These people went out of their way to help me replace my car engine, working day and night for it. Where other shops would do the minimum, they really care about helping their customers. One of the best and professional people you will ever meet.

There isn’t a need to go anywhere else. Take your car to Prestige. I have been looking for one place to take my car for repairs and I FINALLY found it!!! So far I’ve taken my vehicle here twice and I must say I’m pleased with the work and service that Damian provided. The warranty that he provides is a definite plus. I will continue using Prestige for all of my family’s vehicle repairs and maintenance and you should too!

These guys are awesome! I brought my Subaru in for some repairs that turned out to be a lot more extensive than expected..... Damien went above and beyond getting my car back to me on a time crunch. Cannot recommend this place enough, they will take care of you!

They towed my car around 3pm, and finished it by 7pm.... Damian even switched my bald tire with my spare tire to keep me and my kids safe. I highly recommend this place

My breaks had gone out on me while I was going 60 mph on the highway, something I’ll never forget. I explained exactly what I felt with my car and that my breaks were worked on previously, Damian was able to find the problem immediately and where the previous person had messed up! He was super nice and had no issue dumbing things down for me😂 so that I could properly understand. I’ll be going there from now on!

Car got broken into on their property and are avoiding accountability. The car did not even get fixed, not worked on during the time it was on the lot.

First, let me start by saying I dont generally write reviews, unless I feel the y warrant adoration for a job very well done, or a poor review for work or service that was very bad! I dont even have any type of social media account, because I think its a waste of time, so if I am compelled to take the time to write a review-ITS WARRANTED!I have always supported small business, and that this was my first experience with this auto repair shop, although I took my vehicle to him twice related to the same issue, as well as another that was related. I have a regular mechanic, and because I am black, I wanted to try and support a black business owner. Unfortunately, my experience wasnt as pleasant as I feel it should be, due to having to ask for an itemized receipt for at least 6 times, which I finally had to go in his shop today and demand. On one occasion he tried to give me a receipt showing a balance of nearly $400 dollars yesterday, when I had already paid for the service in full with cash. I refused to accept that receipt, and he (Damian) stated he would email me the receipt on numerous occasions, but repeatedly failed to do so.Second, I have issue with my mechanic driving my vehicle to and from his place of residence over night. I dont know if this is why it took nearly a week, on both occasions, to get the work done, but that is unacceptable. Also, maybe thats why my gas tank was on empty too both times I picked it up. My regular mechanic has me in and out in a day, and from the reviews I read, before I decided to take my business to Prestige, I see that was the case for them; however, I didnt have that experience.Lastly, the work he did was not bad, and it was over priced, in my opinion, and my headlights arent working now, and he did mention that I have a headlight issue, but he didnt state that they werent working, and they were definitely working when I brought the truck in to him. Maybe it happened when he was driving my vehicle home. Nonetheless, I cant tell you how frustrating it was to get in my vehicle this morning and not be able to drive because I didnt have headlights. Needless to say, I wont be taking my vehicle back to him. I dont know what the issue was with me, but maybe these things Im mentioning now can be of help to someone doing business with him in the future. Its unfortunate, because I do plan to do a great deal of service to my vehicle in the future, and I would have liked to been able to support a black business owner.2/8/21-Just had to replace a starter these guys installed too. Didnt feel comfortable going back to them even though they offered a 2 year parts and labor.

Damian is a very reliable, sufficient, and my longtime mechanic and the price is right! He also adds a 3 year nationwide warranty on parts and labor. So that tells you his work is good!

This shop was friendly, efficient, and a was a great price! While I was traveling through Colorado someone attempted to steal my car and in the process destroyed my ignition. I am so happy I chose prestige they did some phenomenal work and fixed my car in one day so I was able to continue on my trip. I defiantly would go back to this shop and highly recommend going here.

Damien really is Mike Highs FAVORITE Mechanic.! He always has appointments available within 24-48 hours, is mobile and has a shop. His prices are fair and he gets repairs done in a timely manner. One thing I really like is I can call or text and speak with Damien directly, I have never received this kind of service from another mechanic.
