Very impressed with their work. Showed up on time, cleaned carpets upstairs and down, cleaned our sectional and two other chairs. Got out some stains that we didnt think were cleanable. Friendly and worked quickly. Reasonable priced. Will definitely use again.

They showed up on time, came in did a really good job on a carpet almost 20 years old and were gone in a iittle over an hour. They were friendly, but professional and did their work efficiently.

Glen communicated very well with setting up the appointment and was right on time! Very very good job! The carpets were in terrible condition with stains etc and Cream in color.....I honestly wasnt sure if they could be salvaged and Glen worked magic and they look like new!

Carpets were cleaned and looked great, found a couple spots that could not be removed. Glenn came out to reclean the spots and it looks better now.

He and his co-worker showed up on time, communicating prior and day of appointment. Carpets were 14 years old (not highest quality) and they made them look refreshed and clean. We had Glenn and his crew out to clean our homes carpet. Hes prompt, professional, and thorough. Excellent communication, upfront, and he clearly cares about taking care of his customers. This is his business, and its easy to see that he take pride in it.As far as the cleaning, his crew did an excellent job. They took care to clean thoroughly, and made sure to erase the evidence of living with 3 pets. The house felt new again with a fresh, clean feeling.A few weeks later, we had a puppy accident on a small throw rug. I contacted Glenn to see if hed be able to take care of this small issue - not a problem!! Glenn made a point to squeeze me onto the schedule to address this small job and made sure I was satisfied with the work.Ive got him in my contacts and will surely be calling him and his crew next time we need carpet care!!

Glenn got a last minute ( ok, frantic maybe) call from me just a day before our scheduled move in to our home. I realized during a final walk through that there was still significant pet odor from the previous tenants dog. I am sensitive to smell and realized we had a problem on our hands. Glenn to the rescue! He was there within hours - cleaned the carpets beautifully and best of all there was ZERO pet odor left behind. I was able to move in stress free.
