Gerber Collision is an excellent body shop. I needed the side view mirror replaced (drivers side). Went for the estimate which was very reasonable compared to what the dealer was asking. Gerber ordered the part and one week later the repairs were completed to my satisfaction.

Girlfriends car currently in shop. Date she gets car back was pushed back almost a week already.Have heard many horror stories about what cars look like after going through this place. Will update review when car is finally done.I was so wrong. The car looks better than ive ever seen it. They even corrected some scratches that we noticed after the car got back (thought they may have made the scratches but were not near the repair).After seeing the car, I feel bad about what I originally wrote. Would recommend.

IMy car required front end work body work along with engine work (radiator, stabalize bars, etc. I am beyond impressed. They did a fabulous job and kept me in the loop the entire time. They also give you a warranty on their work.

Just dropped of my car here after getting into an accident.The gentelman behind the front desk was very helpful...helped me coordinate things with my insurance company. He even arranged a car rental for me. My rental was already waiting for me outside, before I even got off the phone with my insurance company. Thank you.No repairs have been done yet. I will be letting you know how that went in another post.Meanwhile....stay safe everyone ;)

Great experience overall. Carlos communicated with me regularly with updates and helped answer any question I had. They text you with updates on a daily basis, even if its just to say all is going well and they are still on track. Car looks great and they handled my rental car, having it brought to the shop when I dropped the car off as well as leaving it there when I picked my car up. Very satisfied!!

Very fast turn around on fixing my car. They kept my up to date on how the repairs were going. 2nd time taking my cars to this place and very happy with the work both times. Very friendly staff. The work they do is top notch and my car looks brand new. If I ever need repairs, hopefully not, I will be taking my car to them again.

Yesterday I drove to this Gerber location with an immediate need for my car door. I was taken care of right away and the service was done with a smile. I highly recommend this place and will refer anyone who needs to get their car fixed and back to new.!!!

Convenient location. Great and fast service

I was very happy with my experience with Gerber Collision. I was rear ended in a car accident and Gerber Collision did an excellent job of repairing my car. Their communication is excellent. I received emails and phone calls about the progress of the repair of my car. It was good to know that they were working on it and had not forgotten about my car. True to their word they had my car fixed and back to me on they day they told me it would be done. They did a great job fixing my bumper, trunk, and side panel. I highly recommend them!

I cannot recommend them, they would not even perform the Estimate. I guess they make too much money since they are able to turn potential customers away because they dont have time.

I cannot recommend this place. My wifes truck was scheduled to be completed on Oct 16, a service time of approximately two weeks. The completion date was then pushed to Oct 20 then Oct 23 because additional damage had been found and All-State was called out to revaluate. After that we received no notifications of progress. Its now Oct 30 and we still do not have our vehicle or any promised completion date despite calling repeatedly and demanding information of any kind. Weve been without our truck for approximately one month. I will edit this post when we receive our vehicle.

I made an appointment here which was not saved in their common calendar and they told to my face I didnt schedule at their location. While I was talking to my insurance agent one of thier employees came and said he can look at my car as his appointment didnt show up. When I went inside the office the receptionist corrected her self and told me that I had the appointment and they screwed up. When the whole work was completed the car was not cleaned properly on the outside. So my recommendation is avoid this place

The staff was friendly enough, but they dont really pay attention to your concerns . You just another number in their big system .If you have to fix your car through an insurance claim, I would suggest you go somewhere else .
