King count septic is the best and the 1st you should call.We were selling our property this year. We 1st called some w**c* septic company just for a pump and inspection. They came and left a report stating that the whole tank need to be replaced. Then they disappeared. No follow up, no response to email. The call just go to someone who keeps saying they will call back but no one ever called back. Finally we got the manager but the manager threaten us to send the bad report. Horrible experience... We called many other companies. They just keep saying the tank need to be rebuilt and no time to come to take a look. We wasted 3 weeks just roam around without any hope.We finally found King county septic. They are very nice and kind. They came in time and completed a thorough inspection. Which they believe they can just fix the tank and also replace the d-box. The following day they came and got all work done in 2 days. Amazing job is done by them! As long as you got a deal with them, you know you are in good hands! We cannot appreciate too much to the help and the kindness they offered during the hard time. Thanks a lot! Really love the professional work! King county septic is the best! They should be called 1st before any other companies.
They came out to pump out our septic tank on 5/7/21. They were awesome, knowledgeable, supportive, and the price was great. I really recommend them very much!!
Called 4 times on 2 separate days during business hours and even left a voicemail like the answering machine told me to, no answer, no call back.
These guys are great. They were prompt, professional and very knowledgeable. They pumped my septic system, did an informal inspection and made a couple of suggestions as to how to maintain it better. Highly appreciated their diligence. Definitely recommend them!
I am pleased with the results and the work done by Craig. In the middle of a major landscaping project, the work was scheduled and completed in great time.
I had a wonderful experience with King County Septic. We were having some backup issues with our septic tank and we were unable to use shower/bathroom. We called a bunch of places but no one could come right away. King County Septic managed to get someone to our home within a couple hours of our call. They looked at the problem and were able to unclog some of the drainage that was causing the backup. They also verified it was time to do a pump on the tank and had one scheduled over the weekend. Both times, they were professional, on time and responsive. They saved our weekend and a lot of stress! Thank you King County Septic! I think we will go to them for any needs in the future. :)
Had to have our septic inspected during the sale of our home and initially started out with another company. HUGE mistake! Not only did they cause undo stress (during an already stressful time), but they couldn’t even complete the work they recommended. So we called King County Septic on a Saturday morning and they completely saved the day! Came out within hours of us reaching out to assess what needed to be done and completed all the work in a time crunch for a reasonable price! Wish we would have found them from the beginning. Totally saved the day and put us at ease. Very highly recommended and will be referring friends and family to these guys as well.
We had a septic emergency at 11am on a Saturday and we called all around to see if anyone could come out. Craig at King Vounty Septic said he would stop by on his way to another job and see what he could do to get us temporarily up and running. Craig did just that then came back and finished the repair a couple of days later. Craig was very professional and knowledgeable about what had happened to out system and answered all my questions I had about what happened. I highly recommend King County Septic for all your septic needs.
Excellent service!!! very good time frame to do the job, very good price.!before I hire them I was calling another companies to get the records of my septic and they could not find them. But with this guys everything was really easy I was surprised how they provide me with all the documents permits and records from this old property.!!thank you so much guys.!!!
King County Septic came out to do our inspection before selling our house, They were very professional and explained everything about the septic system to me ! I will definitely use them again because when you find a honest company stay with them. They don’t try to make you do things that are not necessary. Love you guys. Thank you so much.
We scheduled a service for Saturday and after the 2 hour appointment window was up and still no sign of them, I called to find out where they were. They replied by text saying they were running late due to mechanical issues and would need to reschedule. I understood that and asked for their availability but never heard back from them. I called on Monday and left a voicemail but still have not heard back. How unprofessional to keep us waiting and not reach out to let us know what was holding them up. Definitely won’t recommend them.
Had an appointment for simple soil test on Thursday.... Its now Sunday and they have never showed up after telling my husband daily that he was on his way to do it but yet it never was. Now I have lost a week of my feasibility period on this property waiting on King county septic.
We are moving out of state for job relocation and all was going well with selling our home quickly and having a great home inspection. Then we had the septic inspection done by a local and well known company, and was told we needed a new septic tank and drain-field to the tune of $20-$35K. I called around to get 2nd and 3rd opinions, but based on how the inspection report was written, all of the companies I called told me I needed a new tank and drain-field, and no one was willing to come out and double check.Something still didnt feel right about this, so I went online to Thumbtack to see if I could find anyone willing to check it out and give me another opinion; and if it was repairable, how much, and if not, repairable, how much? I just didnt want to go with only the 1st companies opinion.Craig reached out, while he was on vacation! And came out a couple days later. He actually investigated my system to see what was happening, and found that it was indeed repairable. He was able to repair 2 small holes in the tank, replace the D-box, add a sediment filter, and replace the 2 transport lines to the drain field. He did this for less then 10% of the cost of what I was told an entire new septic system and drain-field would be from the 1st company.Craig and Sonia were very upfront and honest from the beginning; very professional; answered all of my questions and explained to me every step of the way what was going to happen or was happening. They are not fast talking sales people trying to take advantage of the situation. They are very calm and want their customers to be informed and educated. I would fully recommended them to anyone and everyone! In fact, I have already referred them out 3 times to neighbors and friends, who are also using them for their septic work!
Craig and team are amazing. On time service, affordable, can-do team of folks who will take good care of you.
We had an appointment yesterday but none showed up. You dont even get 1 star
Repaired and inspected septic system. I was only involved in the payment process. This was a Hassel for King County because of issues with Square, but for me the payment was released and King County Septic got paid.
My neighbor had problems with his septic system. He found out that the concrete D box had disintegrated after 48 years and the drain field needed work. My septic septic system was also 48 years old so I figured I needed to have it checked. Craig came out and found that my D box was about to fail. He installed a new D box with a riser and lid. Checked the drain field and connected new supply lines to the three legs of the drain field and I am good to go!!! He also did the same for our second septic system.I was fortunate to have found Craig. I was so impressed the work that was done and at a reasonable cost that I recommended KCS to my other neighbor who had KCS repair his system. I highly recommend Craig & KCS. Bill D.
I highly recommend King County Septic! At 8:30pm on a Saturday night we had a sewer problem backing up into the house. I tried calling every company I could find on google and the only ones who answered were these guys. Craig came out Sunday morning and showed up on time over prepared to fix anything. It didn’t take long at all for him to figure out what was going on and got my problem solved very quickly. It was such a simple fix that being the nice guy he is wasn’t even going to charge me for coming out on a Sunday for an emergency call. I said not a chance and paid him for what he was worth. So if you need any sewer or septic service or have an emergency make sure and call this family owned business. Thanks again Craig!
As a small, family-run business that buys and sells investment properties, holds rental properties and performs general contracting work, we have been involved in the real estate market in one form or another for a number of years. On occasion, you have opportunity to meet and work with individuals that do extraordinary work with the highest level of integrity and care. It was my pleasure recently to hire King County Septic and work with Craig and Sonia on the purchase of a property with a septic tank. The work was extremely time critical but probably did not rise to the level of an emergency. Even so, they carved out time in their very busy schedule to make it happen and helped us navigate a complex situation that could have derailed the purchase. I was amazed at the level of customer service I received by phone and in the field. I was also impressed with the level of expertise they have in other areas besides just septic and sewer and I would encourage other contractors to contact them for a variety of tasks. They will be our go-to contact for project tasks that I cannot or do not want to handle myself and they will certainly be handling all of our septic and sewer work going forward.
