I love to change my own oil, but I cant beat Prompto for the convenience and the price of oil these days. Full synthetic for under $50 bucks and rarely a wait.

Prices for the oil change are hard to beat, however they always make a mess and they don’t clean the spilled oil on crossmembers or skid plates which leads to a burning oil smell. Could easily cause a fire under the right circumstances on the right vehicle. All in all it’s fine if you can’t wait and need an oil change asap.

Went here for an oil change. They only took about 10 minutes which is what the advertise they do oil changes in. It was a little expensive ($70) for full synthetic oil change and higher quality filter but worth it when it needs to be done and you dont have a lot of time. One thing I really liked was that they didnt try to sell me a bunch of additional stuff I didnt need unlike a lot of places. Employees were polite, knowledgeable and helpful.

When my initial plan failed to yield success Prompto was my alternative. The GM, Jason, couldnt have been more hospitable to me initially over the phone. In fact, it was as if he stopped entirely what he was doing to focus on providing me with a solution to my issue.If youre in need of any services they provide I highly encourage you to utilize them. The entire team that was there was polite, friendly and efficient.Outstanding experience.(Jason, I apologize that I am days late from when I said I would review Prompto. I have been getting my teeth kicked in with work. You all be well, muchachos.)

I have to hand it to this Prompto. With covid ongoing they have revamped their methods in a safe manner but they are still able to get your in and out very quickly.Everyone was masked in the garage. They are having people stay in car and its almost a touch free system except you have to pay so you hand them a CC through the window.They are doing a fantastic job and I appreciate their concern for public safety as I work in a nursing home.Thank you Prompto Augusta!

Recently moved to Maine almost a year now. Have had my oil changed twice here. Great service and wonderful people. Will be using them in the future as well.

We were so pleased with our visit, we werent even there for 10 minutes! We were blown away with how quick they were! They also washed the windows for us! The people working were very friendly! This was the best experience I have EVER had getting any work on a vehicle!Yall are definitely doing something right!

Had an oil change here a few weeks back..while getting my breaks and rotors changed was told it was leaking...called..the manager was amazing..sent someone right out to my house..as it turns out it was not leaking just oil that was spilt...Manager was amazing along with the tec he sent out...great customer service no other place would sent someone out to my home..thank your augusta promo your amazing..

I got my oil changed everything seemed fine. The next day Im walking to my truck and I see oil on the ground and all over the frame rails. I pop the hood and theres no cap on oil fill port and theres oil all over the engine bay. Checked the oil and its 2.5 quarts low. Looks like the oil cap wasnt put on right and when I was driving oil was spilling everywhere.

Im guessing Ive gotten 200+ oil changes here in the last 4 years with no problems at all, theyre always quick and professional. I dont understand the negative review for them being unfriendly and having a small waiting room. These guys are focused on getting you in and out in ten minutes or less, and they do that very well. Did you expect them to serve you brunch?

Went there to porompto in augusta western ave for oil change. I noticed after a week my oil was leaking. I took my vehicle to my dealership and it turns out the oil filter was leaking. For a place that specializes in oil changes i cannot recommend it. I had to find time to fix something that shouldnt have been an issue.

I love this place they have been changing my oil on my 03 Buick for years and years good people too.

Little tough to drive in if you are not comfortable driving in garage door. The price is cheap and the service is good i always have them check my air hey its free and saves me a maintenance step.

My fiance and I brought his car to get an oil change. The posted hours say Saturday 8am-5pm. We arrived at 3:30pm at the Augusta location and it was closed. This is a huge inconvenience as we both work Monday- Friday and are not always able to get places before or after work.
