Yesterday Ryan and Derrick worked on a water leak I had on my side of my county meter here in Placerville. The situation had several difficulties although Ryan and Derrick never gave up, worked very hard and proffetionally without frustration. The end game after several tries they completed the job with success. I would recommend Ryan, Derrick and this company for all your plumbing needs and I will absolutely hire them again if Im needing any more plumbing repairs.

My water heater blew up and flooded my house. I immediately called the rooter guys. Marc answered the phone and walked me through the process to stop the watwr from damaging my home. Within an hour Ryan ahowed up and he gave me a list of options. We chose to upgrade to a navien tankless. He bagan the job immediately and worked into the evening to allow us to have hot water! We have young kids and needed hot water. Later in the week they provided the permit and even scheduled the inspection. Within the week it passed with flying colors!Thank you Rooter Guys. We will be referring yoy to our friends !

I had my kitchen faucet replaced and then found a leak immediately after the tech left. The tech came back twice but failed to fix the leak or respond to my 10 or so voicemail messages, so I filed a complaint with the CSLB, which takes forever to resolve. The faucet was replaced near the end of January 2017, (writing this on 11/5/17) and The Rooter Guys never responded to the CLSBs judgement to pay me. Now Im in the process of filing a claim with their bond company and trudging through that lengthy process. This has been very frustrating and I think the CSLB process is not very effective at getting contractors to do good work. If you look up The Rooter Guys on the CSLBs website, it looks like they are in compliance. If they are, then it is acceptable for contractors to do lousy work, not fix mistakes, not pay restitution, and just completely ignore the whole process. The CSLB allows this to happen, and then gives them a clean record on the CSLBs website. Not sure who is worse, The Rooter Guys or the CSLB!
