The best lash extensions and experience I have found since relocating to Auburn. Kates talent and skills are impeccable! The lashes are beautiful and definitely make my morning routine a snap! I was also thrilled that my lashes lasted 3 weeks! Needless to say, when you find your person, thats it! Kates my girl! ❤

I had my eyebrows micro-bladed and also got eyelash extensions done by Kate. She was super personable and made the whole experience easy! I reached out to her beforehand because I was super nervous about getting lashes and my eyebrows done (it was my first time). She answered any questions I had prior to me even booking an appointment! Overall, I would highly recommend her to anyone interested in either of those services. I wanted a natural lash and bold brow and she delivered perfectly!! :)

Platinum is hands down the best place in Auburn. Very professional and they have all the services there you need from hair to skin to lashes.... love platinum and I love the the girls that work there!

I cant recommend Kate enough! Ive had blonde (basically invisible) eyebrows all my life and was worried about getting them microbladed. Kate was so professional and did them light enough to where they looked natural and gorgeous. I have gotten quite a few compliments since getting them done! Will definitely be a repeat customer.

I got Kate to microblade my eyebrows and I have never been happier with how my eyebrows look! She encouraged me to come back for a touch up after my first appt and that really completed the entire look. I feel like I have celebrity brows now. I had my eyebrows micro bladed by Kate Fuller and I have been EXTREMELY happy with the results.I went from having very thin, light eyebrows to now waking up each morning without having to use an eyebrow pencil, color, etc. I highly recommend her and Platinum!

After a long time of looking for a hair salon to go to while at school in Auburn I finally thought Platinum would the best choice and was looking forward to my appointment all week. The day of I pretty got told I could no longer have my appointment that day because another customer rescheduled. While I understand things come up, as a 1st time customer this was a pretty bad first impression. Seems like a great hair salon, just doesnt seem like a dependable place. :(

My boyfriend and I had a wonderful experience at Platinum! Madison did a wonderful job trimming and shaping up my hair and Shannon gave my boyfriend the best haircut I think he’s ever had in his life! Both ladies were friendly, professional, and quick while staying attentive to detail. We will definitely be coming back for our next haircuts!

Madison Bolor came to Water Oak Manor to do the Bridesmaids wedding hair and it was wonderful! She was on time, got 7 done with plenty of time to spare, very kind, professional, and knowledgeable. So glad we booked Madison for our daughter’s wedding!!
