Where do I begin? I’ve lost an entire day because Chris the “store manager” failed to honor my appointment time. I scheduled for 12PM and was told it was a two hour service. Two and a half hours later I arrive to see my vehicle has yet to be touched. When I asked him how much longer, with an attitude he responded that they are doing work on cars and there’s no way to give me an estimate on how much longer it’ll take. I am not an idiot Chris- this is a car shop- your professionalism was however rude and disrespectful. I shouldn’t have to ask you multiple times to tell me when you’ll be getting to my vehicle. You should never show the customer how annoyed are and you should always accommodate them. As I told you in person. Tell me you’ll help me not just tell me oh well. My time is valuable. If you cannot honor an appointment time, do not create one.

I was visiting Atlanta and on the way back home to Florida when I noticed my car was shaking more than normal. I called this location and brought my car in minutes later. Chris welcomed me and made sure to have my car looked at as quickly as possible! Moments later I was back on the road with all the peace of mind a girl could want! Thank you so much! Went here twice and they can’t help do anything! The website allows you to book reservations and the Representative inside the store once you call to verify and confirm he states the website doesn’t confirm reservation or don’t know how or what’s going on inside store so my reservation was never accepted! This place of business seems to me they only doing people they know or people driving up! Unfortunately I will be reporting this company on Buford Hwy to Better Bureau! If you want service your community they you shouldn’t offer service in this area!
I was driving on 400 in Atlanta traffic at about 9:30 am when I hit a stupendous pot hole in the far right lane. My steering wheel was shaky and wobbly after the impact leaving me with a subpar drive. Potholes are common in the Atlanta and because of this I have Firestones Life Time Alignment Package. The Alignment Package is so valuable especially in a city where potholes unfortunately are prevalent. I immediately made a call to Firestone.I called my local firestone on Spalding and Holcomb Bridge as this Firestone is 5 minutes from my house. They unfortunately were backed up and explained if I came in that day they would not get to my vehicle until the next day and that if I needed an appointment it would not be until next week that they would be able to fit me in. This location is awesome as well and recommended another Firestone location would help as they were short staffed. With the information I gathered I called the next Firestone closest to me.The Firestone team member Tory at the Buford Highway location let me know that if I was able to get my vehicle in by noon they would take care of me and have me out by 4:00. Jose Portillo and his team were awesome and honored taking care of my car and getting my vehicle ready by 4:00 as promised.The next day while driving I heard a whistling sound near the front left side of my vehicle. I also noticed the car was slightly starting to lean. The steering wheel was also shaky and wobbly again. My Tire Pressure Monitoring System Light Indicator also came on. I was 5 minutes from my home so I pulled into the driveway to find that my tire was going flat.I called Jose and explained to him my situation and that I was looking to replace my tires with the same pair Id previously purchased from FIrestone. Although only one tire was flat I had an extra request to replace both front tires so the tread could wear evenly. Jose told me it would be no problem and he sent out for the two tires that I needed so that I could have a safe driving vehicle by the end of the day.Jose, Tory, and his team provide excellent customer service. I would highly recommend the Buford Hwy Firestone Complete Auto Care.

Worst Firestone in town. Horrible Customer Service. Takes them 5hrs with a 2 hr wait to complete a standard oil change and your car comes back with more issues than you went in with. Really disappointing because I use Firestone a lot but this one here makes me sad.
I have the upmost respect for this crew. 100% recommend this location. You will not find a better place in the Atlanta area. They will treat you right. If you go, talk to Chris or Jose.
Was told that they couldnt mount and balance a tire for a small truck. Wouldnt is more like it then the 15 tire was gonna be 179.00 and I asked for the cheapest tire bc I had just bought the truck and was just trying to get home safely

I knew I needed a set of tires but I kept putting it off..I woke up one Sunday morning and my tire was dead!!!I managed to air it up (I literally have an electric air pump in my trunk but I drove around to 3 gas stations for air....not 1 of the air pumps at the gas stations worked...) after I remembered the special tool in my trunk, I drove into this location and The customer service was the best I have ever received. I was in and out with 4 new tires in an hour and a half. This location is a must for your tires!!!

Made appointment for 8 am. to change spark plugs was told this was a 2 .5 hour job, but 5 hours later not service manager or employee has advised me of whats taking longer. Only after I asked was I told it would be another 1 and a half hour before work would be completed. So thats 6 1/2 hours for a 2 1/2 hour job! TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE WILL NOT BE COMING BACK!
In and out pretty quick. Got my vehicles done right the first time. Very happy with the sales staff and technicians being able to explain everything thoroughly. Thumbs way up!

The service here is excellent. They are all very friendly and helpful. I always do the oil change here. My car was leaking a little oil and José very kindly offered to change the plug that was damaged without an extra charge. I absolutely recommend this place.
Made an appt online for a brake light change. Came at my appt time - an hour before closing - and no techs were there to do it. Really poor service.

Absolutely the worst service ever, biggest waste of time. Went back several times, even had to get dropped off by a buddy to leave my truck at one point for the service which at the end they were not able to fulfill. Definitely would not recommend going too this firestone.
Customer Service here is awesome! Dropped my car off to be repaired without a doubt. When I go pick it up Ill let you guys know....but so far so good.

OMG what a day this has been. As I was on my way home I ran over a nail. I instantly began to hear a thumping sound. I was able to make it to Pepboys but they were no help which was a huge disappointment. Luckily I took my chances and made it to Firestone. Completely overwhelmed and stressed I walked in and was greeted by Mr. Tory he was absolutely amazing! I explained that I ran over a nail and need help ASAP as I have to get home to my mother. He immediately assured me everything was going to be okay and that they would take great care of me. Long story short Tory did just that he got my car in immediately and Jean was the technician that did the work. They both were beyond professional and I recommend that everyone brings their vehicle here you won’t be disappointed. Tory was honest and didn’t try to sell me on a bunch of things I simply didn’t need. Words can not begin to express how appreciative I am for the team at Firestone. This location is lucky to have Tory and Jean thanks again!

Wow.we bought our new tires there and we are very satisfied.but yesterday coming home around4:30. We somehow got. A nail in the tire.we drove up there with no problems they looked up my number and got it done very.very.very satisfied
Don’t go there!! I ask them to change turn signal bulb just try to save some time, they burn the socket, and ask me to pay for the socket and labor fee if I want to fix it. Technicians are not good enough to understand a car. Don’t waste your time and money there.
They will overcharge you. They charging me $350 more for brakes then they normally charge.
I will give a honest account. The staff were friendly with great customer service. Unfortunately, I have to give this place 3 stars because I did not get the service for my car that I asked for. I asked for a high mileage oil change and for them to check my brake light since my brake light and turn signal was not working on the left side. I left my car they called back in 2 hours saying that my car is ready. When the rep told me the price I noticed it was considerably cheaper then usual so I asked him about the oil change and he said it was standard. I informed him that I requested high mileage (because my car is over 160,000 miles). I wasnt too concerned because what I really needed fixed was my brake light when I asked about it he looked at me confuses and said thats wasnt on the list. I explained to him the conversation I had with the earlier rep and he apologized and offered to make it right. Both reps were very friendly but simple mistakes were made that can lead to me possible getting a traffic ticket for having a brake light. I can get it fix the next day but it is a super inconvenience because I work 12 hour days and I dont know how long everything will take. Again, Im just giving my honest account.update 1-5-2021 : I still go to this place...the manager Chris is great at his job...while my previous review is still true I will say I gave them another chance and so far so good.
Went in needing tires and a whole bunch of other things. Dennis helped make it affordable even with the bad timing of it all. He was very nice and helped get me what I needed for a decent price. Would definitely recommend to anyone needing work done.
Fast and reliable took my car in for a oil change and tire repair.
Now I remember why I never go to Firestone...My car was slightly turning to the right. This was only happening at Highway speeds (70mph+).I go in for an alignment because my wife and I for going in a cross country road trip. I figured I could trust Firestone with a simple alignment.José Portillo (service manager) greeted me nice enough but after that it was all down hill.He said he would check the vehicle out for any other issues that may be causing my car to drift (a $10 charge that he will not tell you about). I said ok and left with my wife for about 2 hours. When I get the car back, I turn on to Buford hwy and the car immediately swerved DANGEROUSLY to the left only going 35mph (mind you, the initial swerve to the right was only felt at 70mph+). I take the car back to get it fixed. He said that he would take care of it personally however, he let the same guy work on it that messed it up in the first place.About 30 minutes later I get the car back and guess what? The car still swears the left. Nowhere near as bad as first time but it is still very noticeable. I have a video that demonstrates just how bad it is. I ask for a full refund and Jose will only refund the alignment. I wasted 3 hours of my time today and probably another 2 hours tomorrow going to a real shop that actually knows how to work on cars and yet he still won’t refund the tire balancing and $10 inspection.Go to this Firestone if you want to pay to have your time wasted and have your car in a worse condition that it originally was.
Lies about the cost of tire rebates. The tires are really bad, no tread after 25,000 miles and I bought the highest grade champion firestone tires. Asked for the warranty that they advertised so profusely of 75,000, told me it was voided because my tires were worn down. So.... no warranty? Buyer beware. Edit: The store manager fixed the issue for me. Awesome dude, without a doubt look for him if the sale associates do you wrong.

No work ethic. It takes five and a half hours to replace two new tires because the manager sells me after-sales service. I didnt accept it. There is no tire balance. I wonder how the company gets a license!

Poor technical service. I have done my brakes job, which supposed to have life time warrenty, it was gone within a year. I resurfaced my rotors because it was making noise, it was still making nice. They take more time than any other service place. Now that I called, they want to give me a new break pad for free but with pretty expensive service charge.

Firestone doesnt know how to properly tighten lug nuts without using an air tool. Cross threading the nuts which means they break off the next time you have to take your wheel off. Take your vehicle somewhere else, they cant even attach your wheels properly.

I called yesterday and was told there were several openings today, I selected 2 pm. I got there early only to sit for over 2 hours before they even bothered to pull my car back. I’m ill and could not check my tires myself when the TPMS system came on.The Pierson on the desk was the only staff member who had any care for customers. There is no air conditioning and it’s 86, but feels less me 93. The nice staff member gave those of us crowded in the waiting area a bottle of water about an hour into the wait. I’m in pain and shaking and barely functional and stuck waiting for 2 and a half hours and counting, with an appointment.This is not like my usual experience here, but I’m never coming back.

My cousin Rocio, went there to change the oil, she do not know anything about cars. She tock her car, and later the car starts raise the temperature.After a few miles she check the stick and it was totally dry with no oil the motor. And that is totally unacceptable.My recommendation for all that good people who is looking for professionals, please dont go at this place, and make sure you see what are they doing in your car. They try to sell you on things you don’t need. Said it would be $35 to repair a small screw leak. Over priced. I can buy a repair kit for $5. Kauffman tire is a better place

I was there for lifetime alignment cheek & do oil change then 15 mint later one of the manager came to me & saying that they cant remove the oil filter, i hv to take it to world Toyota, i said ok, top of that i hv to pay them for oil change with rude voice looks like he trying to say thats enough for you, one more things dont do lifetime alignment, once you pay them after that they dont care as much as they do first time, so before you spend your money go somewhere is worthy .
The Reps and Techs are very friendly however just leave your car and come back whatever they are doing always takes longer than they estimate but I guess that is the nature of the business.
Don’t go to that place. They are total rip off. They will suggest you some unnecessary work that you don’t need to do it at all. Save your time and money.
Had work done on a company vehicle a couple of months ago. When we took it back to fix what they had done, they denied doing the original work, even though we had proof they did it. After finally admitting they did it, they fixed the issue. We went to pick it up, and they lost the keys. Wont be returning.

Refuse to rotate and balance tires and claim they need to be replaced even though they are just 39000 miles. One of the tire was out of alignment. But I bought lifetime alignment from them and they did service about half a year ago. They told me that I need alignment every 5 months. I am just out of my mind

Some of the stuff does not know any customer service. They dont have any knowledge about the specials, they will try not to give you the special price even before they read the coupon. The guy i was dealing with did not even read the coupon properly until I said I will go to the other firestone location.
Another Firestone told me I needed $320 of work. They said it was all unnecessary and should be $30.

Worst shop ever! I came here to get my a/c fixed, but $1756 later my a/c still doesn’t work at all and my dash is torn apart. After calling them back they told me to go to another shop without refund. I’m considering calling the BBB
