Scheduled a pick up at 10am it is currently 10:18am and have called numerous times with no answer.. not even a call back to say theyre late..

I called, they said a guy was gonna pick me up in about 20 to 35 minutes, waited damn near an hour and they still didnt show up. Do yourself a favor and dont waste your bloody time, call someone else because these guys are rubbish!

This guy is awesome! Totally friendly and on time. Hell get you where you need to go and can talk about anything or stay to himself if thats what you want. Highly recommend him to anyone!

They are extremely fast and extremely friendly! The van was nice and warm considering how cold it is outside, it also smelled good and was very clean. The company was friendly when I called in and accurate on the time frame.

I booked a limo for 7 people for a concert on a Saturday evening. The guy called me before the show and told me he was getting the van ready. I told him how I booked a limo and he tried to charge me an extra $200 for a limo. So I had him come pick us up in the van. When he got to my place, we found out that the van only had 6 seats. So we ended up crammed into a van and one person had to sit on the floor with no seatbelt. Absolutely terrible way to run a company they cant even keep their word. I will never use this company again. The driver was very nice and knew his way around the city. He also did a great job putting up with my girlfriends mother who is a backseat driver, but he was falling asleep at the wheel because hed been working 24 hours straight. Dont use this company.

They didnt pick me up. I paid $360 for a train ticket and motel for nothing. My vacation didnt happen. Call anyone else for a ride. I want to give them no stars or minus 5 stars. I cant post without giving them 1 star. B S

I called in 2 hours in advanced. They never showed up at the time I requested. Called them back and they still didnt show up in a timely manner luckly I found a ride or i would have been late to work. Very upset because I have never taken a cab before and then they dont even show up when I needed them to.

Very reliable service!!! My family and I have used them multiple times, very accommodating with odd schedules! Will continue to use in the future!!!

I would give them no stars if I could. I had a 85 year old need a ride home cause she was having issues. I called and ordered a taxi and i walked outside 2 hours later to find her sitting in her car still waiting on the taxi! Horrible service and very sad! Never use this company if you want a ride.

They was late picking me up from 45 minutes until a hour. When they pick me up they got mad at me when I change my mind about where I was going. I wanted to go a shorter location to to see a movie. When movie was over Icall back they refused to pick me up they said they dont pick up in my area. I hadto walk in the cold me and my son last night at 1am

Called 40min ahead to schedule a pick up for my son. I was told they would be there at a certain time. They werent. They hung up the phone twice. Tgen after that I was transferred to an automated service. My son has been waiting for 50min. Now to be picked up. The most unreliable Taxi service.

Called to get a ride home from the hospital, and even was told they would be here within an hour and he never came. Do not recommend at all terrible service.

Worst experience with this company. I gave an intersection and the dipatcher argued with me to give an exact address then blamed me when he didnt go to the right intersection. He hung up on me a few times then once it was all sorted out-- his driver left us and went to OHare to make sure he was making business because they screwed up the directions. The process took over an hour and their professionalism was terrible. I didnt even get a call back when the driver decided not to come pick up the passenger. Horrible service. I will never use them again.

I was talking to this service provider the man was so damm rude he was not listening properly what I was saying to him and he yelled at me too over the phone.and after few hours he called me from the private number and saying bad things and bad words.
