Went in for an oil change today nobody in line just the ones getting an oil change. They gave my puppies a bone. Need to look at signage to be more clear on which bay to go to but all in all in and out.

Had been going to the North Conway location for years. When they changed the oil this time, they broke the skid plate. The. They put a zip tie in it and didn’t inform me. Next oil change it has debris in it and they won’t work on it until it’s cleared. After clearing, I notice the zip tie. They deny all and point out fine print that they aren’t responsible for this item.I called/email managerRelied with gettin the part on eBayI reply, I don’t get stuff on eBay I would like the Honda piece your employees broke.No reply sinceI’m sending the piece to corporateI will never go back

Managers are awful. The way they deal with customers when there is an issue is not professional at all. The way they yell at and treat their employees is horrible, especially when it’s done within sight and ear shot of customers. I feel very bad for anyone who has to work under the managers at Prompto in Auburn, Maine.

Prompto added coolant to my radiator. 2 weeks later, car overheated. Another mechanic said air in coolant system caused overheating. If radiator isnt bled, can lead to overheating. Prompto refused my request for repayment of mechanic bill, saying they dont bleed after adding coolant. Just another case of Promptos incompetence.

Ask any mechanic Google it ask your own mechanic. It is impossible to do a 10 minute oil change. Unless they have have come up with some magical machine that does it I doubt that. No doubt there is much left over oil in your car. Talk about misrepretation here.

Went to get an oil change and by the time I got home and searched my whole car I realized one of the mechanics stole my medication. Definitely shouldn’t leave valuables laying around.

I will never be taking my car here again. The manager tried to tell me after my oil change a month and a half ago, my car burned through a quart and a half of oil over 1000 miles. The photos i have attached were after my car had been sitting for two days on a flat surface and I do not have any oil leaks. Naturally I was mad because this had never happened before as my other oil changes have all lasted me the full 3000 miles with other mechanics. Because I was frustrated things got tense and out of hand (i will say part of that is my fault) However, the manager started laughing at me and started giving me life advice because he had a daughter my age and said I wont get anywhere if I flip out on people all the time. First off the way the situation was handled is why things got out of hand. The manager was laughing and yelling at me which is why I stood up for myself. No manager should laugh at an angry customer, he should try to get to the root of the problem. I had to put 2 more quarts of oil in my vehicle because somehow i burned through a quart and a half of oil in a month and a half. When asked how that could even happen, the manager blamed it on me and my car stating well you didnt get full synthetic oil and your car is a used car so who knows what the last owner did to it It was never explained to me what the difference between the two types of oil is and I provided that feedback to him. The manager stated well we dont upsell so we dont use synthetic oil unless told to but its on the sign so you shouldve asked the problem here is no one told me the difference between the two types, because had I known that synthetic burns slower, i wouldve paid the 50 dollars for synthetic instead of the 30 for the standard. Also I have had two other oil changes in the past over the 3 years Ive owned this vehicle and have not burned oil this fast. The way my situation was handled was not okay. I will never be taking my car here again. Managers should not deescalate a problem by laughing at angry customers, and offering life advice due to my age, as well as snapping back at me. I was not provided the right expectation at all during my oil change, no one told me what they were putting in my vehicle apart from the windshield washer fluid that I needed extra for. Absolute headache! I would not bring your vehicle here because the management and how they handle customers in escalated situations is not good at all.

Ive been there a few times in 2015. No complaints. Prices were fair. Service was quick. Employees were polite. They do only one thing - oil changes. Its hard to mess up LOL. But of course, check your oil the next day, after the car has sat on level ground overnight. Mistakes are possible, but so far I have not spotted any mistakes.

Sure its convent and the price is good but when they cross thread your drain plug and then laugh at you when you call and tell them what happened, it really makes you wish you took your car somewhere else. $650 dollars later for an oil pan and dealing with their customer service isnt worth it.
