Emmanuel did a great job. He was a little late due to his other appointments running over but the Stanley Steemer text notifications alerted me and let me see when he would show up down to the minute. Emmanuel was courteous, professional and knowledgeable. He also wore a mask that we provided, which I appreciate. He explained the process for upholstery and did a great job cleaning the couch. This couch is old, at least 8 years old and our oldest cat peed on it so were trying to give it some extra time. So far so good. The deodorizing, dry vac and protection did the trick.

I have 2 cats...a dog and a turtle. Stanley Steemer uses steam extraction to clean my carpet every 3 months. No chemical build up....just clean fresh smelling carper. The team members are always on time...professional...friendly and courteous. And they do a good job on my carpets too...lol

I am very impressed with Stanley Steemer, from the ability to choose each service a la crate style on the website to the professionalism and hard work the two service men provided. They cleaned carpet and an area rug, plus the tile snd grout in one room. They took their time, explained things along the way and made sure I was pleased with the results before moving on. I used a different, well known company last year and was sadly disappointed. Stanley Steemer has earned my business from here on out!

They did a good job, the only thing that they forgot to do was open the doors that lead to other rooms and clean the carpets there. You can definitely see the difference between what was cleaned and what wasnt .Stanley Steemer sent someone out to remefy the situation with my first cleaning. She was so efficient, explained what she was doing, told us what the different odors were for. Never felt judged for my home or pressure to do more than I asked for. She didnt push me to buy spot remover or odor out. She just explained what they were and offered them if I felt they would be something I would use. I did get them and will be doing additional rooms next month.

I was very impressed with this business and their concerted effort toward customer service. You just don’t see it anymore and it’s sad. So they made me have faith it still exists sometimes. They even called me back three times till I saw the call after I called line to reschedule and put my number in the queue. They honored a discount that I saw online that wasn’t actually valid but still gave me anyway plus additional 5$, and the price was already fair. My only complaint was that it would have been nice for them to maybe run over the stained areas of my area rug once more and not damage my flowers on the table but likely was not known or intended, they were very sweet, good guys. They even offered to help me put my AC in the window! It’s super heavy...They did really great with the carpets. Got out a really old stain! Area rug coulda used an extra run but it still looks pretty darn good:) I will definitely use again! Thanks Stanley steamers!

I understand that we all can save around $100 -$150 on average doing this job ourselves, but I challenge you to think of you and your possible helpers value? What is your time worth? How much is avoiding a mega weekend hassleworth to you? I prefer calm, fast and efficient! Listen, these guys are are quick, leave my old carpet looking almost new again, communicate professionally & if you are embarrassed? Honey, they have seen it all! No judgement! The cost is minimal for your sanity and relaxation while they do their job. They are always covid compliant, do exactly what I ask and I get my whole weekend back because I don’t have to rent a machine, beg a helper, spend triple the time, hurt my back, get dirty, lift everything and all in hopes of saving $100-$150?!No way! Been using Stanley for 7 yrs and I will continue to do so. Yes, I have used other local services and they dont even come close (sorry to say🤷🏻‍♀️) put your sanity first, let them help.

It was a very easy basic cleaning job and very small areas.Carpet about 4 & 1/2 months old. Since I was not there I cant really comment on the finished job. However I passed my apartment inspection. So thank you.

Daniel Lique did such a great job and was really nice. That guy deserves a raise. We moved into our new apartment and it was NOT move in ready to say the very least. We needed someone to come out fast and take care of the carpets before we moved in any of our furniture. They were available next day and we’re here by 9:38am. I am very happy with the service. Our carpets are actually clean now. The color is better. The smell is better. Little spots and stains are gone. It is WORTH IT. Though I should not have to have done that and our new apartment should’ve been clean when we moved in. Glad Stanley Steemer was able to help.

I used Stanleys to clean the carpet in our rental. There were numerous big stains and it was very dirty. I was amazed at the results. The carpet looks new. I couldnt ask for more. Jared was very professional and did a great job of cleaning our living area, hall, and bedroom. It was very helpful to get a text telling me that he was on his way to our home and he was done in about an hour. The carpet looks so nice and the house smells nice and fresh!!

The first interaction of a technician resulted in being lied to. The carpets were not cleaned, but rather vacuumed and sprayed with a substance that made them wet. I verified this because the technician did not hook up to a water source while at my home.The second interaction was also unpleasant. I was greeted by a technician that immediately removed his mask when he entered my home. He also commented too much on my body, and he frequently stared at my chest rather than making eye contact with me. In addition, he broke my kitchen sink faucet and my carpets still have a sticky/crunchy feeling.I called the main office in Auburn to request a refund due to this experience. I was declined a refund and was rudely spoken to. I will be disputing this charge as well as reporting to the BBB.

I paid almost $400 for my living room to look no different. I dont allow outside shoes in my house and yet in still you can still see where my rug and furniture was. My sons room after 2 days looks as though it was never cleaned. I was going to get furniture and rugs done but I will use a different company now. Stanley I thought I would have a better experience with you. I wish I wouldve just did the room special and saved alot more $. Gave a tip and 2 days later Not satisfied at all. Only gave 2 stars because it was simple to book appt and tech was nice. Not very knowledgeable but nice. Pics during and after. No difference at all. I want my $ back

As a pet owner I can say they are just a little bitless gross then they are lovable and loved. As a pet owner Stanley Steamer got the carpets fresh and back to tip top shape. High traffic areas and pet bad spots are back to clean and fresh. My home carpet cleaner does well but nothing gets them back to fresh like a professional cleaning. Highly recommend as it was on time, cleaned well and on price.

We live in Graham Washington state. We have used Stanley Steemer for a few years and the quality of the work our guy Rick does is amazing. He is such a hard worker and always does an amazing job. He does a beautiful job of getting our carpet looking brand new. We had a couple of other guys when Rich was not available and they did a good job too and then we got a guy that did a horrible job and Rich had to come and redo all the carpet and again, it looked brand new. We love Rich and hope that Stanley Steemers appreciates him, I know we do.

Not impressed. More expensive than others so I thought it would be a higher quality great service. Mediocre at best. Tracked in, barely vacuumed before treatment, and the overall job is something I could have gotten at half the price. Also they left a piece of machine at my house… I guess someone can call me if they need it back.

Technician Roosevelt was very professional and detailed, went out of his way to show us things and how to best treat everything. A joy to work with with a big smile that shows through his mask and agreat sense of humor. Obviously our carpets came out sparkling. Will request Roosevelt the next time we have SS come in. We had a couple areas our dog had gotten sick the week prior to cleaning. They offered an extra cleaner on top to the protection at the end of the cleaning for the possible odors. Our carpets look and smell great.

Had tile in kitchen, nook and utility room cleaned. Have before and after pictures though do not know how to upload. No difference between before and after pictures. The guys doing the work were nice however the results were not what I expected so did not do the seal until the tiles and grout are completely clean.

Scheduling online was a breeze! Got a text the morning of service informing me the technicians were on there way. 20 minutes later they were here. Very professional, great work.
