Junior was absolutely amazing! I got something in my tire a block over and he was able to get me in and fixed quickly. He was very professional about everything. Incredible knowledge, service, products, communication, fair pricing, and amazing customer focused team! First I will say, I am not a customer who is the easiest to please when it comes to tires. I have VERY SPECIFIC, HARD TO FIND tire requirements, know how I prefer them mounted, and a reasonable retail price range as I tend to educate myself prior to purchase. George and his team did everything needed for me to a very happy customer and take care of the needs for my 1986 motor coach. They listened well, researched products, and worked hard to get the right tires to fit my requirements. George suggested alternatives to the tire I specified and after additional research on my part, it turned out to be a great suggestion. Junior the office manager is very customer focused and a great lead to getting the job done right the first time. Jeason is a VERY SKILLED technician who balanced and installed the tires to my picky requirements and as well he suggested additional changes to my requirements which we perfect for tire balance and tire rim rotation optimization. George was ever the personable as well as professional with the BEST COMMUNICATION and customer service and support. This transaction wasnt the cheapest I could find, YET VALUE for PRICE and SERVICE, Georges Tire was the BEST CHOICE for my tires needs. I will choose Quality and Value of All services OVER cheap any-day. This is why I will be returning to Georges for ALL my tire needs.

I was leaving on vacation at 6:00am and I noticed a nail sticking out of my tire. This was on Saturday morning and I took it to George’s an explained my problem. He got me right in and fixed it in 30 minutes. I really appreciated it and will return there for service in the future!

Brought my car in, we can get on it is was i was told. Got there w a tow and tech had to go home. Told me tmrw guy would start on it. Called two days later nobody has touched my car. Just sitting in a parking lot, then i was told may be next week. So nice service this place provides, they got my car in there and it just sits, a call would have been nice. And this is a 4 star place. First and last time i come here. Calling for a tow to get my car out of this place!

Friendly and affordable. I came in to have an inner tube installed in a riding mower tire. They took care of me for half of what I expected to pay. Ill definitely return for any future tire needs.

Extremely rude staff. Waited around for 30mins before anyone at the desk spoke to me. When they did it was “we are busy”. Will not be returning

I called ahead of time to see if they could do a front end alignment and the front tires rotated for me. No one was there at the time so I drove down there and waited 1 1/2hrs before they pulled my car to the back for the alignment. A little while later I noticed my car sitting in the lot next door and went to see if it was done. No one knew what was going on with it and had to track down the one that had drove it to the back for the alignment. The tall gentleman, Im guessing his name is George that works in the office all the time, seemed to be out of it and kind of slow. I told him I had been there almost three hours waiting and he said that he had two guys doing the work of four guys. I then asked him if you needed a degree to do the job and he said no, so I asked how much he paid an hour and that the job couldnt be that difficult. He then asked me if I knew how to do a list of things which some of them I did but working with the machine that removed the tire and doing the alignment I did not but said it cant be that difficult to learn. He then chuckled and walked out onto the work floor. He came back in and I told him I was serious, and asked again how much he paid an hour and again I got laughed at even after telling him I could change pistons, do oil changes, change brakes, check fluids, but I guess I was a joke to him since I was a female. Then after 3 1/2 hours he charges me $115.55 for a front end alignment and rotating my front tires and apologizes for being short on help, to which I said that I offered, but oh well you obviously dont need help that bad. So after the expensive bill and being discriminated against because Im female I dont ever plan on going back there again.

Customers BEWARE...!!!! Untrained and unqualified staff...RUINED all 4 chrome wheels on my truck...then tried to say the damage was there before they changed the tires....There is a reason why they have a HUGE sign stating Not responsible for damage to wheels...its because they suck..!!!

Way too expensive. You have to be a family friend or a friend of a friend to get a decent rate. $500.00 change spark plugs and car broke down the the same week. Dont listen to these FAKE REVIEWS!

About 2 years ago. Purchased two used tires. After the fact. The representative with the 925 chain advices me that one of their used tires has a nail and will need a patch. Can you believe that this individual charged me (WITHOUT CONSENT) for the patch and the labor for installing the patch on their tire! 2 used tires on my small economy car cost me roughtly $80!STAY AWAY. NOT A HONEST LOCATION. I will never return. Im still sour about this and its been 2 years.

$30 bucks to patch a flat tire that should be $15, no more than $18. WAY TOO MUCH!! Tells me other services are probably TOO MUCH!! The pos Google reviews on price are people who dont know any better, or fake accounts posted by the owners of GT&AC.

Georges tire is my only go to tire shop. I buy all of my tires from him. Ive known and trusted George for at least 30 years and I tell you hes a good man and a honest person with a big heart. Ive seen him help people in many ways and because of the way he treats his customers, Ill always be one myself.

Not happy with the service at all, I went in to have my flat tire changed to the donut and was told they were going to check how bad the nail was in the tire. I stepped outside to make a phone call. When I came back in they said they had already patched my tire without my consent. They didn’t even ask me if I wanted to proceed to get this done. Then the owneer stayed “oh it already done it’s going to be $29 and change”. Didn’t even offer a discount or apologize of what they did all he said they were trying to get me in an out quick. Very poor way to handle business. Will never return and will not refer my local clients there.
