Customer service is so appreciated with this office. I dont need to call much but when I do my questions/needs are addressed almost immediately with promptness and courteousness. Best in the business.

I absolutely love American Family Insurance! Rich and Jodi are nothing short of amazing and truly feel like family to me. I went through the horrible experience of having my car stolen, not once but twice at the end of 2020 and beginning of 2021. Not only was Rich helpful in processing my claims and advocating for me with the claims department, be he called me several times throughout the process, just to check on me. He also recommended a great repair shop that made my car look new again.They are always so fast and responsive, Jodi will process your request before the words are out of your mouth (or before you hit send). Ive been so blessed to have had Rich as my agent for so many years and American Family truly does have exceptional rates and customer service across the board.

I went to RIch because my insurance had been raise again by my old insurance company. RIch reviewed my personal policy for me and saved me a significant amount. His service was so good that I ended up having him quote my business insurance as well... he saved me money on that policy and was able to provide better coverage. Horrible customer service. He is Very rude. I cancelled my policy with a written notice and he still charged me for the year. DO NOT GO HERE
