Just had my windows tinted yesterday for a 15% and they did a great job for a great price! I booked about 3 appointments and canceled two and each time the young woman was very friendly and professional. I wish I remembered her name but she provided top notch service. She even showed me the tints on her car to give me an idea of how they will look. Overall Im very pleased to have found this place! I will definitely recommend it to everyone I know looking for tints.

I was really impressed with Dealer Xpress. I used a window tinting shop in Federal Way for my last vehicle and they did a horrible job so I really shopped around this time and found the prices very competitive from Dealer Xpress. Ive been in Automotive Service for 14 years so sometimes Im cautious when I see quotes on the low end because normally they make that up somewhere else whether its their service quality or its in their product mark up. Well after being referred by a friend I ended up having Dealer Xpress tint my TLX with their ceramic 15% and the quality, service, price and overall experience was A+. Id highly recommend this shop if they keep doing what there doing 👍

Got my Jeep tinted yesterday. Took 4.5 hours an was worth the wait. The did a wonderful job. I kept my tint on an choose the Classic to be put on over. I choose 15% tint which is still dark enough for me. I did all windows. Will come back in the summer to get tint for the top of my windshield

They messed up the tint on our new car, said they could replace it but it could damage the rear defrost and electronics as they use water and dont cover anything up. This was never made clear prior to installing it. Also they have no air filtration system in install bay, do to this there is always hair, debris and other contamination issues. Non of this is disclosed beforehand. When paying close to 600$ for tint I expect to know this beforehand. Very dissatisfied and disappointed.

Ive taken my last 3 cars here. Everytime Ive had great service and the tint looked good. Definitely wouldnt hesitate taking my future cars here. They even did my Model 3 rear glass in a single piece which is very difficult and it looked phenomenal.

We have taken both of our vehicles here. The tint on my car was done 2 years ago, and it still looks new. I would highly recommend this place. The staff is really welcoming and knowledgeable as well.

My usual tint guy was not available at the time, so I reached out to Dealer Xpress based on their outstanding reviews. Brought my 4Runner in to get some old tint film stripped from the front two windows, and had Dealer Xpress re-tint them using 35% Llumar Stratos film. Getting ready to ship my 4Runner to Hawaii, where tint laws are strict, and as it stood my 4Runner would not have passed the Safety Check inspection down there. Selena was able to get me in on short notice, the installers did an amazing job on my front windows, and they got it done sooner than promised. Highly recommend Dealer Xpress!

I just had my car tinted here and it was a good experience. They were upfront with the costs, and did a very nice job with the tinting and use top quality tints. Not particularly cheap for the higher quality tints, but you get what you pay for and the labor cost of removing old tint is just as much as putting good quality tint on in the first place.

Had an appointment in the morning. I dropped the car off and because of the covid19, their waiting area was closed. All the restaurants were also closed due to covid19 so I was forced to wait outside. The front desk lady told me that job like this normally takes an 1-1:30 hours but they came back with my vehicle in 30 minutes, windows all tinted. They knew that I was waiting outside so 2 men got on the job to finish it quicker. The job they did on my car window was flawless. Very professional and very kind. Highly recommended

I found Dealer Xpress on Google and from four choices I chose them mainly because of their excellent reviews. And I WAS NOT disappointed at all. I was taken care of by Tabatha, and she is absolutely excellent and knows how to take care of customers.I went in on the off-chance to get a price and they tinted my windows right there and then, and at a great price too. The tints look great and I am very pleased. I am very picky and want things just right.I would recommend Dealer Xpress to anyone wanting their cars windows tinting.

The woman that answers the phones is horrible at communicating.Uncertain and unable to answer any of my questions clearly without talking in circles. Also becoming defensive because I did my homework and researched some before I called. It apparently bothered her that I was concerned about quality. Not the place I would trust my $100k vehicle with based off the impression she made. I will spare the details where she gave me a 9am appointment and then forgot essentially giving my appointment away. Or suggesting I take my vehicle somewhere else to tint my windows. She clearly proved to me she was in over her head after hearing my questions and concerns. Proving to me my quest for quality was unimportant.In a time where customer service can make or break a company I will be leaving a 1 star rate based on the service I was provided over the phone.I dont know about you but when it comes to my vehicles I have questions I want answered. This is important to me when searching for craftsmanship and looking for a company I trust to do a good job.Is this a company that pays attention the little details? My observation after my phone call would suggest no.Quality or quantity? What is important to you?

They do excellent work here for a reasonable price. Friendly staff, had an especially good experience with Tabitha, she went out and showed me what different tint levels would look like on employee cars. Very helpful and made the decision easy, not high pressure either which was appreciated. Would never go anywhere else for tint.

Was deciding on here or a place nearby that Ive gotten tint done before couple years ago. But the other reviews are right. Its worth spending a little bit more for better service, a warranty on your tint, and classy atmosphere. Makes you feel like your getting a good job done. I stopped by to look at my options, as I felt it was needed instead of basing my selection strictly on what the online guide showed.Catherine An was assisting other customers and immediately offered to assist. She was extremely helpful and objective in the process, as tinting your windows is a personal, cosmetic preference, and, to each their own.She did however helped me stay within the legal limit in WA state, which I appreciated, as I was leaning towards a tint exceeding the limits.Whether her service efforts are scripted verbatim to all customers or not, it was refreshing to see she maintained a level of sincerity and expressed interest in the customers. She took a phone call and helped another walk-in customer, and it was obvious she not only knew her stuff, she was invested in her work.My car was completed within the timeframe I was provided and to date, no issues with the tint work. I strongly recommend them to others.

Im picky as all-get out and Dealer Xpress manages to meet my expectations. I look for bubbles ~1 centimeter wide yet I struggle to find any flaws. Where do I start?From when I made my appointment on the phone to walking in and leaving the most spectacular customer service! I unfortunately had to get my windows re tinted because someone had broken into my car over the weekend. I called made an appointment with Selena and she was extremely helpful and accommodating. I came in a few days later and asked about getting my windows actually darker than the tint my car had come with when I purchased. Selena walked me through all the options and showed me examples of what each one looked like and than brought out the manager Mino who also gave me some advice and looked at my car because they would have to do a peel and than tint. They said my car would take some time due to having to peel off the old tint and re tinting my car. My car was finished before the time they had given me! Amazing customer service, work and people! I couldn’t be happier! I would recommend to all my friends and family! The quality of work is impeccable!! You can tell they love what they do because they were so helpful through the entire process. Had a couple cars tinted here, first car after about a year driver side tint turned purple and looked like a rainbow color when your looking out the window, and after 2 years the back windshield tint just about disintegrated. The other car i had tinted, the very next day the driver side tint had a big bubble pop open, took it back and he pressed it back in and said bring it back if it does it again. And the very next day it popped open a bubble again, i didnt have time to be running back again, they should of replaced it the day i went back, seemed like the owner didnt want to be troubled with it. Not coming back here anymore.

Took like 15 minutes to replace my drivers side front window tint. Tint is a perfect match with no bubbles, dirt or otherwise. They even took the time to tuck in a piece of vapor barrier that the All Star Auto Glass guys so kindly left sticking out of the edge of my door card! A+ service! You guys rock!

We used Dealer Xpress to match the front tint of our 2016 Toyota SUV to the factory privacy glass. We decided to go with the premium tint, a Llumar ceramic. Leaving the store, it was noticeable that the newly installed tint was a different hue than the rest of the glass. The front windows had a slight brown color to them whereas the rest of the glass is black in color. Every tint job Ive had done in the past has been a nearly perfect match, so I knew something was off. After doing some research, this is fairly common with newer vehicles. Results vary depending on the tint manufacturer and type of vehicle. Our Toyota has a UV protectant built into the front windows, which is clearly marked on the glass. From what Ive read, this can cause too much reflectivity when combined with ceramic tint, hence the difference in color.The moral of this story is to do your research before attempting to have your windows matched. Dealer Xpress was friendly and the installation was quality, however, the owner claimed this was normal and didnt express any interest in even attempting to find a solution. There was no explanation that the color would be off prior to installation, which seems odd if a difference in color is normal.

I have had four vehicles tinted here over the past 8 years. In addition, at least two car dealerships in Auburn recommend using Dealer Xpress for paint protection.
