Very nice people always explained any questions I had asked in the past or present situation Ive been in never had any problem with this State farm agency John Killmaster in fact he is one of the state farm agency that is the cheapest around I would recommend him to anybody that was looking for full or liability coverage..he has good rates ...the money you put down would be your monthly payments as well...I put $56 down an it was my monthly payment for full coverage for my 2003 Chevy Venture plus towing an rental an it was my monthly payment also so I am very greatful for that...thank you John Killmaster for being very honest an caring an cheap for my budget an I live on SSI....

Harassment by John Killmaster continues after changing to new agent. Worst agent/office choice in the area if you have State Farm. Poorly trained and unsupervised employees lie and do/say what they want. Repeatedly tried to stop time-wasting/for-nothing phone calls only to get nasty comment and hung up on by moron named Seth when I returned their last call. State Farm website allows you to quickly and easily change agents, so if you are unlucky and have this clown then switching is easy, and it hits him right in the wallet.
