Big thanks and kudos to the service department at Auburn Honda. I truly appreciate the outstanding service that I have been receiving here over the last 3 years, since first leasing my 2018 HRV. The car has been great so Ive really only needed maintenance and one recall issue that was promptly addressed and repaired there. I have always enjoyed this dealership even when I went in for maintenance but today was just horrible I had already wait and hour to find out my car hadnt even been checked in for a simple express oil change then when the finally did it took an additional hour and 15 mins for the manager to being me a air filter they he said needed change which they would have charged $65 to do and I found the exact filter for $12.99 and can change it easy myself. Very disappointed you think when you buy a brand new car from a dealership youd get a little better treatment and not over charged.
Just needed a replacement part. In and out pretty quickly. It was the afternoon and there was no crowd.
