The guys at Tire Warehouse were able to get my car in within a couple hours after I realized that I had a tire that needed to be repaired. I brought it in and they were able to find the problem and fix it within 40 minutes.Great customer and technical service, I would recommend!

I noticed a vibration in my car while driving from Long Island NY to Augusta ME.. I contacted several tire shops along the way to get my tires re-balanced. No one could offer any help in a timely manner. I spoke with Dan at Tire Warehouse and was completely shocked at his willingness to help. He set up an appointment to accommodate my travel schedule. Once there, the help and friendliness of the staff was a refreshing change from what I had been hearing. Not only did they do the work quickly but explained what they were doing, ( they actually also used a torque wrench to re install the tires!) I could not recommend this tire store any higher for quality of work, friendly service and actually making me feel as though I was a long term customer even thought they knew I was passing through Augusta for just a few days.Highly recommend Dan and his staff if you need tire work done right..

I noticed my front driver side tire was down to the wires and I was looking for somewhere to swap it for my donut. I had called a few places and was told they couldn’t do it. I saw these guys as I was searching for somewhere that could do the switch for me. I walked in and the gentleman at the desk was fantastic. He had me pull right in and they swapped it out with my donut super fast. I’m so over the moon I don’t know if I could have made it to Portland with the tire the way it was. We were on vacation when the TPMS (low tire pressure) light came on on our truck. Did a google search for tire places in the area and these guys popped up. Spoke to Dan on the phone, said he could help and sure enough, he could. Dan and his staff couldn’t have been any more friendly to deal with. Enroute to a family vacation in Maine, my daughter and her husband suffered an explosive blowout on the highway....the kind of blowout that they were lucky to survive. So there they were, with a car that needed to be towed, still 2 hours away from our vacation home. Tire Warehouse was the only store in the area that showed to still be open (this was on a Sunday, mind you) but we knew theyd be closed by the time they could get there. My daughter called and they said that they would stay open late because of their situation. Not only did Tire Warehouse go above and beyond but they had 4 tires in their size in stock and had them back on the road (minus some car damage from the blowout) in very little time for less than they were expecting to pay. If we lived in the area we would never go anywhere else! THANK YOU for going above and beyond!

From the first phone call, to diagnosing the problem, and offering to wheel the tire back to our truck, the staff was friendly and helpful. They diagnosed the problem and fixed my tire in ten minutes. They werent even going to charge us! Two other local tire stores said that they were too busy, or would get to our tire when they could, perhaps days. We will use Tire Warehouse any time we need tire work done while in Maine!

Quickest flat fix, ever! Even brought my tire and put it in my car for me!

They broke two lug nuts off my front tire. Found out when my mechanic changed the front brakes and put the two new tires from the back where they put them on to the front.

Went to Tire Warehouse and got 4 new tires for cheaper than what any other place was offering not only do they have the best prices on tires but the people who work there are awesome too. It doesnt feel uncomfortable waiting for the work to be done and they dont treat you like youre just a customer, its got a hanging out with friends in the garage kinda feel. All the employees when I had my service was very negative towards the company. Very very slow to finish to complete the work. Had an alignment done and it took almost 3hrs to do that. Bathroom is absolutely disgusting. But on a good note saved $85 on an alignment.

Had TW put on my snow tires a few moths ago. I just took the car for brake work and the mechanic found one tire that had ALL of the lug nuts untightened! I am extremely lucky that the incompetence at TW did not get someone in my family killed.

Its going on 12 or 14 years that Ive relied on Tire Warehouse in Augusta for the tire and alignment needs for four family vehicles and an additional few extended family vehicles. Yesterday, while waiting, I listened to Mike get berated by a call-in because, no matter how he phrased it, the caller wouldnt accept that they were booked for the immediate future, especially with snow forecasted. It was painful to watch him get berated when, especially during pandemic times, he has always gone over and above to offer exceptional customer service. This is just a quick plug for the best tire shop in Augusta.

Routine tire change and purchase. They had the tires, ordered on the spot and scheduled me for 4 days later...Quick, easy considering the fact that they were up to their ears in customers. New tires on in 30 minutes.. have done right by me and my late father, for 15 years.

They are great if you are purchasing new tires. However when it comes time to have them rotated. (Witch is a service they offer when you purchase your tires through them). They dont want to get you in, they will push you appointment back. So bottom line once you spend the money Dont plan on getting service after the sale. Go elsewhere for that or do it yourself. And they say they dont follow appointments made online through there website I was told by the assistant manager thats a corporate thing we dont go by that. So I will gladly take my business elsewhere

The tire work was great, but they said my inner tie rod was bad when it wasnt. They didnt bother to actually lift my car and and look underneath, what was actually broke was the ball joint.
