My name is frank and ive drove by this place almost everyday on my way to and from work for the last 5 years and never once stoped until now. i have been having a lot of issues with a washer that i had and i had 3 different guys come and look at and nothing each time and i stoped in here to see what they had to say and surprisingly i explained it to him and the man named lee knew right away what my issue was so i left my washer there and he had it fixed in a very reasonable time and at a reasonable price! i am proud to say they deserve 5 stars

Im so happy to finally find a reputable family ran company so close to my house. The customer service and knowledge was remarkable! Very impressed! Will definitely use them again! And found out theyve been in business for 41 years! WOW!

We own a lot of rental properties and have bought numerous ovens and washer/dryer combos. They are simple, basic models in good condition and have always worked very well. The prices can not be beaten too. I cant imagine paying full price ever again.

Do not do business with these people. I was ripped off. And my calls go unanswered. I bout a fridge from these guys. Less than a year later It failed. I called them back to have someone come out. The guy came out after missing a couple of appointments to come over. He checked it out and did nothing but tell me to monitor it for a few days and it SHOULD come back to temp. He wanted a check for $75 for doing nothing! I feel stupid for writing it thinking that I was dealing with someone who was honest. Well of course I called back a few days later to let him know that it was still broke, and I havent heard from him since. Go there at your own risk!!

Great price on used part save me a $100

My washing machine broke, I have 3 kids, a busy life, my wife and I both work and the stress continued to mount...until I called Lee. Went to see him at lunch time, he showed me multiple options, picked out my unit and went back to work. Who delivers a washer at 7pm? Lee did, hooked it up, ran it, hauled away my broken boat anchor washer and all at a fair price!

I needed a washer a few years or so ago and having worked at a place that they (l&l)came to pick up our recycled appliances i went to them and got a maytag for about 80.00. it came from some apt. complex that recycled them i have had good luck with it all this time and do not know how old it was when i got it. they were very nice and helpful!

I WOULDNT EVEN LEAVE ONE STAR, BUT I HAVE TO. I took my washer here to have the drive mechanism repaired. After paying $100 cash I took the washer home and ran a load of laundry, seemed to be working great.... BUT upon folding the clothes my wife and I were surprised to find HUGE amounts of LINT BALLS allllll over every piece of clothing!!!!! Not sure about why this would happen (it had never happened prior to the repair performed by L&L)..... a youtube video explained what a FILTER PLUG IS, and what it does... after taking my washer apart myself, I found that my filter plugs HAD BEEN REMOVED... PRIED OUT... The absence of the filter plugs DESTROYED OVER $400.00 of our clothes!!!!!! These dont just FALL OUT They have to be pried out with a flat head screw driver... I NEVER took them out... The washer NEVER did this before L&L serviced my machine.... SO WHERE DID THE FILTER PLUGS GO???? WHOS GOING TO PAY FOR OUR DESTROYED CLOTHES???????? If this was an attempt to get me to come back and spend MORE money at your shop, IT DIDNT WORK!!!!

Definitely would not do business with them bad language no way to talk to a customer.

Had the part I needed in stock, and my washer is fixed same day. Great service and friendly advice helped me solve the issue.

This is the second time we used them. The first time they were a few hours late and came at 9 at night. This time are frig went out. They told us to unplug it and empty it. They said they will be here at 4. at 7 and guy shows up and said yep you need a new frig. He said I will be right back, I will get a kid to help me get this out and get you a new one. its now 9 and I just found out he is blowing me off and not coming back out. now we are throwing out $200 of food we just bought. And still no frig. I would never use this company. I hope they dont do this too anyone else.

Lee was GREAT & personable!! Installed fast would recommend also taught me how to use my dishwasher to maximum capacity!

Find most of the parts youll ever need to fix your broken appliances, or pay a tiny fee for disposal of your old appliances. Great place and waaaay cheaper than new parts.

I called L&L 5 different times on different days because they do not return phone calls. I wanted to purchase a fridge, talked to a guy name Mick - said they will look and see what they had in stock. Never called back nor sent me a pic of the fridge. Everytime I called back he had no idea who I was or my number which he had written down numerous times. Called a second day and turns out they sold the fridge I specifically asked them not to sell because I was going to purchase it. Called again, he said he would send me a pic of what they had available and to call back because the owner was out fishing and his phone did not have a camera but that his bosss did. Called again, he had no idea - again - who I was and asked me for my phone number and name - AGAIN! Finally called and talked with Mick AGAIN, I said I wanted to give him a CC number because I was serious about purchasing a fridge and he told me he was going to call me back becaue he wanted to check if he had the size of fridge I wanted - never heard back. I guess they dont need the business because they dont care about their customer service. I went with their business because I want to support small local businesses and its also near my home. The owner really needs to hire new employees or train them a bit better on customer service. Therefore, they lost a sale and a good customer because I own numerous properties and I was going to use them for replacing applicances. Good riddance.

Quality refurbished appliances for a very reasonable price.

These people are terrible, I would leave 0 stars if I could. They miss an appointment and blame you for them not showing up. They can not keep an appointment to deliver or repair an appliance.They have missed 3(Make that 4 now, since they missed another one after missing yesterdays appointment and rescheduling for today) appointments with me now, and not on just one occasion either, 2 missed appointments for the delivery and 2 missed appointments for the repair. They call after the scheduled appointment to let you know they wont be arriving. So after you take off of work, or schedule around their appointment, they dont show up and dont have the common courtesy to give you a call before you waste your time. They are unprofessional and you should avoid their service if your time or appliances are worth anything to you.these people are better at making up bad excuses than they are at appliances.I will never recommend their service, and will always recommend against using their service.
