From start to finish Art’s made my experience very easy and seamless. I went in for a quote on rust repair for my Ford F-150. After assessing the rust I was given a quote and told what needed to be repaired, and how they would repair it. In my case I needed the rockers on both sides replaced. I agreed to the price and made an appointment for one week out. I nervously dropped my truck off on my appointment date and was told that the work would take one week. About 4 days later I was sent updates and pictures of the progress on my truck. 3 days later I was called to let me know that my truck was ready. All I could say was WOW! The truck looked awesome! The work was outstanding. They are masters of their craft with very reasonable prices. Do not hesitate to use Arts body shop for all your auto body repairs. I have attached before and after pictures of the repair.

Amazing service, great results, nice people and good prices.The work on my car (2012 Nisan Versa) was superb done in a timely fashion, at a more than fair price. An extra nice surprise was the deep clean job they gave my entire car. It looks as good as new inside and out. Could not recommend enough.

They overcharge for every part. It would be cheaper to find your own parts instead of having them get them for you. They said the car would be done with 8 hours of work, it took a whole week. This would have been fine if they were honest about it upfront. They also refused to breakdown the receipt of charges. They wrote down a number saying that this is what I owed but wouldnt tell me how they got that number. This place isnt worth the money.

Art is a really good body shop that does fantastic work

I had two cars fixed at arts body shop. im happy to bring my cars here anytime and the guys up front are very good help. both cars are luxury cars. best body shop in the area by far. if you want your car fixed right the first time, this is the place

Walked in the shop to get an estimate an old guy in front desk office was very rude as i was asking questions i let the first answers I got from him with attitude slide. At first all i wanted to know was an estimate he asked me to fill up a paper so i did i was Cooperating on what had to get done and as i was filling the paper i then asked a question if i was going to get a call with the estimate or if it was done right away he then tells me with a dry face and horrible attitude “fill up the paper first!” Not once did i hear a please or a better attitude as he says it at least! i was highly recommend to this place but the customer service was very poor at least from this guy.. wish i could of had the chance to speak with someone else i hate to be the person to even do a negative review but if you have a bad day or god knows what it was with this guy leave that out of work! ACT PROFESSIONAL

Walk in there happy to get a estimate and the guy on the front off was rude and unprofessional, had a attitude telling me I had to field out paperwork. But never explain to me the process just had a attitude so I walk out..

They give you an estimate, then say that if they find anything els while working on it it’s extra and will be added on. What kind bs is that. You want new parts everything new why should you charge extra while the customer is unaware. Don’t bs people on the estimate.
