These folks go out of their way to help their customers and they dont nickel and dime you like so many other shops. I enjoy doing business with them because they are so helpful and they really seem to care. I dont look forward to car trouble, but when it happens, I dont have to think twice; my only call is to Kims

Did such a great job. He was able to find problem fixed it within a day..Previous car repair shop told me I needed a new motor. I have to say he is fair and honest my car is still running well after driving it more than 2500 mile back and forth to Dallas..Than You Kims Auto

Mr. Kim is my go to mechanic. The staff is great. They are knowledgeable and provide excellent service. They will remember you after years of not needing their services. I moved to Highlands Ranch and went to other places for my daughters 2009 Mini Cooper oil change and maintenance. Since then her car has consistently been leaking oil.I decided to take it back to Mr. Kim and he found an issue the source that the other places couldnt. Mr. Kim is a very honest and hard working man. I have taken all my cars there over time as well as my parents and their friends. I have had to take vehicles there where other places punctured holes in my washer fluid tank or didnt properly put things back together after oil changes when I was not able to get in with Mr. Kim. He is humble and has always been honest. The snacks are great, but the reason I will always go back is because of the quality service and Mr. Kims integrity. Id rather drive the 40 minutes to him rather than risk dealing with another mechanic looking to upsell services I dont need.

Ami’s customer service was great but the service of the mechanic who fixed my car is unacceptable. First they replaced the fuel pump and brakes on my car, a week later my car broke down again. I took it back to them and it took them another week to figure out what is wrong with it and fix it. Upon picking up my car, there was left over 7/11 chicken wings eaten up and thrown on my front seat and a lip gloss that isn’t mine and a play card for bowling left in my car from the mechanic. My guess is he used my car for a date or whatever reason. He also tore off my entire backseat and failed to reattach it and clean up the mess he made from ripping it off. When I came back to the shop to have them put it on I was told that my car “must have” came in the shop like that. Which obviously isn’t the case because there was no possible way a 19 year old girl could rip off an entire backseat. Then, After waiting for 40 minutes for them to fix my backseat, the mechanic very rudely gave me keys brushed passed me and muttered what was supposed to be an apology.Thank you ami for being understanding of the situation and making him reattach my seat.

Kim’s Auto Body did a FANTASTIC job giving me an estimate on my rear bumper repair. Was able to drop my car off and leave the keys in the drop box. Kim’s agent Ami called me the next afternoon to inform me that my car was ready. Really appreciate the amazing customer service and the fantastic work done on my bumper!

Kims Auto put a brand new part on my daughters car. (an aftermarket cheap) The part failed during my daughter travel from Denver to San Francisco. Actually the part failed 100 miles outside Salt Lake City. This cost me $2500 dollars to have the car towed and repaired in a small shop just outside of Nevada. The Manufacturer (Mercedes Benz) said the part did not meet specs and that is the reason the car vibrated and smoke poured from the engine bay. Kims Auto required that I prove the part failed. Required that Fax them a receipt proving the work was done. Required I return the part for them to inspect. Required that send the vehicle license plate number. All of which I complied. They have yet to refund my money. This is an unacceptable way to do business. The part was a simple change, I only changed the shaft because my daughter was going on a road trip and the axle grease boot had a small tear. KIMS AUTO had 1 job... fix the boot, and they screwed that up

Always friendly, doesnt play games, follows though with their work and gets the job in the time any of them say. Waiting room is set up with lots of treats and drinks and tv so it feels like it has only been a few minutes. Always talks to you if additional things are found, honest about it, explains why, answers any questions you may have. They explain thing to you so you are well informed and understand. Their customer service is great. And the best part, Kims Auto Repair & Body Shops prices are very reasonable! I am so glad that I found them and took a chance with them, not knowing anything but the location. I have now been going there for years! Dont even want to go anywhere else.

I own a 1994 Defender 90 Limited edition. The truck had sat in my garage for 15 years. (An occasional start an idle) I noticed a rattle sound the manufacturer diagnosed as the water pump. I purchased OEM pump from the manufacturer and worked with Kims Auto replace the part. The mechanic did not use the gaskets provid in the kit. The mechanic did not put the tensioner pulley back to tension the belt. The mechanic put back a chewed up dried out fan belt that broke the very next day. I was stranded with an overheated vehicle on a Sunday with no way to get my vehicle home. When I explained the situation to Kims Auto their response was you didnt tell us to change the belt. This belt was almost 25 years old. Any wrench(mechanic) that understands his trade would have called the customer and explained you need to spend $20 dollars more to make this vehicle safe to drive.

I will never go to another mechanic. Kim’s Auto is full of hard working, honest people who will go to any length to help you. My service is ALWAYS affordable and they never overcharge. Many services are included in the cost of maintenance.I personally have a long history of mechanics trying to conn me or trick me into spending more money. I’ve never experienced that at Kim’s. I know they’ll do whatever they can to fix my problem, without assuming that I’m too stupid to understand what that might be, and without trying to fix things that aren’t broken just to charge me hundreds more.

Everybody else estimated my bumper replacement or repair to be over $800.They could do it here for $560. And the girl could tell that my bumper had a mend from over a year ago instantly. nobody else noticed this. And estimate was free.My top shop now.

I took my 2000 Jimmy into the mechanic for a front and rear seal leak $2500, My engine became the problem very quickly $2000 more. My car is still very broken and the engine worked fine when it came into the facility and is now an additional $2000. I don’t appreciate being taken advantage of. I didn’t have the 1st $2500 but then to burden my family without any reguard for making a mistake.......That is bad business. My advice would be to ask questions and be clear about what is wrong so that when they make a mistake they can be held accountable. CYA..... or you leave with a worse problem then you came in with !!
