I had 2 lash lifts done. First one was great and lasted almost 5 weeks. Then I came in on a facebook special for $10 off. That one lasted one week. Tech offered to re-do on a certain date and I couldnt do that day. Tech didnt respond after 31 days. I asked for refund and was denied. Poor service, very disappointed.

The atmosphere is really great, a nice cozy feeling. Hairdressers are awesome, very friendly and offer great recommendations. I had Ashleigh and will not be seeing anyone else from now on.

They never answer the phone no matter what time or day it always says they are with a client. I have left messages and no call back
