It took sometime I have little windows and the window rain vent things on the front.Have a homely waiting room, with TV and things for the kids to play with. Restroom was clean to.My car looks great and it so much cooler from the sun.

Got my 2016 lancer done here almost a year ago still looks great keeps a lot of the heat out of my vehicle. High quality tint, expert application.My wife wants to get her windows tinted and I could not recommend this place enough. 10/10 great work.

They do excellent job on tint, in fact I wouldnt go to any other business! Only reason I am giving 4 stars is because their customer service could use some major improvements. The owner takes all calls using multiple mobile phones, and seems to try and get through a phone call quickly. She also does not seem to have much knowledge in terms of tint, and the time it will take to do certain jobs. Her employees however are extremely knowledgeable, and help get any issues resolved (such as bubbles in the tint) as quickly as possible. The employees are what have brought me back for 4 vehicles

Rude people. I wasnt sure if I even reached a business because the receptionist woman answers the phone as if its her personal cell phone. I heard they do good work but I wasnt even able to get past the point of scheduling an appointment. Horrible experience

Called tint xxperts and went to a personal phone she was put of breath because she was walking her dogs. Said to come down between 9 and 11. We did. When we go there the guy said we didnt have an appointment and that it would take a few hours. We ended up leaving it there until 3. Got home and I let it sit for a few days in the sun. Ended up noticing that it wasnt 20 percent on the front. We compared it to my dads and friends which where 20 percent. I called asking them if they could fix it and ended up telling me to bring it down to prove to me it was 20 percent. I even told them I could use a tint meter to prove to them. We have always gone to the renton tint xxperts and never had a problem  but since they where gone we went to auburn. Tips: dont go here, the Groupon is only for legal limit, and dont believe the bs the lady Says on the phone. Horrible professionalism and transparency. Very disappointed at waisting my 224 dollars. Next time I will listen to my friends and spend the extra 20 bucks at advance tinting.

Great quality of work, very fast as well. Dave tinted my BMW X1 2017, and it was superb. Definitely would recommend this shop to my friends.

Horrible customer service, I would take my car to another place

We loved our experience with Tint XXperts. We brought in our brand new cx5 and they did an amazing job with the window tinting was in and out in less then two hours. They provided us with a warm place to wait with TV because I didnt think to take an extra car for droping off the cx5. We even talked about an appointment for next week for our front window because of how amazing the windows look. All and all it was a great experience and I would recommend them.

Unprofessional. Horrible front desk/receptionist. I called on Wednesday August 19th and spoke to the front desk at Tint XXperts, from the beginning of the conversation to when I hung up she sounded like she was busy and was not really interested in what I had to say.Beside the point, front desk/ receptionist made my appointment for the next day Thursday August 20th at 3:00. I had to call back about 30 minutes later to see if she could move my appointment to 2:00 because the pervious appointment conflicted with another appointment of mines. She told me that she was able to move me to 2:00 and just asked me for my name and that was the end of the phone call.I arrive there today Thursday August 20th, I was a little early and came in at 1:36 to check in. Walk in, a man came through a door from the garage and I told him I was there for my 2:00 and he told me I had to wait an hour. I clearly didn’t have time because an hour later would be 3:00😒. So I told him I couldn’t come back because that’s not going to work for me, he didn’t really care nor cared for what I had to say.I’m not going to tell people not to come here and do business with them because they’re obviously doing well and people are coming in to see them. Just some advice, be better at your job because customers service comes with it and it goes a long way and nobody in this business seems to have any.I don’t need an apology I really just hope that everyone at Tint XXperts realizes this and begin to have better communication to your their future customers.

Bought a groupon. 5 stars for the tinting and value, 0 stars for customer service! First time I called, I was told the scheduler left her phone at the business and she couldnt be found, to try again later. Called back and scheduled.When I went to my appointment, was told by a very flustered male that he was the only worker there and that they were overbooked and werent going to be able to take my car and that I needed to call the scheduler. I called her, she didnt have my information and kept asking if my name and car were someone elses, but told me that I could just leave my car. I let the male know I was told to leave my car. I spent about an hour trying to get it all sorted out. Halfway through the day, I got a text from the scheduler asking for a screenshot of my groupon, and I texted it back.When I was called that my car was ready, I was asked what quote I was given for the car, I explained it was a groupon and was asked for a copy of it, which I had already texted to her. When I picked up my car, the woman came out with multiple keys in her hands and asked me which were mine, in which NONE of them were. Seriously?!? This was the most bizarre experience with a business ever.

Dont realize why the one star reviews? I have had about 5 vehicles tinted here. Great price. Great service. What do people expect? Its a tint shop not a health spa. Got a same day appointment with a great price and great work. Is the office a little messy? Yeah. Is the tint guy matter of fact yeah. But when you do great work for a great price, I dont care. I sat with the owner for 45 minutes watching HGTV and chatting while my truck was getting done and shes a really nice lady. Its just window tint people! youre not getting oral surgery. Lighten up!

First visit was in 1997 and today I just had my 20th car tinted. Best around for quality of workmanship.

Guys were a little grumpy from being over booked cause of owner which is why I only gave 4 stars, but they got me in and out in a good time. Windows are done great.

First of all I love their puppies! It was such a cute pleasant surprise when I saw two adorable little doggies greet me at the door! Geena was very sweet. I was very surprised I was able to get in as fast as I did! I bought my groupon and was in there the next day! That is pretty rare when it comes to groupon deals or working with any business. There was a little bit of a misunderstanding and my tinting would take more time than originally thought, but I was pumped out of there within a couple of hours. I was thinking I would be stuck there for a lot longer than that. The technicians were very nice and professional. Geena was very sweet and kind. I really appreciate getting in and out the way I did! Its sad to read the other negative reviews.. people have their days and life is not easy.. but their rating should def be higher than it is. I love the job they did and Im very excited to finally having my windows tinted! Hopefully theyll be around for a while because I dont only plan on coming back.. but they also have my positive word of mouth!

Quality work. The other reviews complain about scheduling issues but I had no such trouble. Set my appointment up on Thursday and took my car in on Saturday morning. The job took a little longer than expected but Dave took the time to do it right! He said he had to re-do my rear window 4 times before he got it right and I believe him it looks awesome!

I just got my windows tinted and Dave did an amazing job! He got straight to work and was so fast other shops told me all day to do my 2016 Outback. Dave had it done and out the door in 2 hours flat and that was with doing all the windows! Thank you Dave!!!

Amazing shop, amazing product, amazing people!! We have been getting all our cars done here since 1997. They backup their product 100%. Today I had them retint a window that had been broken out due to burglary. Not only did they retint the replaced window but they also repaired (for free) a window that was slightly peeling (they saw it, they offered to fix it, I DID NOT bring this to their attention when coming in). They are efficient, standby their product, timely (less than an hour), totally affordable and they are super nice people!! Thank you for an amazing job well done, again! Chris

Where to start ? They cancelled first appointment, rebooked went there @ 9:00am confronted with a person who certainly I would NOT want representing my business. Tells me I have to leave vehicle due to they have a REDO hum..... Owner arrives and cant find appointment in book hum.... Office is a Mess and does not give any sense of Quality / Professionalism / Organization.Forget this Window Tint establishment and remember Cheap is not good & and good is not cheap

Did the groupon deal for my SUV, which was only $180 instead of $400, so a pretty great deal to start off. Looks like they did a pretty great job on the tint itself, will have to wait a few days for it to dry completely to make sure theres no leftover bubbles or residue.The reason for the 1 star review, is the tech told my wife that since it was through groupon, the tint had to be at legal level, which is fine. In WA state, for an SUV, thats 25% or lighter on the front windows, and anything for the back windows. I had wanted 25 up front, and 15 in back, which would comply with legal limits. The tech told my wife he couldnt do 25 up front because in the non-existent fine print he claims it states he has to do 30 up front, and 15 in the back. Absolutely nowhere on their website, or their groupon deal, or any fine print, as Ive read it all before buying the groupon, did it state anything about the front needing to be 30%, or I wouldnt have gone with them.Will have to find another place to take the tint off and do my front windows how I wanted them, at 25%, instead of getting ripped off from here again. Discount seemed like a good idea at first, but not if your going to lie to your customers about things.

The owners of this place are so rude. I asked for my receipt and warranty and the woman blew a fricken cork. She said the tint i chose was illegal and they dont want a paper trail back to them. Well why do you offer different levels of tint??? The gentleman that did the work started yelling at me about it being illegal when he brought me the keys and said he wont give me the warranty papers because of the paper trail. I will never use this company again and suggest you dont either.

They drove my car an extra 100 miles i dont know where to but thwy did.They doubke charged me, its been a week still havent gotten it back yet.Brought it up to them and it became a why didnt you tell us (i did i known I did because i was told id have to pay and additional 70 dollars for my 4 extra small windowsThis place will run you across town with all the bs they sell to you.Im all for small buisnisess but this one in particular guves a horrible name to any small buisness.If you buy the groupon deal they will up sell you 70 when you arrive or leave your car with SOME windows untinte.You will also get the very least with the money you pay for on GROUPON.Honestly i came here for the price and it made me regret my choice. Just go somewhere else and oay the extra 50 for a great job and no headaches.Hopefully I get my money back but i feel like this owner is going to wait it out until i forget.

Poor service... if they take it apart they dont put it back. The guy gave me the parts and said he couldnt get it back on so here you go. Ok well I didnt take it off... would not recommend this tent shop or ever go back... the tint on the front window were chopped on the edges... Poor quality wish I never went there

Great TINT job but the Owner is freaking NUTS.

Had a scheduled appointment at 11:00am. Said since it was Groupon car would not be finished until 5:00pm. Requesting refund from Groupon. When I picked up the car gentleman came out and handed me my key without saying anything and left so I just left instead of trying to reschedule. Not a good experience.

I have no review on the quality of work the tint techs do just on my experience making an appointment... I called to schedule a appointment yesterday and the lady was very distracted, breathing heavily into the phone and during our short conversation I told her what kind of vehicle I had and she mustve asked me 3 or 4 times what color, make and model my vehicle was after I just told her!!! So this morning I called to make sure my appointment is solid and there werent any issues like a lot of the reviewers have had and she said maybe I can get you iI sooner Ill call you right back...no call back and I call her back to just say Ill come in at scheduled time and she suggested i go to their Renton location but Im in Puyallup and dont want to go that far which I explained this to her already when I first called. She seems nice enough but very unorganized and forgetful. I want my windows tinted but dang it I am really hesitant on giving them my business. I dont know if I should go there or not 🤷‍♂️

Got a Groupon for this place and called and set up an appointment for Friday @ noon. Took the day off of work and when I went there some guy was yelling in the back area and no one came to the waiting area to greet me or anything even when I was yelling hello. So I went outside and called them. The lady who made my appointment said oh I had you down for yesterday at noon. Ummm no sorry I asked for Friday that’s why I took the day off work. And why didn’t I receive a call yesterday when I missed my so called appointment? It was just a mess. SMH 🤦🏻‍♀️ thankfully Groupon refunded me and I am going else where next Friday.

I have gotten my windows tinted 2 years in a row on two of my cars for Christmas here, used the Groupon and got a good deal. Super friendly people and provides excellent service, my tint looks beautiful.

Contacted them to have two front windows done. Told me that they could fit me in in a few days but I would have to call back to find out when they were available. Call them in the morning, and was told that somebody wasnt home from vacation yet and that I would have to drive to a for their location, or they may be able to call somebody in on their day off to do just my card but they really didnt want to do that. I dont schedule my life around getting my windows tinted for one car, and they obviously didnt want my business or my money. Would not recommend

I just called to try and get information about a previous tint job through the Subaru dealership. The woman who answered the phone was very rude and unwilling to help me. She made sure to tell me how busy she was and how little time she had to take care of my simple request.The call ended with very few people ever have done what you asked about so you probably did not get this done.With the lack of customer respect, its no wonder the Auburn Subaru dealership dropped them.

Worst experience I have ever had dealing with a store. Tint looked OK, but the back windows had tons of bubbles and the worst part is they cut the window trim with a knife and burnt the molding on the side of the car with a heat gun. After a long argument about them claiming they never did it I decided it wasnt worth my energy and I turned it into insurance. If I could give them a negative 5 I would. Very unprofessional, I surprised they are still in business.

Absolutely horrible experience.

I arrived for my appointment and was waved inside. The man was very rude to me and asked what I wanted. I told him I had a 9 am appointment for window tinting. He quickly told me that he did not have me on his schedule and could not do my car but asked how I paid. I told him I had a Groupon and he quickly said That is the wrong groupon for your car. I had a choice of choosing a car or SUV window tint and I had chosen a car which is what I have. Then he went into telling me that the price would be more and that if I wanted low end they could do that but then tried to upsell me on a job he just said he was unable to do. When I questioned him about my missing appointment he said I do not do the appointments but Im not surprised because this happens all the time. He told me to call the lady I scheduled with and when I did she acted like she had no idea who I was or why I was calling. She then showed up a few minutes later with her arms full of 2 dogs who she proceeded to put down and they began jumping all over me knocking my phone out of my hand. She suggested to me to go to her Renton location even though the man from before told me they did not have any appointments there either. She wanted me to go up to Renton and leave my car there. I live in Puyallup! I told her I wanted a refund and she said she couldnt help me with that but she would call groupon and make them refund me. She proceeds to call Groupon and makes up this bogus story of why I need a refund saying that it was my expectation to have my car done in 30 minutes (I had been told 2 hours and was prepared for that.) At no time did she mention that it was actually her who had the issue and could not accomodate. I do not know what her deal is but this woman is a wreck. Like she has no clue about anything going on around her and very disheveled. She kept asking me if I was calling her last night. I was able to have groupon give me a voucher to use somewhere else instead and I plan to go back to the always reliable Foss Audio & Tinting.

Fat lady the owner did my windows and its the worst I have ever seen, EVERY window had multiple flaws as he admitted how bad it was he put the blame on me saying thats what happens when you get rushed it took almost an hour longer than he said and I didnt say a word but he said bring it back and hell redo it with the best tint he has. I called to make the appt. and he tells me I brought it in the wrong day thats why he got rushed and ends up hanging up on me. I finally agreed to bring it in and when I showed him damage I noticed he caused by scraping the sticker off the window and he denied it, still talking about the day I was supposed to bring it in I told him I have proof on my phone confirming Mon not Tues. then he tells me to back off claiming I was getting violent and just walked away as I was telling him Im recording the whole conversation I waited there still recording to see what his intentions were and he just disappeared. So I had someone go by and talk with him and had her record the conversation and he proceeds to tell her how violent I was getting that he just got married and had a baby and feared for his life I RECORDED IT ALL it would be pretty stupid to get violent, and that I was unstable then he proceeds to tell her that I was kicked off the property and he was going to get a restraining order. So I wait 3 weeks for him to contact me before I leave a bad review, oh now he texts me threatening if I dont take the review off he would sue me for breach of contract, he makes you sign a contract stating you cant leave a bad review, but I wouldnt budge instead I served him with small claims papers and kept my review on, and he kept threatening with a suit, then all of a sudden 3 weeks after hes accusing me of stealing $3000 out of his car ARE YOU FRICKING KIDDING ME so I ask him if he has all the police reports of me getting kicked off the property and report on the theft with me as a suspect, well that was the last I heard about that he didnt have the reports the cops never even showed up. So 5 days after I served him hes serving me with papers suing me for breach of contract and now all of a sudden I caused damage to his property and to his $250,000 car. I have about 20 text messages back and forth with this clown for the last 4 weeks and there was no mention of me doing damage to his property. Ok now heres the good part we went to court on May 15th 2017 and the court found in my favor. I know I will never see that money but its a little satisfaction of the just the win. So now heres the other good part in March of 2017 2 laws were past first isCONSUMER REVIEW FAIRNESS ACT AND THE OTHERCONSUMER REVIEW FREEDOM ACT both of these laws prohibit the company to take any action on the consumer for leaving a bad review, not only that it prohibits the company to make you sign such a contract, So not only can he not touch me or the other poor people that have been bullied by this guy but he is in violation of the acts in other words he is breaking the law. AGAIN HE CAN NOT TOUCH YOU FOR BREACH dont let him bully you he cant. He has done nothing but lie, degrade me, deface me, slander me and I am a complete innocent victim PROVEN IN COURT.GOOGLE AND YELP PLEASE READ THIS BEFORE YOU LET HIM DELETE ALL THE BAD REVIEWS ME AND THE OTHER PEOPLE HAVE LEFT ON YELP AND GOOGLE BOTH. HE IS IN VIOLATION OF OUR CONSTITUTIONAL RIGHTS AND OF THE ACTS PAST BY CONGRESS, OUR REVIEWS ARE VERY SIMILAR AND VERY TRUE.There is a lot more to the story but this is all I need to write to let people know be careful.

They did a really bad job with may rear window. i went back the next week and tell dave about it he starts yelling and swearing in my face and says its fine slams my trunk and yells to leave this guy has some problems . GO IF YOU LIKE BAD WORK BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE AND GETTING YELLED AT.

Does this shop deserve 5 stars? - No, Does it deserve 1? No. The number one issue with this place is not the tint, its the lady who sets up the appointments. My guess is she is the owner. Customer service is mediocre at best. Having to confirm my appointment several times, and then trying to change my time 30 minutes before I was set to arrive - ridiculous. Setup a shared calendar that you can book appointments for and pay someone to be the admin. Its not hard....So why the 4 stars, well the guy who installed the tint knew his stuff. He also did an excellent install. I think alot of people expect too much from the Groupon price - dont be so damn cheap. Tint stays on your car for years. You expect perfection for $149?!? Be realistic! I paid $880 out the door for Huper Optik on my BMW at another shop.I got the Groupon price only to bargain the start point. Its $40 extra to go anything under WA legal limits and I dont tint anything above 20%. Additionally the Groupon is the base garbage tint. They carry Jonhson and Suntek in the mid grade and Rayno ceramic in the high grade (not luxury grade). I went with the Rayno at 20% and it was $229 out the door.Ill leave you with this. This is not a luxury grade tint shop. You will not find Huper Optik, 3m, Madico, or LLumar here. But you do get good tint for the price.

Got the groupon.. In a short story, I had to make 4 attempts to schedule a time to have the work done. I kept getting bumped, or called up saying they scheduled me wrong, or that they had absolutely no idea who I was. The lady working reception is nice enough but completely incompetent. I showed up in person at Auburn to get started and she was more interested in chatting with her friend on the phone than doing business. I wont even get started on why she had her pet dogs there.When we finally got an appointment cemented, I showed up and they had no idea I was coming. She scheduled me at the wrong place! The guy at the Renton facility was cool though, and got the work done anyway.The quality of the work was acceptable at Renton and the techs there were friendly and professional. If they had a competent person working the front end Im sure this place would do better.

Tint is holding up well, but he kept asking if i wanted illegal tint levels but id void my paperwork and get no warranty. The uhh secretary? was a lady her friend and her dog just hanging out. No desk they just chillin on couches watching soap operas. Very unprofessional enviorment.

I cant say anything about their tinting as we never got that far. I bought my wife a Groupon tint for Christmas and she called and scheduled for the following Monday. The scheduler called a couple of days later, totally confused about why she even called. It was a little strange. She then called again two days before our scheduled tint and left a strange message that ended with I dont even know why I called My wife called her back to see what the problem was and was treated very rudely, eventually being hung up on. I called right back to see what this ladys problem was and was treated even worse. She kept interrupting me and absolutely would not respond to a single question I had. I called Groupon and they gave me a credit for the full amount. Its too bad for the guys in the shop, because maybe they do a good job. I will tell anyone I know who wants a tint to steer clear of this place, regardless of price! I dont recall ever having been treated this badly except maybe by Comcast! Buyer beware!

Horrible customer service the guy had attitude the second I interrupted him watching tv in the office and I asked for 12 not 15 tint he threw a fit told me to just leave after he took my car apart and when he put it back he messed up my door handle so unprofessional and if I were you I would think twice about bringing them your business.

I have taken 3 cars to Tint Xxperts. They have done a great job each time and have been very responsive to any issues I had, all of which were very minor.

I have to say I was a little hesitant to bring my 95 4Runner in to have the windows tinted at the Renton Tint Xxperts after buying a groupon. Needless to say I was not a happy camper after getting my car back. I ended up taking it back to the Auburn Tint xxperts and having it redone. The owner was more than willing to work with me after finding out I was unhappy. After speaking with David at the Auburn Tint Xxperts, I knew right away I wanted him to fix Rentons mistake. This guy is amazing at what he does. David treated my vehicle as if it where his own, he took the time to explain the different tints and he was very easy to work with. I absolutely love how the tint turned out, and David did an amazing job. I firmly believe in making the customer happy but I also believe it is very important to keep the employees happy so they continue to put out great work. The owners of Tint Xxperts are very lucky to have David as an employee, because the employees alone can make or brake a business.So if you plan on getting your windows tinted make sure you call the auburn Tint Xxperts and have David do the job. If you are looking to get your tint done here, look elsewhere.Unprofessional. First, I called because I saw the groupon deal for $149, and the lady said Well, I cant honor that but I can give you a discount for $189. I needed my windows tinted so I thought oh well, lets do it. She said Tuesday to come in(today) at 2 pm to the Renton shop. She was very quick to get over with me and hang up even though I still had questions as to what kind of tint they used, etc. I called a day before and verified my appointment and quote just to be on the safe side. So, I come in at 1:40 and the guy there is unbelievably rude. Telling me how I am late, he doesnt take late appointments, etc even though my appointment was at 2 pm and I was 20 minutes early. Well, he looks at the schedule and I am not listed there. I call the lady back up and she said Ohhh no, let me give you a call back in 5 minutes. Well, 30 minutes later still no call.DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE. Terrible terrible terrible service and the tint they use is SUNTEK which is a dyed tint that fades and turns purple over time.I found a shop in Auburn who got me scheduled tomorrow and the guy answered all my questions, quoted me a price with tax, and said he will have two guys work on my car so that I dont wait around too long.

I called the Renton location to ask which Groupon I should buy, the $149 sedan or the $179 SUV, since I have a station wagon. The guy who answered the phone said he had no idea about the Groupon. He put a woman on the phone who REALLY sounded out of it. I asked her the same question, and she told me dont bother buying the Groupon, that she can do a better deal if I come by in person. I asked her the cost for a station wagon (which is SMALLER than an SUV!!!!) and she told me her great deal is $250. HUH? Are you serious? She was convinced that her price was better than the Groupon?!?! Stay away from this place! She kept saying come in and we will take care of you. No way!

They wanted to charge me $40 MORE because Umm Audis BMWS are generally harder to work on. 😂 OK good choice on making $0 rather hundreds and losing potential customers.

I had my Windows tinted there at the Renton location and it was a big mess, the lady gina is really nuts and hard to deal with, Now the old guy with a long beard there worked on my brand new Kia Forte and burned the rubber on the outside of the passenger door along with ALOT of bubbles in the tint, needless to say i was pissed andthe guy just made excuses about it, so I had to go to the auburn location where I was helped by Dave and Jr, They fixed all my issues and my tint looked good, I would Highlyrecommend you go and see the guys in auburn and don`t deal with that lady, Defiantly stay away from the place in renton.

Horrible. They completely botched our tint job, ruined our windows and the woman in the office is NUTS. I echo the other reviewers sentiments about how incredibly rude she is. When I called to complain about the job they did, she screamed at me and hung up on me. What a RIP OFF!

NO STAR... What a JOKE of a business, NO CUSTOMER SERVICE at all. I DO NOT RECOMMEND GOING WITH THIS COMPANY.
