Lifesaver Ignition Interlock is very professional and helpful. They always have a positive attitude and are willing to help you with your device and any questions you may have. They have never denied me services and are always prompt to respond. Their device has never given me any problems. I would highly recommend this company to anyone seeking this service!

Almost got in a car accident over faulty device 2nd time this week. They put you on hold forever and dont care if you crash over my car honking for No Reason!! For years I have had problems like this (2007) to 2021. Worst situation EVER. If this post goes away I know they are hiding the bad devices I have received. I am on hold for 30 minutes for a manager to request the bad device that is blank and doesnt work before my shift be taken out. I am stuck at home with no car and legal not even needing this in my car except to be safe I thought. Bad choice.

I have nothing but exceptional things to say about this place. From way they handle your case with such delicacy and care to make things quick and seem less as possible. Sergio does a great job at explaining things in a simple direct manor and makes great conversation. I was always embarrassed to come but they make you realize it’s just a mistake and you are not alone. If i ever needed any extra help with a low car battery, or a device switched out it was always help now questions later. I appreciate the hard work, and care the staff displays when it comes to making you feel at home.

Sergio, and his team (Alex) are BEYOND amazing!! They take the fear OUT of an interlock and replace it with knowledge. Answered all my questions, and their customer service is exceptional. There is alot of anxiety and unknown during a DUI conviction. Im grateful I found them, it made this part of life easier. Affordable. No run around. Great to know there are real people in the world. Amazing service and very helpful

When you have to go through the dui process, installing an interlock, paying the courts money; the goal is to find someone who will take care of your needs with no judgment, a friendly attitude and is always there to help! Sergio and Alex are kind and go the extra mile when getting you hooked up and taken care of! I have 5 years to have my interlock and so having a good relationship with my interlock guys is important! When Ive had issues with my device or needed to reschedule, they were flexible and attentive. And I drive from Renton because of this! Thank you 😊

Been going to Auburn Interlock for about a year now. Alex(owner) runs a great shop with a nice waiting room. Sergio(technician) is awesome and super knowledgeable with Lifesafer and DOL processes.

If you end up needing a interlock I highly recommend this place, service is excellent! open long hours and weekends always flexible with your schedule

Always busy, overbooked and messy. If they give you a defective device- Demand they replace it! I had to pay $155 for an uninstall and go somewhere else. Save yourself the money and hassle and just go somewhere else.

The guys at this shop are amazing!! Extremely helpful and sooooo nice!! Anytime I have an issue they are so easy to work with!!
