I have used Kelly services before in the past when I called to try to make an appointment to get my vehicle seen the customer service rep was just really rude. When she what was going on with the vehicle I stated that I thought maybe it was due for a tuneup and an oil change and her response was “I didn’t ask for a diagnosis I wanted to know what was going on with it” She was very condescending and unprofessional. Maybe she isn’t used to doing business with the public but this is not the first time I have heard of the woman at the desk being rude so I had to comment. Some people shouldn’t be in the eye of the public, it’s bad for business
Always courtes, repairs 100% complete and quotes accurate +/- depending on vehicle conditions.
I highly recommend Kellys. We live in Puyallup but drove to Auburn for service by this company, Pricing was competitive, honest and reliable. We had a couple if issues, one they fixed and the other they found out had a recall, which save us a considerable amount of money, Good folks.
UNPROFESSIONAL! Took my car in to get a problem fixed. Paid to fix it light comes back on the same day. Dropped the car off again for 2 days and when going to pick it up I’m told there’s another bill. No authorization for this what so ever. And to top it off they’re not even sure it fixed it but want me to bring it back after driving it for 300 miles. The lady then persists that if we don’t pay for the 1 hour diagnostic she’s going to lose her job. WHAT A JOKE! STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE.
I dropped my car off to get cople things fix. They didnt fix anything they just replaced 1 Fuse. Fuse cost maybe $5 bucks, and they charge me $270.I called them if I can get my money back or some of them the lady said No and I have to take it to the dealership to fix it.So this place its sucks never come back here again bye
Still there. Always give great service.
I am writing this review 3 years too late. On a spring break trip, 2017, with three kids and a cat in our Sedan the Alternator starting going out. I’m a certified mechanic and own an auto repair shop. I knew what was going on with my car and knew I wasn’t equipped to fix this car on the roadside. We made it over snowqualmie pass in a deluge of rain and managed to sputter in to Kelly’s and the car literally died in the parking lot. We showed up with no appointment, on a weekend, with a sad family and a cat in a crate. They sent us to the “Spunkey Monkey” for some ski ball and pool while we waited. The kids will never forget it. They had the car up and running in a reasonable amount of time and we were back on the road. I don’t think I could have offered this level of service at my own shop and I’m grateful years later for the service they provided that day.
I brought my wheel and tire to get dismounted and mounted with a balance and they tried to charge me almost 50 bucks and the wheel wasnt even on the car so I I made their job even easier.. now I know how long it takes and how to use a fismoumt machine and it takes not even 10 minutes to do the job.. I wonder how many other people they over charge to do simple tasks
Competitive prices go get your ride fixed yall
I was refered to them by a friend the owner was very rude and unprofessional! Im a female and he talked down to me so i took my business to A-1 auto repair!
Very good work. Great turn around
Amazing repair. The service, honesty and quality of service was excellent. I am a customer for life
If you want your car done right this is the place to go.
I would highly recommend this shop to anyone looking for an honest, professional, and reasonable priced shop. They gave me a rough estimate over the phone and the total came to $2.50 over the quote. They didn’t charge me the standard $135.00 diagnostic fee and were much cheaper than the 3 other shops I called. Great crew too! Thanks you guys!
Got charged $136 to change fog lights, I brought the bulbs so all they had to do was swap them for the new ones. You do the math that price for changing bulbs is not worth it so dont go!! An oil change cost less and I am never going back.
Real true mechanics. We drive our vehicles 30 miles from our house because we trust there mechanics. We would recommend them to anyone.
Mechanical work in this area can be highly pricey and esp on the job needed. Certain jobs can require DIY until there’s a price break in the area. That being said, non the less, smaller job prices def are of an option here. They did the correct work, diagnosed, repaired evap code and the fuel sending unit very thoroughly and complete. Reliable honest work that I would use again again for as long as I can afford it trying not to drive a vehicle into the ground. Updates on the review of the work if needed, though I highly suspect not at all necessarily needed. Well done on a job well done 👍. 5 star.
They did a good job on my brakes but they were not up front about the price i give them 3 stars for now.
Great place
Great service, honest and reasonably priced. Repeat customer. Highly recommended
Total trust in this auto repair business. My family members also go there. Appointments are easy. Their work is professional and prices seem reasonable. Weve done our car maintenance and repairs there for years.
For ALL your automotive needs Kelleys is the place to go
I had my SUV towed there, they went the extra mile at every turn to help me out. Dawn, Kellys wife made calls, got the supplier to warranty the needed parts and they finished. The bill was less than $40.00. Fast, friendly, competent and most importantly - they care about the customers and they have admirable character. They took a real bummer and made me glad it happened, because it introduced me to their wonderful service. Thank you each and every one you awesome people.
I love this place. They have great prices. The employees are great and very informative. They are more then willing to answer any and all questions.
My little sister took her car here for an oil change and they didn’t even change her oil. When we checked her oil when she was home the oil was black and she barely had any. So unprofessional and takes advantage of women customers. Shame on you, her car engine is at risk thanks to these guys.
Came in with a Volkswagen, they wouldn’t flush out my radiator with out doing a diagnostic, I had paper work showing I had a whole diagnostic done from Volkswagen the day before. Wanted to charge me $120 for the diagnostic plus the $100 for doing the flush. Picked up my car and took it somewhere else that was cheeper, able to do just the radiator and more professional.
We went here for years on end, Kelly has always taken good care of my family. Now that I am all grown up, no one but Kellys will be handling my baby, my truck. Kelly has got top notch mechanics and top notch parts to fix whatever problems may arise in your vehicle, and even though its not a joyous occasion to bring your vehicle in to a repair shop, its always good to see Kelly. Strong recommendation to anyone in or around auburn looking for the best damn mechanic in the area. Kellys is the place.
Been going to Kellys for years with several different cars . Good honest people who do good work. Simple as it should be. Never sold me anything I didn’t need.
I parked my RV in the parking lot and told them if I left it there overnight would it be ok and they said yes as long as I left a note. I left a not and said do not tow that Id be back. I came back about 7 hours later and it was gone so now my wife and I are officially homeless with nothing but the clothes on our backs. AJ at OReilly said it would be ok too which is connected to Kellys. We are deviated and have no way to get our home out of impound which was towed by Fitz here in Auburn wa
Great auto shop. We always go there. They do very good job at a fair price.
Had a disappointing experience with this place. Dropped my truck off for front brakes. Left the store to do some shopping while it was being fixed. Got a call from the front desk lady asking if I would like them to clean my back brakes while they do my front brakes. I said yes that would be fine, thinking that was the end of it. It was fine until she called me back saying my back brakes were falling apart and that they would need to fix them because they were so bad. Talk about being at the mercy of a Mechanic. She acted like I had no choice but to fix my brakes. I finally just said fine, fix them. The price ended up being twice as much as what my front brakes cost. This place has some poor business ethics and I would not recommend anyone because of the experience I had. When I arrived the owner just hid behind the shop wall because he didnt want to face me. Just a joke.
This shop is the absolute best, the owners are extremely knowledgeable and very ethical in the way they conduct business. I have taken all types of cars and trucks there and they have always done a super job at a very reasonable prices. You will not find a better shop out there.
Very fast affordable work
If youre looking for honest work, this may be the place for you in the Auburn area. Its a small shop, that provides the service that only small shops can provide.Weve taken multiple vehicles here, and have always recieved a fair price(with breakdowns of price and labor given) given to us by Kelly himself. As long as we are in the area, we will continue using Kellys for our auto needs.Keep up the good work!
Great place great people and honestly the best place in town
Fast, friendly, professional service. These people are great. Ive taken all my cars there over the years for a variety of things...new tires, blown motor (on 2 different vehicles), oil changes, replacing the gas tank that was leaking, etc. Theyve been helpful with everything. One time when I went in for tires, I had a new bulb for my taillight, but hadnt put it in yet...they grabbed it off my seat & installed it for me.Great group of professionals. And they are always upfront about the costs. Ive sent many friends here & they have all had great experiences too.
Honest and quality work
The $ is high. 39.99 just to see what the eng lite is.110$ HR. To work on your carbut they do know what they or doing
Staff/owner are rude! I saw them being nasty to some construction workers that were just trying to do their job. Maybe they are nice to their customers but if you are not giving them money they dont seem to care about you.
Was it the donuts that were fresh on the counter for customers, or the friendliness of the owner, or the very positive happy counter person, the way they called me ahead of time to tell me what was going on with my engine, the quote they gave me was the quote I paid? That was my first experience at Kellys. I am so happy that I have scheduled more work to be done in two weeks. What a fantastic place to go..especially for a woman. Additionally, Kellys serves the community in so many ways...just look at the walls with photos of all the things they have done for Auburn. Thank you again, Kellys. Debra
They wanted to charge me $110 for a diagnostic on my car. I own a scanner so I knew the diagnostic but still they wanted to charge me for something that I already knew. I ended up taking my car someplace else.
Kellys is trustworthy and they do a great job! They tell you whats going on before they do the repair and they dont do work that is unnecessary! My car had to be towed there after it wouldnt start even with a jump... They started with the battery and said they would check the alternator too they called back and said alternator is great you just owe for the battery! They have worked on all 4 of our cars and have always done an excellent job and been very fair with prices! Having a shop you can trust... PRICELESS!
Excellent shop... One of the last of the good ones.... Thank you !
Honest auto repair,no need to go any further.1st time they gave me an estimate in accordance with the universal repair manual it came out $80 less than estimate.I was charged for the actual time spent on the repair.WOW!,imagine that!Yesterday I arrived with 4 shocks to be installed that I had already attempted on my own.Impossible to get to,I knew a couple of the old ones may be frozen on.Right I was.I figured they may have to be cut off.Not possible for some hoses were in the way. They dove into it undaunted, got the job done in less time than I thought. You cannot go wrong in taking your vehicle here.Shop rate comparable to other professional repair shops,do excellent work, and good hard working folks.
Kellys saved me on my way to a work trip. My alternator died just in front of their shop. I pulled in, hoped for the best, and got it!They got me in before opening time and I had a new alternator and belt by 8:30am!Incredible service at a good price. Highly recommended!
They are great!!
Very Easy to Schedule Work, Had them install 2 New Tires and perform a 4 wheel brake job and new serpentine belt. All work done in less than 6 hours. Very happy. Would highly recommend. Reputable shop.
Greet us by name and do great work.
Kellys Auto Repair is awesome. I have went to them for years. I have always received great service. They are great people.
I unfortunately had a mouse make a nest under the hood of my 18 4runner and chew up some wires down there. Took it to toyota and they quoted me $700+ to get it fixed. The wife ended up telling me about Kelly Auto Repair so we took it in and they were amazing! James took the time to show me the damage and the plan he had to fix it and got it done way faster than I thought! Don and kelly were wonderful and very friendly also. Ended up being half the cost of Toyota with less time in the shop. Thank you guys. I will absolutely be recommending you to anyone that needs repairs.
This is place treated me right. My alternator died late at night on highway 18 and I had to have my car towed. Wasn’t sure where to have it towed and was fortunate to get great advice from a family member that lives in Auburn. My car was fixed quicky and for a reasonable price. I’d use this garage if I lived over here.
I called to ask for service explaining my check engine light was on. The person from Kellys inform me they are not certified to do admissions could not tell me how much it would be to hook up the car to a diagnostic machine. It seems like they did not know how to work on cars and they were just trying to push customers away so I went somewhere else.
Reasonably priced, honest, and I never have a problem getting an appointment. Ive taken two cars there for a pre-purchase inspection and they not only told me what problems the cars had, they actually showed me the problems they found
Did an awesome job. Very friendly. Would recommend. Very reasonable prices. Thank you.
Ive been taking my family cars to Kellys Auto since 2003 and have had the very best experience I could imagine.Kelly and his staff are upfront, thorough, responsible and most importantly, trustworthy.I recommend Kellys Auto to my friends and family and have received only thanks for doing so.
Open On Sunday- Not only do they do great work they are open on Sunday which makes it so convenient for me. They put an engine in the Saturn I had years ago and just put a starter in my current Saturn. Shop is clean, office is clean and staff is really friendly and helpful.
Took in our cheve pick up did run rite believe they new...took it bk charged us agin..i did not like that...
Morons told a potential buyer of my car that it wasn’t fixed that well after the last accident even though it was fixed by a professional shop and that if someone was to hit the car in the exact same spot going 5mph the car would be totaled and crumble... I almost burst out laughing at the report. It’s like somebody telling a potential buyer that there is a recall on the car and you should not buy it because of the recall is not addressed your chances of dying are 99%.
The best auto repair shop in the Auburn area (and probably the surrounding areas). I can always count on Kellys to provide an honest estimate and work of the highest quality. Highly recommended.
Worst customer service and prices! This place charged me $100.99 for an oil change.
Mechanics are top-notch and they always do very high quality work. The office staff isnt always the most pleasant or the most patient though.
I was very satisfied at Kellys Auburn. The lady up front was very helpful and friendly. They got the job done in a timely manner and was within the price they told me. Thank you!
Now let me start with money was not an issue, only getting my car fixed from a reliable mechanic. I went in due to a knocking noise and stated I just wanted it diagnosed to see what was wrong. I secondary said my a/c is out of you can check my fluid to. The gal upfront understood and was very nice from the start . (I feel like she was put in a bad situation). So they brought my car back and said the a/c guy is going to check your a/c first and then they will check for the sound. Marissa comes back up and says your out of freon and sometimes if it low it can affect the compressor which could be the cause of the noise you hear because the tech started your car and they do not hear a noise so its not a belt...so we can fill the a/c fluid, recharge the as and fix any valves for $99. If your car is still making the noise bring it back tomorrow because its hard to test drive a car at this time. Its about 3:50pm. She said that because I stated if you drive the car you can hear the noise. I said okay well if it could fix then go ahead and fix the a/c. So they did, marissa comes back up and say well he did the a/c maintenance and its still not blowing cold air, so it will take 20-30 Minutes but it will be another$35 to diagnosis it to see if it is the now the ac compressor that is out. She then proceeds to say that if that is out that now may be the noise of the belt. So they come back and say oh its the compressor. Remember all I came in for was a diagnosis and they thought that my secondary problem might be the issue so they went ahead and fixed that without actually diagnosing the car. Why would you fix something to being with and not diagnosis to charge someone for a service I didnt need because the compressor was out anyway. And then why charge me to diagnosis after you did a service you said might fix it. A good business would have waived the $35 due to fact I already agreed to the service prior to and they were already working on that! Again not about the money its about the customer service. They should have diagnosed it from the beginning!
Ive been here twice, for small things - a flat tire once and a burned out headlight today. Theyre friendly and polite, and I was in and out and on my way.I have to change my rating - I went to Kellys for an oil change and tire rotation. When I left there was a vibration in the front when I drove on the freeway. I took it back and they rebalanced the tires. The vibration was better but still there - I took it back again and one of the guys (I think it was the owner) took it for a test drive. He said he felt the vibration, so they put the car up on the rack and spun the tires but didnt see anything. They just said call if it gets worse. Today I took it to a place down the road and they said the tires were out of balance and fixed it.I wont be going back to Kellys.
I know I must sound like a broken record...But these folks go out of their way to make a unfriendly situation (can you say busted car? yeah, Its me..again!!), into one that professionally deals with the problem..and throws a bit of panache thrown in, just because,,, If you leave their office unhappy or still with concerns, then chances are its your attitude that needs adjusted (I could give you the name/number of a good one! real cheap $250.00 an hour
If I had enough money Id just be throwing it at Kelly. Hes been solid, like the statue of David, for decades. Even though Ive only been seeing him for a few years now, I know this.
Nice honest people.
Always awesome!
If I could give 0 stars I would. They do not warranty their work.We spent 500$ with them and they stole our engine cover and tightened the oil filter Cup so tight on to the car our mechanic of 10 years couldn’t even get it off and it broke because of their work!We went back to Be told they would never make a human error like tightening it too tight! But my mechanic is the one who made the human error and broke it. How does that even make since! So they are stating that they are not human and wouldn’t ever make that mistake...also to be told if they forgot to put the engine cover back on they would of called us the next day.WELL GUESS WHAT THEY DIDNT and now I’m out a 100$ engine cover! They wouldn’t even look for us! It had just been since our last oil change!!so long storie short DO NOT TAKE YOUR CARS HERE.Ended up being a $30! FIX!!! 30$!!!!!! They wouldn’t even warranty what they did wrong and it was 30$$ to fix it!! That is so messed up! If it was a few hundred dollar mess up I can understand them putting up a fight about it but over 30$ they would rather loose a long time customer who has spent hundreds of dollars with them then fix their mistake so they are safe on the road....I can’t even believe I ever took my business here..When they make a mistake they will say they didn’t do it and turn you away. They just lost my business forever And I’m telling every one I know to never take their business here EVER!!
They were quite nice and the service was fast!
TL;DR: Kellys improperly installs brake calipers, charges me to replace a hub that didnt need replacing and wasnt able to identify they had installed the brakes wrong. At the end of 2015 I took my car in to Kellys on a recommendation from a co-worker. I had them do some routine maintenance, including changing the brake pads. The service was friendly and fine at that time.Months later my car developed a rattling noise when going over bumps and a rotational grinding noise at times when moving, but especially when breaking. In August of 2016 I took it in Kellys to get the problem diagnosed and repaired. They told me the problem had been a bad hub, which they replaced for just under $400. As soon as I got the car back I noticed the sound was still there and so I turned around and took it right back. I was told they didnt know what the issue was and wasnt given any suggestions as to how to proceed.I left feeling very frustrated and having no solution, just ignored the problem for awhile. Finally today I got around to taking the car somewhere else. This new shops very quickly determined two issues. Failing shocks (the rattling) and brake calipers that were improperly put on (Grinding). It seems when Kellys installed my new breaks they did so incorrectly. This seems like such a basic thing to get wrong and then not be able to identify.I will not be returning and would highly recommend you take your business elsewhere.
Kellys is the best.
Kellys is THE place to take your car or truck for repairs! I was tired of getting raped by Valley GMC so I tried Kellys. They are very honest and will never do more than whats needed to fix your rig. I am a satisfied customer and will use Kellys for all of my automobile repairs!
Go anywhere else- even if you have to push the car.Too bad I can’t put a negative rating
What wonderful place. Young at front desk helpful, friendly and kind. The fixed us up and had us going in no time. Thx Kellys!
Really great place to get your vehicles worked on,they are super fast and friendly, reallygreat work, got a tune up few years ago on my suburban and made it run really strong, then now Kellys doing all the work on my 99 tahoe front and so now it going to be running really smooth
Good work, good price. Highly recommend.
Terrible shop, they don’t know anything about car repairs and try to rip you off. Then, when you question it the OWNER tells you to “f*** off”! Never had such awful costumer service in my life! Stay far far away!!!
0 STARS!STAY THE HELL AWAY FROM KELLY AUTO REPAIR SHOP IN AUBURN, WASHINGTON!I scheduled an appointment with this shop for Monday 10/02/2017 which I called 4 days in advance. Work that needed to be done was the Knock Sensor. I show up for my appointment at 9am. All for Kelly to tell me they cant fix it because it needs original parts by the manufacturer I said excuse me? and over the market part at Oreilys is just fine. He advised differently. So I had to come back to the shop on Wednesday 10/04/2017, but before I scheduled that appoitnment I asked Kelly how much would it be. He provided the numbers. Before leaving He asked me if I had the problem diagnosed. I advised him yes I did by the dealership and by Oreilys who is actually next door. He said so another words is you for the job done for free? I confirmed yes I did. than Kelly started to bad mouth Oreilys and the dealership all because they diagnosed the problem by hooking up the computer to identify whats wrong. Kelly diagnosed it the same way. Show up on 10/04/2017 They took the car back. Waited around 4 hours the car hasnt been touched. I over heard Kelly talking to Becca the front desk girl about missing parts. He ordered the parts on Monday and he told me they were coming from Portland, Oregon and that they will be here by Tuesday. So Kelly called the place up and ordered the parts that were missing. He didnt tell me anything about why the car wasnt being worked on. So than I asked Becca so the parts arent all here? She told me that is correct, the place we ordered from forgot. I said okay. Is there an ETA? She advised me no. So I waited 2 hours go by and I stepped outside taking a call. I see the delivery guy, I hung up the phone. I asked the delivery guy if those were the parts for the (car/make etc) he confirmed yes it is. I said where did you come from? he said he came from down the street. I said so you didnt come from Portland Oregon? Driver said no I didnt. I asked him if he delivered the part on Tuesday when Kelly called Monday, he confirmed he delivered the part and I said you werent in Oregon that day either. He said that is correct. I said thank you and he went inside to deliver the part. So here it is hours later car is finally being worked on. So I went back and sat down and waited. While waiting a lady came in and needed a headlight to be put into her car. Becca who was never really at the desk where she should be at finally showed up and thenlady asked how long would it take she said 20 minutes. (PAUSE) I work on cars too, I knownfor a fact to put in a new headlight bulb it take less than 3 minutes. UNPAUSE the lady said oh okay. 45 minuted later the lady comes back and she said is it done. Kelly responded back with 5 more minutes. Her car is done and They charged her 50+ dollars just to put in a bulb. UNREAL! I told the lady before she left I would have bought the bulb over at Oreilys Reilys and I would have put the bulb in for her for free. She thanked me and went on her way. So I happen to get up and I saw my car take off out of the shop and onto the street, first off why are you driving my car. 15 minutes later it returns back to the shop. Becca rang me out and Kelly charged me 50 dollars more than what he quoted me on Monday. I asked him why did you charge me 50 dollars more. He told me because I filled your coolant. I said excuse me. The coolant level was at full I would know because I filled it before coming to the shop. So after arguing with him they refunded the 50.00 back. I got in my car and I had a bad feeling so I pulled over in the parking lot and checked under the hood, they filled the coolant tank way to full to where once it gets hot the tank would bust open because of the pressure. Unbelievable and first off why touch something that doesnt need to be touched!!I drive down the street a little more and I see a little bit of smoke. I pulled over into a parking lot and I lifted the hood up now I see oil all over the block. (Im PISSED)STAY THE HELL AWAY FROM THIS SHOP!YOU WILL REGRET IT! I AM REPORTING HIM!
Unfortunately, Kellys Auto Repair has completely disappointed me. My car broke down coming off of the C Street exit on Highway 18, and I immediately had it towed to Kellys solely based on their reviews. Veronica their receptionist did not follow up with me on any services that were preformed upon the diagnostic process. As well as a 50 dollar charge to hook your car up to their computerized code reader.. Hello! Oreillys next door does it free of charge! My entire experience with them has disgusted me. Kelly himself threw a fit cursing and screaming at my grandfather, my girlfriend, and myself over a $25 a night unauthorized storage fee, which was given to me after Veronica had told me my car would be pushed out of the shop to avoid this charge! Unbelievable. Kelly also, supposedly, records customer phone calls without their consent.. Oh wait! He lying about that too. Poor customer service, unreasonable prices, and pure arrogance. I will never refer anyone to Kellys Auto Repair. Nor do I think Kelly is running a local business worth supporting.
Heater blower went out on my 96 Mercury. I set up an appointment to replace the stabilizer bars also. I asked them to check the fuse for the heater blower to see if I needed to order a new blower motor. They get the bars done call me and tell me the fuse is fine. I order the blower motor off parts geek and have a shop in Longview(where I was at for work purposes for a week) replace the blower motor. They tell me the blower motor is still not working and will need to be troubleshot. Up to this point I had spent a fair amount of money so I get a second opinion at another shop in Longview, WA guess what the mechanic tells me? and then shows me as proof. Thats right a burnt up fuse... So thats two shops that dont check the fuse AND lie to me saying the fuse is fine grrrrrr a few hundred dollars later and here I am letting you all know about Kellys the first shop to tell me the fuse was fine! I will not be taking my car to Kellys for any future work nor should you unless you have money to burn.
They couldnt fix my problem, but were friendly, and directed me to another shop that could.
They are a great! Very professional! Would trust them for all my automotive needs!
Went there to have a headlight replaced. Headlight itself was $85. They worked on it for an hour and were not able to put it in. They charged me $51 for the time spent plus the cost of the bulb which they put back into the original box. I went down the road to let someone else put it in only to find the bulb was broken. Kellys did give me a replacement bulb (since they had broken it) but Im still out the $51 they charged me to only accomplish breaking the bulb!Furthermore, upon return I to pick up my car elsewhere I was made aware that Kellys had broken the housing for the bulb by trying to force it in from the wrong direction. I called to request a refund and was told no. Im really discouraged with their lack of service as well as their lack of knowledge.
Very honest and straight forward.
Always honest and up front. Fair pricing too.
I have used Kelly for my two OLD cars, They have helped keep them both running well and have kept the costs reasonable. I would miss them if I bought a new vehicle.
Its nice to have a shop with people you can trust and repairs done right. They wont sell u anything you dont need.
Kellys repair is going to over charge you and hit you with extra charges without letting you know when you check out. Take your business to someone else.
Best place! Saved my life or my car life
Open on Saturdays and Sundays, fair price, good service, good workmanship.
I took my truck in for a power steering line and had the truck back in 2 hrs.. also reasonable priced for low income..
Kellys has taken care of my vehicles for many years
Went by to get an estimate to fix my squeeking fan belt . bad idler pully . they were able to replace and i was on my way in less than an hour . always good service and friendly staff .
Always good and honest service.
Female at front desk was rude and unprofessional. We all have bad days but no excuse impoliteness.
Honest and does excellent work
Great place to get work done
Great service!! We always take our vehicles here!!
Great service!
