Philip went out to do a wellness check on our driver and was super great. He went above and beyond the call and was super great about the whole situation.

Worst tow I ever experienced with my wife. If you’re looking for a safe tow after midnight DO NOT call this company. Driver was drunk or very sleepy. Very unprofessional dispatcher

In less than 30 minutes they dispatched a very nice young man to my location who very quickly got my car open, and I was on my way! The woman that answers the phone must be the owner, because she is very rude and unprofessional. Never says her name and answers the phone like a Moron Webbs Time to rip people off! I was charge $6.00 per mile on 10 miles and that was never mentioned over the phone. Never again!

They make claims in peoples names with insurance without checking with DMV to see if the car is still owned by them.Thank goodness is was an insurance company I havent used in over a year with a car I havent owned in over a year. Had they checked with dmv they would know it was completely out of my name!!!

Had a car towed today and yesterday by same driver my wife asked tow truck driver a question and repeated it to a family member today causing a family conflict dont understand why this driver would do that very unprofessional wont use webbs towing ever again and will show everyone on fb how unprofessional the drivers are

If I could leave negative stars I would my husband got my sports car stuck on a dirt road tow truck showed up didn’t even attempt to help us got a shovel and told my husband to dig it out very unprofessional and arrived late I called another tow company they where here in a matter of 10 min and had my car out in less than a min driver needs to find another job if he can’t drive a tow truck down a dirt road

They charged me over $300.00 to toe my truck 3/4 of a mile.

Cost of the service was a bit steep, but they showed up within a half hour of calling them and got me unstuck in less than 5 minutes.

Today I had Webbs Towing picking up a vehicle they had dropped off in the past. The driver of the tow truck today was lazy, had every excuse to not pick up the vehicle.I recommend that you find any other towing services available because this company definitely needs to change its ways or quit.DO NOT USE FOR ANY REASON!!!!!!
