I highly recommend avoiding this company at all costs, especially if you are looking for a shuttle service for a wedding.I booked a shuttle service with Denver 24/7 Limo a month prior to my wedding. I received confirmation twice from their team that the route we discussed would be okay for the shuttle, as I was concerned about mountain switchbacks - once before booking and once after when confirming the schedule. They told me they had been to this venue before, so that everything would be fine. Unfortunately, their driver delayed my wedding ceremony and reception by over an hour and a half. He decided to turn around after driving up the majority of the route due to those switchbacks, and then parked in a parking lot to wait for confirmation from the office on what to do next. My wedding coordinator and I tried to communicate with both the driver and the company and got little to no information as to what was going on, and only got insight from my guests who were actually on the bus. The driver also refused to actually drive all the way to the venue, or pick up directly from the venue (despite the owner of the venue walking out and telling the driver he could make it easily, like this exact company had done before) but he refused, forcing my guests (including my elderly grandparents) to walk the rest of the way.At the end of the night, the driver was also over an hour late upon our agreed pick up time due to technology issues, forcing my guests to wait in the dark & cold in the woods, since he refused to pick them up at the actual venue.I sent an email to Denver 24/7 Limo the day after with a follow up of what had happened. I never received a response, so I called the office a few weeks later and was told I needed to send an email, which I already did. I left a review on google & facebook and immediately received a call back, asking to take my review down. They offered me a partial (1/4) refund in return for me taking down my reviews. I took down the reviews but never received my promised refund. I called back a few weeks later to follow up and again, never got a response. I believe that the reason this company doesn’t have a lot of negative reviews is because they promise to pay the customer to take them down (even if they don’t follow through).I lost a lot of time and money on one of the most important days of my life because of complete negligence from Denver 24/7 Limo. There are so many better shuttle and limo options out there, don’t risk it with this company.

I left 1 bad review about this company and called it a day. In response I got a nasty call from an employee and now Im on a mission to spread the word about my bad experience.This company was hands down the worst part, and actually the only bad part of planning my wedding. Out of 11 vendor reviews this is the only one not getting five stars and glowing recommendations. Terrible communication, rude employees, specifically a woman named Tabitha who spoke to me like garbage every time I talked to her and called me angrily over my bad review (which is edited to be worse after our call). I got a call less than 2 days before my wedding to tell me our shuttle wasnt available. I was nervous, but understanding. They offered a different much smaller shuttle. Not good, but what can you do. The kicker- they wanted to charge me MORE for it. Lots of things went wrong during our planning process, that is part of life. But a company that does nothing to fix their mistakes (or maybe just this specific employee?) and makes it even worse for you after messing up doesnt deserve to be in business.

This was a last minute party bus we got for our nieces bachelorette party since our original bus cancelled. The bus was great, but because we were having a blast I cant say I paid attention to the details of the bus. I just want to give a shout out to our driver Troy(I think) because he was great. He saved our night when our entertainment did a no show. He suggested were to go and it all worked out great. He was just the nicest man I have met.

Great service!!! Our Driver, Michael Johnson was amazing! So kind and very helpful, got us to our destination, safe and on time. He made the ride in the Sprinter Limo very special for our kids! The office was also great to work with!! Would recommend and will use again.

We used Denver 24/7 Limo for our wedding. I scheduled the shuttle with Liz. She was easy to work with and answered all of our questions clearly and accurately. All of the drivers showed up on time, except one at the end of wedding night that was supposedly stuck in traffic but the company sent another driver fairly quickly. Communication of the nights schedule/services from the reservation to to the drivers day of was unclear so our wedding coordinator had to be a bit more involved than anticipated. Two drivers seemed to be a bit impatient and kept rushing a group to leave, but overall got everyone where they needed to be. Cars were clean and had a good amount of variety to select from.

I have used Denver 24/7 Limo multiple times over the years for private transportation to and from weddings and Red Rocks concerts and they deliver each time. Great service, professional, and always on time! Highly recommend.

We had the 12 PAX Limo Sprinter and it could not have been a smoother, better experience. Submitting the form on the site and confirming over phone was very straightforward. Then day of our driver, Art, showed up a few minutes early, was super communicative and professional, and the vehicle itself was excellent (fun lights, top notch sound system, comfortable).

First thing the guy was late But he was very nice He never open or shut the door for us That was the first time I ever experienced A limo ride where I had to keep getting down and go to him he couldnt even understand English or read a text message he was blind he couldnt even read the Google Map We couldnt figure out where he was driving us we asked them to take us to Lookout Mountain and then it was Raining and lightningWe were scared to go up there he took us anyway When we told him we change your mind about going up there he didnt want to take us where we want to go he went his own way I had a big old headache for a few days because I couldnt figure out where were at I kept pushing a button to communicate with him and he would never respond He complain about the music Im just very upset because we spent$1,000 on a limo driver who didnt do nothing that we liked Oh yeah another thing is that he almost hit another driver

After spending hours comparing car service companies and prices I booked an airport transfer through the 24/7 limo website. After completing everything they called to tell me the price on the website was incorrect. The difference was quite substantial almost $200 more, the original price was $385. I expressed my frustration and how I felt they should honor the quoted prices. The girl on the phone was very rude and said she would talk to the owner and call me back. I never received a call back. When I called the next day the girl told me oh that was canceled, interesting I was never notified. I was able to find another company with a similar vehicle for less than the online price 24/7 wouldn’t honor. I am glad I don’t have to give them my business.

Very unprofessional driver who used to drive Lyft..Contracted limo service to top of red rocks.. consulted on whether to bring my handicap creds with me.. told no problem ., repeatedly asked about the wrong route we were on .. got dumped at the base parking lot..Big Problem for me...for the return was told to walk down to their roadside location..I flatly refused and said pick us up as contracted in the circle where everyone else was getting their rides..spoke to the owner Liz, insisted on a refund, and a reason I would ever use them again..no call back ..inflammation and pain walking for days..had to dispute the credit card charge..

Do not book this company. We did for our wedding and found out 6 months after booking that they booked the wrong buses, and these buses would have gotten STUCK going up to our venue (which happened to another couple using Denver 24/7 Limo). We called to discuss and they confirmed they messed up and booked the wrong transportation for us. They then refused to give us a refund of our deposit, had horrible customer service, we called for weeks and weeks and even spoke with the manager who said he’d give me a call back and never did.Awful experience, we went ahead with a different transportation company, but do not use this company.

My company hired a Charter Bus for an event last week, This was no regular Motor Coach, The seats were beautiful, full leather like an airplane, LED lighting, Stereo, and so much more. This is our go to company in Denver.

Ordered a SUV for an airport ride from Breckinridge to Denver and was picked up in a party bus. The driver says the car broke down and this was all they had. Two hour trip in the back of a party van instead of the luxury transportation we ordered and paid for is not cool. Someone could/should have called to let us know the problem.

Horrible horrible horrible - avoid like the plague. Company ignored 4 of our emails, we complained and got an immediate response. We ordered a Sprinto limo for 5 people and 5 suitcases and 5 ski bags and we got off our 8 hr travel day to a Chevy Tahoe. Company blamed the mistake as a ‘system error’. Worst part is, we drove back to their warehouse and they gave us a new car that would accommodate our group and this took an extra hour. Immediately upon arriving, Matilda was extremely defensive and told us we were lucky we got an upgrade with our new car. This didn’t matter to us at all, we were stressed and exhausted at this point. Driver Henry is awesome but avoid the company as a whole. Very poorly structured and apparently owner is not great to work with so we were told to not even bother him. DO NOT BOOK THIS COMPANY.

This company was absolutely amazing. Cant say enough good things about the drivers, vehicles and office staff. We ordered a 2 Coach buses and a stretch SUV limo from Denver 24/7 Limo for our wedding yesterday. Drivers were so friendly and professional. The wedding was at Woodlands in Morrison and the drivers did great getting in and out of tight places. Not to mention the shuttle buses were so high end and the limousine was the Infiniti QX80 which was the coolest limo I have ever seen.

Bart was so nice in the office. Walked me thru the entire reservation. I am happy to say that the Denver Limo he provided us was the hit of the night! everything was in working order, driver was sharp, and price was reasonable.

I was excited to use this company as they had good reviews and decent prices but then they canceled my reservation that was made and confirmed weeks ago. I get a call a week out with a voicemail telling me I have to call a different number back that I cant understand and doesnt explain anything about a cancelation. Tried to call and reschedule and pay right then and there and all they could tell me was my reservation was canceled and they have nothing else available. This is the day of. This is for my best friends bachelorette party. Now I have 9 women without a ride on the way to my house. Not even an apology or any options to resolve the problem.

I booked a sprinter van for a friends birthday. I had asked when booking if there was a TV and was told yes, but it only plays DVDs. I had made a slideshow of family and friends, mostly that lived out of town and couldnt be there, wishing my friend a Happy Birthday and did the old school way of burning it onto a DVD. Day of the event, a bigger bus had shown up, the extra room and free upgrade were a pleasant surprise, however the bus had a strong weed smell and the 4 tvs on the bus, that required a DVD player to work, were missing an actual DVD player. (I was told they were changing systems?!) 4 tvs on board that were totally useless...Frustrating because my friend had to just take the DVD home to play it and noone else got to see it...Driver was friendly and overall we still had a good time but disappointed we couldnt play the DVD.

There was a misunderstanding about their cancellation policy on our part. Theres a deposit, plus the charge of the limo. When we needed to cancel, they told us they would give us a credit, but we were surprised as thats not how we remember the conversation. When we asked if they would reconsider, the owner sent us a recording of the conversation we had during booking and also threatened lawyers because of a bad review on Google (see his email below). It was stated deposit is non refundable and balance was to be charged The Sunday prior which it was. If you cancel we will issue a credit due to Corona. Needed to get my family to Aspen, Co yesterday so we ordered an SUV from this guys. My driver Danny showed up in a suit and tie and took us to Aspen without a hiccup. The car was a Yukon Denali and was just purchased. We watched DVDs on the way up and we even had a stop to get food along the way for free. I am very happy with my choice and I will definitely use Denver Limo again.
