Brian was very accommodating to my work schedule and fit me in fast and on my own time. I’ll admit I dropped off a pretty dirty car. Turns out Subaru’s aren’t meant to be farm cars. I almost didn’t recognize my vehicle when I picked it up. It was so clean that i felt like I was driving it out of a dealership. Brian is fair priced (especially compared to dealerships) and works hard and fast. I am 100% going back to him when needed. Overall it was a wonderful experience. Absolutely nothing negative to say.

I read the reviews thats why I decided ro give this a try..I have always had my cars detailed 2x a year, anyways I called Brian,he was prompt in responding, we agreed on a time for him to pick up my vehicle from my home which is super convenient, I should have known it wouldnt meet my expectations when he changed the time an hour earlier than what we agreed on, we agreed on 7am but he came at 6am,he didnt talked to me and explained what he would do to the vehicle which was weird,still I decided to be optimistic, after all the reviews were fantastic, when he returned my car,it was covered in pollen,it didnt look like it was wax,the tires were covered in mud,The inside of the car is not as clean as i hoped,they didnt even bother cleaning the glove compartment as its still very dusty and the napkins are still in it,.the shoe track in the driver mat is still visible,the overhead inside the vehicle is still dirty,so I think the interior was wiped down and vacuum,definitely not washed,the leather seats have some dirt trapped. And for a Ford cmax,$160 is way too much,I think he saw the out of town plates and decided to upcharged..I am disappointed, even my suv i had never paid this much,i will never use this company again.I should have listen to my guy and let his guys/employees detailed my vehicle, lesson learned..

Brian was very accommodating - he graciously offered to clean our SUV on Memorial Day morning; he also does pick-up/drop-off service, which is incredibly helpful. A glass bottle of milk exploded in our backseat on a hot summer day, but youd never know it after the amazing job Brian did. Not only was our car cleaned from top to bottom, but he waxed the car as well. Looks better than when we bought it from the dealer. Easy scheduling, pick-up/drop-off service, fair pricing and only took a few hours - cant recommend him enough. Thanks Brian!

I had a great experience with the owner and his employees. I hit a deer, had no collision coverage and there was no chance I could pay to fix it. My car was old and beat up, we were going to replace it around tax time anyway. So we decided to bite the bullet and get a used car. I had passed LoPiccolos many times and liked the prices they advertised. They had a 2006 Pontiac Vibe that was the right price. It wasnt much older than the one I had but it was in far better shape. I walked in on a Saturday, looked at the car, test drove it and decided to buy it. They took money off the sticker and took my damaged car as a trade in with more value than I expected.I applied for my loan and first thing on Monday the owner sent me a text. He was beyond nice, informative, and helpful. I was able pick up my car on Tuesday. I met different people when I picked up the car and they were friendly and the owner was beyond nice to meet.The car runs smooth, the rims looked to have been cleaned or replaced when compared to the pictures provided on the site. They took care of everything and it was such a smooth process. I was extremely pleased with their service and will take this car to them for any services that I need, that they provide.Thank you.

We asked Brian to clean up a 2008 Ford Escape that literally had not been cleaned since it was driven new off the lot. It was a mess inside and out. We dropped it off on a Friday and asked Brian to touch up some rust spots and clean the engine compartment. Brian called 2 days later to pick it up. It was an amazing transformation! Job well done!

Bought a car FROM this dealer and there was problems from the beginning and the dealer was only willing to fix so much of it! Currently saving for a catalytic converter repair for a caddillac!! Engine light came on about a week after purchasing the vehicle and service tire monitor light came on immediately. The car had break problems & one of the headlight bulb was blown, which he did fix. I also had to buy a new battery within a month of purchasing the vehicle. He thought it was funny when I demanded that he pay for towing back to his shop because it kept dying!!! Theres a lot of shady people in this world!! Wont be giving him anymore business!! KARMA
