Its a relief to leave an appointment or hang up the phone with complete confidence in how my policy change or addition was handled. Good Quality

I have been very disappointed with this company, and I am leaving Allstate because of this.After a hail storm, I discovered that the policy written by Rob had the incorrect coverage for my roof, and it would cost nearly $2,000 over my deductible.For my car, when it came time to repair it, I had opted for rental coverage. Allstate refused to pay for a vehicle that would actually safely fit a carsest. I asked for my agent to try, or to find some other accommodation. They flatly refused.Both of these things are a result of my agent misrepresenting the coverage I had, and not being willing to address the mistakes that were made. Knowing they were about to lose my business made no difference to them.I have found this company to be disorganized, impersonal, and uncaring. I would recommend that you save your time and energy by taking your business elsewhere.

Rob is friendly, but that was about all. This was the worst insurance experience I’ve ever had and on top of that I have now been sent to collections for services that were never provided.

I am absolutely happy with my insurance, whenever I need a change it gets done within minutes, I get way cheaper coverage than with other insurance companies. I will not get another company for my insurance, already been here for 4 years!!
