and 4) to get their hair cut by Kara and she always does an amazing job with them! Not only is she able to get them to keep still in the chair but their hair always comes out looking so cute! Shes also very kind and sociable! I highly recommend booking an appointment with Kara at this barbershop, you wont be disappointed!

Ouch. Called at 5:02 for a call ahead appointment. I was told 20 to 30 minutes so I agreed to be appointment. At 7:22 I left as I hadnt been seen yet. I have children to take care of. Incredibly frustrating when a company doesnt take your time in consideration. Time is money... Dont lie to customers to get them to schedule.. Its dishonest

Awful place to go. I went for a simple A line cut. Christal chopped all my hair off, into a bowl like cut. I had to pay 80 dollars at an expensive salon to fix my hair. I had to get a pixie hair cut to make it look good. The staff offered to fix it...no way or give me 20 dollars back. Really for what I went through. No Im sorry nothing. They wont even pay for part of my hair cut...let alone she cut all my hair off

I have been seeing Hannah for a couple years and I cannot express how talented she is. She is such a caring, friendly, and wonderful person. Amanda has been doing my hair for a couple years now. Not only does she do quality work, but I consider her a friend of mine. She’s super flexible with her schedule, always on time, and just a fun person to be around. Best of all, I never leave without feeling great about my haircut. If you go to Floyd’s, you have to ask for Amanda!

Im only giving it a 1 because 0 stars is not an option. Weve gone in 4 times and 3 out of 4 times they never cut my sons hair as asked. This last time, for a guys cut they cut it at least three inches too short. Went in for a trim on a long style and got a buzz cut. Will never go back.

If I could give zero stars, I would. I sat for 50 minutes waiting for a stylist to cut my hair. I called ahead and when i arrived there was 3 ahead of me. After 50 minutes, I was the only one waiting with 4 stylist available. 2 of them were setting in the chairs talking to each other and the other two were on their phones. After I seen no one was going to cut my hair, I got up and walked out. Not sure if it was because I was in uniform or not but thats how it made me feel. It will be a cold day in hell before I return to that place.

I’ve been coming in to see Hannah W. to have her put designs in my undercut for the past several months, and every time I’m so pleased and in awe of her work! She continues to surprise me each time, as I let her do her thing instead of choosing a design myself. I’m never disappointed! I never let anybody else do my underlay design. I also love how friendly and comfortable she is to have as my stylist; we carry casual conversation and I really enjoy her awesome personality. I have been looking for 3 years for a barber that will not argue with what I want for my sons cut, and trim my beard properly instead of hacking it. 3 years and countless locations and I find it. Audra is amazing when it comes to trimming my beard, she nailed it first time out! Amanda did my sons hair without hesitation and its the best hes ever looked. The staff was friendly, the ambiance is what I like...no idea why I never tried Floyds before now, but now Im glad I did!

Kelly K is hands down the best stylist I have been to! She gives me exactly what I want every time I come in and I am changing my hair constantly! Its hard to find such great talent. I wouldnt recommend anyone else but her and my whole family goes to her!

Made an appointment for my son, showed up ten minutes early...... and sat here waiting for 40 additional minutes after they took someone else for his appointment time. Then they act like it shouldnt be any big deal and try to blow it off. Sorry, we were just confused doesnt provide anything for my wasted time and ongoing inconvenience.I took off work early and made an appointment because my time is valuable, not because I enjoy sitting in your cramped studio while you take walk ins ahead of scheduled appointments. This should have been handled much better, or better yet, people should pay attention and do their jobs right to begin with.

Hannah is far and away my favorite hairstylist I’ve ever had the pleasure of working with. I’ve been seeing her for about a year now and she knows how to keep a girl coming back. She’s an avid listener and communicates through the entire haircut, she’s heavily experienced going even as far as undercut designs, and she’s just an absolute delight to chat with. An added bonus, she braids your hair for you as long as time allows at the end. I fricken love Hannah, she’ll be my go-to stylist as long as she’s willing to wield the scissors. ❤️❤️

I have been going regularly for over a year now. Cuts are always good, sometimes great. The staff is typically courteous and always helpful. While the music is sometimes a bit loud, its nice to have a lively atmosphere. I would give 5 stars if I got the best service every time instead of the occasional lackluster hair stylist.

Ive been coming to Floyds for 3 years. When Stacy moved on, I needed to find someone to cut my crazy hair. Bridget not only cut my hair to perfection but also provided non-stop entertainment and laughter. I only come to this shop because of her. Ive been going to the DTC location for years and always had a great experience with several of their stylists. Id catch a cut during the afternoon on weekdays on my lunch hour. I recently changed jobs, so my schedule changed. Switching to Cornerstar for weekend cuts made sense for my schedule, so I checked out Google reviews and folks said Bridget was a good stylist. Today, I had my first cut at the location with Bridget. Started out fine. At the end of the cut, she mentioned how thick my hair was. I said thank you, and suggested the usage of thinning shears (many stylists have used them on me for over ~20 years). She explained to me that thinning shears are bad and gave reasons why. I shrugged my shoulders and I said I never noticed the results she described. By that, I meant that was why I made the suggestion -- not to question her. If it came off wrong, its because I havent been feeling well all week, and did not sleep the night before. Apparently she thought I was trying to belittle her knowledge on how to cut hair. That was not my intention at all. Anyway, the problem I have is with her reaction: She proceeded to make snide remarks about how I didnt care about how my hair looked; and then said: What do I know anyway? Its not like I know what Im doing. (something along those lines). And the last part was my neck shave -- she rammed the clippers hard into my neck so much, I was greatly concerned about being injured with the straight razor next. I almost asked to stop the cut so I could leave. Thankfully, she went easy with the razor. I was relieved. Long story short: if youre plan was to drive away a repeat customer due to a simple misunderstanding/miscommunication, you succeeded. Sorry, Bridget. Not a good way to end a hair cut. I will not be returning to your store. I debated on writing this review, but, felt it necessary. Folks need to realize the consequences of their actions -- especially in a customer-driven business environment.

For the first 22 years of my life I had a single barber. He was always friendly, full of unnecessary jokes, and a genuine joy to be around. I always knew Id get an excellent haircut and Id enjoy the experience. Randy remains to this day the gold standard to which I judge all others who may end up touching my hair. After moving to Colorado some 19 years ago I began my quest to find a suitable replacement. After finding Amanda at Floyds I think Ive finally found someone who meets my high standards! I can easily recommend her to anyone in need of a quality haircut.

I have terrible anxiety getting my hair cut. This is the only place I feel comfortable getting it done. Friendly staff who know what theyre doing and help you feel comfortable about getting your hair cut. They also keep the information on who cut your hair last so you dont have to try to remember.

Made an appointment showed up 10 min early just to sit there and watch other people who showed up after I did get taken back at my appointment time... not my first time to just feel disappointed at this floyds but it will be the last time I go to this Floyds for sure. Make an appointment and HONOR IT! Looking over other comments they dont seem to understand what an appointment is... its one thing to make a mistake its another thing to repeat it over and over again... figure it out!!!
