As part of the sale of my vehicle, Jarrett from Epic Towing came to my home to pick up and deliver my sold car. What was very impressive was that they came with little notice and were extremely professional and organized. Jarrett was friendly, had his tow truck clean and ready and was able to complete the task efficiently. I was impressed. When you find a good business like Epic Towing, it is smart to stick with them especially if I need any future services like a battery jump, a tow or even if I’m locked out of my auto. The day ended with no worries because I could rely on Epic!D.

My truck broke down this company towed my truck to my house the driver was super nice however he used the winch to lock the front down on only the driver side. This bent my bumper and the bracket that is attached to the bumper, I called there office the owner called me told me they stand by there drivers and he would personally come and look at the truck. Now he wont return my calls wont return my text I had to file insurance for the damage and they told the insurance company it was already like that.

My key was locked in the car and it was very late. It was my second time calling a locksmith the first one just never showed up they did not even call to let me know they couldnt come. It was 3am so I finally got Epic towing and they were out within 21 minute. My driver Jarrett kept me inform the whole time. He did what he needed to do with in 3minutes and I am now finally able to go to bed.

JARRETT was a great company representative. He called in advance when he was on the way & arrived when he said he would. He was polite and professional and asked many questions regarding my motorcycle to gather information relevant to the tow. The payment process was digital and interacted seamlessly with my service warranty plan. The process was uncomplicated and it arrived at the destination without incident. I would highly recommend Jarrett and Epic towing.

Last night I was leaving my daughters workplace in New Tampa, and my battery was dead. I called my insurance company, and they put a call to Action Towing in Tampa. It was 8:00 at night, and we waited for one and half hours with several calls being made to find out what time they would be there. I then called my warranty reward program from Kia Wesley Chapel to call someone else, and they sent out Epic Towing in Auburndale. I was so surprise when the driver Jarrett showed up in 25 minutes. Epic towing is almost an hour away. Jarrett told me that he was in the area on another call, and picked up our service. He was so nice and professional. He got us on our way at 10:20pm. The whole process was less than 10 minute and Action Towing never showed. Thanks Jarrett for all your help last night!

We were in an accident on I-4, just outside Disney at around 10pm, that just about destroyed our car. We have Geico Ins and we tried using them to come pick up our car because it is covered in our policy. We tried 3 different phone numbers from 3 different phones and waited on hold at one point for 2 hours. We also tried starting a clam online from the accident and indicated we needed a tow. After waiting 3 hours with NO response from Geico, from the phone or online we called Epic Towing at 1am and they were there in 45 minutes and explained they would deal with our insurance company on Monday so they did not charge us. Both Johnathon at the office and Jeffery the Driver were awesome to deal with it. I wish we would have called them first. Would definitely call them again if the opportunity presents itself.Thanks Epic Towing for rescuing us!

Jarrett, at Epic Towing in Auburndale, arrived earlier than expected. He was professional, courteous, and thorough. He went above and beyond to assist me when my truck broke down on a late Friday evening. It was raining and miserable out but he was careful. He even took pictures of my truck safely delivered to my mechanic and texted me when he arrived there. You never want to need a tow truck but if you do, and you are in the Lakeland area, this is the company you want to call for assistance.

Where do we even begin!!!! Our night began with a jump start from Clearwater beach. We drove an hour towards Orlando, stopped for gas and the car would no longer turn over. We receive another jump and made it to the I-4 rest stop - folk east bound. This is where we first encounter Mitchell (first tow truck driver) not only was he so very nice he stayed with us even after our car would not turn over to come up with a solution. We have two kids (a 5 year old and a 4 year old) and sadly the rest area was next to marsh land and infested with mosquitos! This was going to be a very very bad night. Mitchell ended up towing us to the Loves gas station where we spent the night in the car...did I mention we are from Jacksonville...! The next morning Tammy was so gracious to us and sent out an extended cab tow truck so that not only could we get the truck to the shop but the whole family could fit and comfortably! We arrived and they were nothing but amazing! Replacement part was acquired in less than 30 minutes and installed! We are back up and running and so grateful for their towing services and auto shop!!!

They are awesome!!! John came right out and got our door open all within a few minutes!! Super nice and worth it. We will be calling Epic from now on when we get locked out of our cars!!

Justin is an angel! My grandmother slid into a ditch, during a heavy downpour, and her car was partially submerged in water. Justin not only came as quickly as possible but literally got in the mud and water and pulled my grandmother’s car out, to the detriment of his clothes. Then, he waited for her insurance company to verify a new drop off location and while EMS came to check on her vitals. He then checked to see if my grandma’s car was functioning (it was, thankfully) before leaving her car. Honestly, I’ve never seen such kindness and help. He is a gem and I recommend anyone who needs any towing, emergency or not, to contact Epic Towing.

Waiting area is dirty, their kids lay all over the floor. You have to show up at the right time or youll end up waiting outside for someone to get back to the office. The office manager (Tammi) is very flirtatious with any man that walks through those doors (very unprofessional). Will not call them in the future, this is why you rarely see their company truck on the road. I have been told to stay clear of the people working there because of the love triangle with those in the office and with the owner Jon. ✌Your response doesnt change whats going on in that office just because you say its not happening. Whats juvenile and unprofessional, is a member of the office staff wanting to hop on whatever man that walks through that door while being married herself. Its also very sad how you have staff giving 5 star reviews just to make your company look better. Im speaking the truth when I said this is why we dont see your trucks on the road. Webbs towing is awesome!! Good luck with the company you keep and the one youre trying to run.

If it wasn’t for Justin and Jon I would of given up driving a long time ago. The patience, attitude,& just overall experience I’ve came across with epic towing has been phenomenal!! Wouldn’t call anyone else!

I would advise everyone to avoid this company. After several phone calls with them, they did not bother to tell us they only accepted cash — leading us to drive all over town to find a bank that was open, with a small child in the car. I found them incredibly rude and unprofessional. Obviously they have nothing better to do than dispute negative reviews from paying customers (and believe me, I paid...). It seemed like the staff did everything they could to inconvenience us. Their response to my negative review failed to address the fact my car in front of my own house, while I was home, and that this company elected to tow my car for profit instead of coming to my door or offering to help. We were never treated with kindness or respect, like we have been at Webb’s Towing, which is a company that I do recommend.

Nothing like getting slapped with a $600 bill after your kid totals his car. Epic towed it from the accident scene..we got a letter 9 days later saying insurance company still hadnt been out..long story short ins. wasnt going to..we got stuck with the towing & storage fees. An added financial burden on top of an already stressful situation....call someone else!
