I met Nannette by phone in December, the beginning of a quick search for a new home for me in Atlanta, moving from Asheville, NC. I told her I was in the process of selling my home and needed to find a condominium on the north side of Atlanta. I had to vacate my home by January 8 and wanted to look at properties in the Atlanta area starting January 10. I was inquiring about a condo that seemed to meet my requirements physically and finanancially but wanted to look at other properties. Nannette listened to me and had a number of properties to look at when I arrived in Atlanta. All met my requirements but on the second day I had made up my mind. One just definitely felt right. In finding previous homes it has taken weeks to find what I want.By the time I left Atlanta 6 days after arriving, Nannette had made my offer, it was accepted, she arranged inspections and other necessary activities to arrange for closing the sale on February 15. I was amazed!!! She always responded to texts and phone calls and answered questions and helped me in many ways. She was a perfect, professional, knowledgeable and non-pushy realtor. Even after the property closed and I moved in she has continued to respond to my texts and phone calls for requests and information and has offered her help in getting settled.
