I spent 3000 dollars on front end work know my shocks just popped out super unprofessional now im out of work😩

ATL Car Junkies, Inc WAS NOT nor will it ever be “ formerly known as Alignment & Frame Services”. This error needs to be corrected.

It was a great experience. Steve could not complete the alignment because I needed some additional work done to my car. However he fully explained to me what all needed to be done. Steve is very knowledgeable and his level of expertise compliments this company. Honestly if Steve was affiliated with this company, I wouldnt patronize this company. If you are looking for a professional organization, then this is not the place to go. However if you are looking for a brutally honest diagnosis and assessment of your car, then Alignment & Frame would be a great option.

Their service is AWESOME. My whole experience was very welcoming and informational. The mechanics seem to be very sincere and knowledgeable.

If i could give a no star review it would be more accurate. This place was paid $2400 IN CASH- 4 DIFFRENT TIMES I PICKED UP MY CAR AND IT WAS NOT FIXED. It is still not fixed. Unprofessional, un caring and shotty. Do not go here. I beg you.

Came in to get my tire plugged they were halfway through the job when I realized that they took cash only which I did not have these nice people trusted me to go down the road to the bank and get cash after doing the job...Much appreciated and they did the job quickly

Woke up to a flat tire! Drove slowly to alignment + frame. The Tech assisted me very quickly, plugged my tire, put air in all tires! I was out of there in less than 30 minutes. Very pleased!

My Camshaft sensor failed on my way in to work. After searching for a nearby repair shop, I limped my car in for a sensor check. They ran the code, ordered the part, and had me repaired in under 2 hours with several people ahead of me for a very reasonable price. I only wish they did ARI fleet work, I would have my state car serviced there. Their front office staff was also very polite and accomodating. I highly recommend.

The young mechanic was nice and checked the air in all of my tires.

Rip off!!! I needed some suspension work done and I went to this place because my sister recommended them. What a mistake it was!First of all, I had all my parts with me (struts and tie rod ends in my trunk) because I like to use factory (original parts) on my Mustang instead of the after market stuff.They seemed to want to charge me more money for using my own parts which made no sense to me. One lady called and said they were finished and said to come pick it up, then another guy called an hour after that and said they had not gotten a chance to look at it yet. It was as if no one there was on the same page up there!Anyway, long story made much longer, $1456 later, they said they replaced all the problem areas and gave me an alignment, but my car was still doing the same thing it was doing before and was now making a loud spring-like sqeak on every bump in the road. So, I brought it back up there and at first they tried to tell me that I needed (struts)/or possibly even all the work done that I had just paid them a week ago to have done!!! Once I told them that, then they asked me to leave my car up there so they could look at it. They called me back and said that they do hear the noise but cant find anything wrong with it, then went as far to say that the noise could be my calibers and said they could grease them for $35 (like Im some kind of idiot who doesnt know that brakes dont make springy sounds on humps and bumps) The noise had nothing to do with when I stopped. (Shaking my head). It has been six months since I wasted my $1456 with them and now my wheels are back making a clicking/popping sound when I turn the steering to the left and right as if the same issues I had never got fixed to begin with. 😡

Don’t pay attention to the negative reviews. Ive been here a few times with my last and current truck. Sure, they’re not your regular alignment shop that aligns it up and sends you on your way ....to another shop a few weeks later. If they find anything that’s throwing your alignment out, they’ll explain it and make the necessary repairs so the alignment is done right. Some shops are cheaper but they only align your truck. I took my previous truck to two different shops before I found this place. Remember the old adage: you get what you pay for. So, if you’re looking for something cheap, go somewhere else, if you want the job done right, visit this place.Dave H.

Never open on time, customer service is horrible, turn around time on your vehicle is ridiculous needless to say this shop sucks!

My cars steering was so bad after I changed my tie rod ends that I could barely keep my car on the road. I went to East Point alingmemt and frame. The staff was very friendly and helpful. When I returned to pick up my car it was like driving a new car, and very affordable. Thank you East Point alingmemt and frame.

Id been to East Point alignment on 2 prior occasions to replace rims I ordered off the internet and although basic they were reasonable with pricing and quality of work. My latest visit was completely different, I smashed my Volvo into a curb and totally ruined the entire left side of my suspension. I towed it there on a Wednesday and Thursday they informed me that it was going to be $1200 which was fair considering Id priced the repairs at other locations and they were all quoting me $1,500 +. Honestly, my only concern was the Quality if work that would be performed. When I picked it up on Tuesday, my car actually drove better than before my accident and the Techs, explained to me that I was lucky to have my car in repairable condition.I truly appreciate their efforts, honesty and quality in getting my car back up to speed. I would recommend everyone to go see them FIRST.

Very Unprofessional. The person thats suppose to open up lost his keys. Been sitting in there parking lot since 745. The shop opens at 8. The person that lost his keys did even have the decency to tell people what was going on. I just so happen to over hear the conversation he was having with another employee. I mean I know stuff happens and nobody is perfect but dam at least tell people something. I took a day off of work to get work done on my car. Smh!! Wont be coming back to this place ever! The only reason I came is because Anderson alignment on university Ave went out of business.

I had my car aligned here because someone referred them to me and I was looking for convenience. Why did I do that?! The worst experience of my life. I had just purchased new tires so I wanted to make sure I would get the best wear out of the tires so of course I would need to get an alignment. My car was riding different ever since I went to this Shop. I had the chance to take it back just recently after getting my tires rotated and boy did they try to shoot smoke up my butt! They started with my wheels are bent. So I proceeded to ask them which ones and they said the front ones but remember I just got my tires rotated so that would pretty much mean that they all are bent correct. Then they stated that whomever did my brake work didnt change out my rotors when I know for a fact that they were changed out. No need for me to argue when I see that you are trying to convince me that the sky is falling. When I left there I had a quote totaling $1632 of work that needed to be performed on my car. That really dampened my spirit. I spoke with a mechanic that looked at my car right after I left East Point Alignment and Frame and he stated that he didnt see what they saw but suggested that I take it to another tire and alignment shop just to be on the safe side because he wasnt convinced that they were being totally honest with me. So I took my car to my normal tire and alignment shop a couple of days afterwards only to leave with a quote totaling absolutely nothing. The people at East Point Alignment and Frame told me a whole bunch of BS! They should be ashamed of themselves for trying to swindle me out of my hard earned cash. I will never step foot on this property again and I wouldnt recommend this place for your dog to piss on.

Went to them for a bad alighment and shotty work done at a previous shop....These guys took care of me and made sure my vehicle was not only safe but comfortable and went above and beyond to make sure all Shawty work from the previous shop was not only looked over but repair properly.I cant say thank you enough for the job that this family-owned business did

You will get robbed by these people. Spend $1,500. on a frame repair, after i left with my truck noticed that they sabotaged it to offer more service from there. but the worst part is that after the huge expense the frame was still not repaired properly.

This place has good people but slow and will lead you astray to get your vehicle there and then the story changes from there

They looked at my car didn’t fix a thing and gave me a ridiculous amount that it would cost to be fixed . Charge me $30 to tell me what I already knew p.s. I drive the same car they told me it’ll be $900 to fix every single day

These folks are a rip off spent over $3000 for front axle king pins and bushing work...got a new axle with none of the kingpin and bushing work was done....everytime I call and complain the manager never return my calls...don’t take your rig to this place
