I would give a zero if I could. I asked the rate, they guy said $2.50 / mile, then took the longest way to get to my location. I showed him that there were shorter routes, but he said this was the fastest. I complained and he said, I already told you the rate, you should have asked about our policy. Then when I didnt tip him he tossed his trash out the window on my street when he drove off.

I would give A BIG FAT ZERO if I could. They subcontract with Intelliride which provides medical transportation for Medicaid. They dont show up or answer calls from Intelliride when trying to be tracked down. This is the 21st century and transportation should not be rocket science!

Ì ride with Alpine multiple times a week. They always go above and beyond the call of duty to make sure I get to my appointments on time, and home safely. EVERY Driver Ive encountered was reliable, professional, considerate, and friendly. Keep up the amazing work!!

Seth & the Alpine Team have been fantastic. Our family has relied on them for over ten years & have always been very well treated. Wether it is a quick last minute dash to the mountains or a gathering of the extended clan, Alpine has made the trip to /from the airport a simple pleasure.Their sense of urgency, timeliness & professionalism is excellent.

DONT TRUST YOUR PRECIOUS LIFE WITH THIS COMPANY! they do non emergency medical and when driving my brother they drove 90+ mph swearving around cars and semi trucks. They should not be on the road! No surprise they have a contract with Intelliride Medical Transportation, which seems to also have a record of not caring about your life.

I would give zero stars if I could. I am a dialysis nurse and work with over 20 different types of transportation services and this is by far the most unprofessional service. The staff is rude the supervisor tells the consumers they are wrong when voicing concerns. On multiple occasions my patients went without rides for over three hours. Upon calling about the wait time staff is very rude and not helpful. I feel sorry for patients and others who are stuck with sad excuse for a transportation company.

I had a ride scheduled two weeks in advance. The driver showed up 45 minutes late because he assumed the pick up location was the same as the ending drop-off location and went there. Even so, those locations are less than 10 minutes from each other. When I called the drivers manager to complain he made several excuses before taking responsibility and apologizing. He did nothing to try to correct my experience.

We have been receiving transportation services from Apine Limousine Transportation Services for over a year. They have and continue to be Amazing. There office staff is always professional. The Drivers are great as well. Always ontime or Early, in addition to courtesy phones call to provide eta status update in any event of traffic delays. The drivers are Always, Respectful, Friendly and Courteous. They have been the means of transportation to and from any medical related appointment. The services that Alpine Limousine Transportation has provided has been so Positively Exceptional, Blu would love to utilize there services directly, to and from All her Events or Transportation needs..
